How to Train Your Dragon – What to Watch & Read Before the Live-Action Film

by admin June 13, 2025

The animated adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon was a huge hit when it first hit the big screen in 2010, and now, 15 years later, Dreamworks is bringing that fantasy adventure back to theaters as a live-action adaptation. However, some may not know that both films are based on the 2003 novel series of the same name, written by author Cressida Cowell. The 12-book series offers a much more fleshed-out version of the story, and if you’re looking to explore the source material before the new live-action film premieres on June 13, you’re in luck, as the How to Train Your Dragon novels are available at Amazon. This includes a big discount on the How to Train Your Dragon: The Complete Book Collection, which is down to just $59.69 (normally $108). You can also grab the animated film and its sequels and spin-off on Blu-ray, and grab a new Toothless Lego set that’s available to preorder. Check out all the How to Train Your Dragon deals below.

$59.69 (was $108)

All three versions of How to Train Your Dragon follow Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third, the son of a Viking chieftain whose clan has been at war with dragons for centuries. However, Hiccup secretly befriends a young dragon, whom he names Toothless, and the two form a bond that challenges the status quo of Viking society.

Since the live-action movie looks like it’ll be a faithful remake of the animated film, it might be best to start with the How to Train Your Dragon books. The books are much more detailed and feature entire story arcs that the movies don’t include. You can pick up all 12 books with the How To Train Your Dragon: The Complete Collection, which is discounted to just for $59.69 (was $108) at Amazon. The box set includes paperback editions of all 12 books and a slipcase box to store them in.

$18 (was $20)

While not a part of the series, there’s also How To Train Your Dragon: The Complete Book of Dragons. This companion guidebook covers all of the dragon species from the How to Train Your Dragon series, plus several brand-new ones created just for this book, all realized with beautiful color illustrations. It’s available for $18 at Amazon (normally $20)

The animated How to Train Your Dragon movie trilogy makes some big departures from the source material across the films, but they’re still fun epics with fantastic animation that still holds up all these years later. These 4K Blu-rays also include the film on standard Blu-ray and digital streaming codes, as well as a selection of bonus materials, such as deleted scenes, documentaries, and commentaries from the cast and crew. There are even extra animated shorts featuring Hiccup and his crew.

  1. How to Train Your Dragon — $18.25 ($23)
  2. How to Train Your Dragon 2 — $15
  3. How to Train Your Dragon 3: The Hidden World — $15 ($30)

In case you don’t have a 4K TV to watch the How to Train Your Dragon, they are available in standard Blu-ray format. They still look great at 1080p, and you can get the entire trilogy in one bundle deal. You’ll also get all of the bonus content that you’d find in the 4K editions, although it is worth noting that the How to Train Your Dragon: Ultimate Collection includes two TV specials as well, in case you’re looking for a complete experience.

Dreamworks also produced an animated series based on “How to Train Your Dragon,” called “Dreamworks Dragons,” which takes place between the first two movies. The Show ran for 118 episodes across eight seasons, plus a direct-to-DVD movie called Mystery of the Dragon Eye. While each season saw DVD releases, the first two seasons–known as Dragons: Riders of Berk and Dragons: Defenders of Berk–are out of print. Seasons 3-8, which are titled Dragons: Race of the Edge, are available on DVD at Amazon, as is the Mystery of the Dragon’s Eye movie. Additionally, all eight seasons are streaming on Peacock.

Dreamworks followed up the Dragons series with two more How to Train Your Dragon animated spin-off shows–Rescue Riders on Netflix and The Nine Realms on Hulu. They haven’t received a DVD or Blu-ray release yet, but are worth seeking out on Netflix and Hulu if you’re looking to experience the entire How to Train Your Dragon animated universe.

Dragons: Race to the Edge DVD

$70 | Releases July 1

For one last recommendation, Lego recently announced a new building set based on the series’ adorable iconic dragon, Toothless. The 784-piece figure stands seven inches tall and features movable head and wings, and comes with a few accessories, including a breath piece and a fish treat. The kit launches on July 1 and is available to preorder at Lego’s online store.

Bitcoin’s Next Mega-Buyer? Watch Japan Closely: Bitwise Exec

by admin June 12, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

In a conversation with journalist Laura Shin on the latest episode of Unchained, Bitwise Head of Alpha Strategies Jeff Park sketched a future in which Japan’s financial system—and the political imperatives that underpin it—place the country at the fulcrum of the next major wave of institutional Bitcoin adoption. Park, a former macro portfolio manager who now advises the$3.5 billion crypto asset manager, argued that Tokyo’s structural role in global credit markets, its historically deflationary domestic economy and a fast-emerging retail fascination with “digital gold” together give Japan unique leverage in shaping the monetary order that is forming around BTC.

Park called Japan “the centre of the entire financial system today,” citing the long-standing yen-funded carry trade that exports Japan’s ultra-low borrowing costs into dollar markets. When Japanese rates rise, he noted, “you see a violent unwind of the carry trade that directly impacts US rates,” illustrating how tightly interwoven the two economies remain despite different growth trajectories. Against that backdrop, Park contends that a credible move by the United States toward adding BTC to its own reserves cannot happen in isolation: “When the US does go on the journey of acquiring Bitcoin for their sovereign wealth or treasury assets, then Japan must be a little bit privy to that because they would probably want to act in concert.”

In Park’s telling, Tokyo’s response is not merely a diplomatic nicety. If Washington were to accumulate Bitcoin without warning, “Japan would be pretty upset,” he said. “They would say, ‘Hey, we have to do it together because I’m on the other side of the trade. If you’re going to front-run me, then I’m going to front-run you.’” That tension, he suggested, is one reason US policy makers have so far hesitated to follow El Salvador, by placing Bitcoin directly on the national balance-sheet. “Once the US starts doing it,” Park warned, “there are other tangential players who would be conflicted… and I think Japan is at the centre of it.”

Japan Might Flip The Switch On Global Bitcoin Adoption

Park sees a convergence of incentives pushing Japanese actors—retail, corporate and state—toward Bitcoin. Years of negative deposit rates and chronic demographic headwinds have left savers “starved for yield,” while institutions searching for growth “invest in US stocks directly” as an extension of the carry trade. Adding Bitcoin to that toolkit, he argued, offers Japanese investors an instrument “not only just incredibly volatile but high-performing… backed by Bitcoin, the one collateral that you can lean on that isn’t you being subservient to the funding model.”

The first tremor of that shift, Park said, has already surfaced on the Tokyo Stock Exchange through the meteoric rally in Metaplanet Inc., the listed hotel operator that adopted a “Bitcoin-first” treasury strategy in April. “The meteoric rise of Metaplanet is truly a cultural one,” he told Shin. “Japanese investors are waking up for the first time to understand what Bitcoin can do for their wealth-accumulation strategies and their portfolio construction.” Although Park did not disclose whether Bitwise holds Metaplanet shares, he framed the company’s ascent as evidence that domestic demand exists for securities that express a long Bitcoin thesis inside Japan’s familiar corporate wrapper.

Park’s analysis moves beyond price action and into geopolitics. He portrayed Bitcoin as a neutral reserve asset that could soften the asymmetric burdens created by dollar hegemony. “If Japan understands where the world is going in the store of value,” he said, “they should have an eye on a way to preserve wealth that touches Bitcoin.” He went further: “At the core, Japan is going to be a big player in ushering the era of Bitcoin adoption.” For Park, that eventuality follows from simple arithmetic. Should Japanese authorities choose to diversify even a modest slice of the country’s$1.1 trillion in foreign-exchange reserves—or the $8.7 trillion held in life-insurance and pension pools—into Bitcoin, the liquidity shock would be profound.

The interview also highlighted how a coordinated US–Japan approach could reshape the strategic Bitcoin reserves landscape. Park, while cautious about a unilateral American move, implied that a tandem accumulation programme might dampen market disruption and embed Bitcoin within existing alliance structures. “I think the US really does not understand the role of Japan even today,” he continued. “Japan is hinged to the butt of the American experience and the US must succeed together as an alliance.”

For now, Park sees the private sector leading. He pointed to Bitwise’s own analysis showing Japanese corporate treasuries experimenting with modest Bitcoin allocations, while regulators in Tokyo continue to refine guidance on custody, accounting and trust-bank administration of digital assets. That interplay between policy pragmatism and grassroots enthusiasm, he argued, could make Japan a laboratory for the capital-market instruments—convertible debt, perpetual preferred shares and exchange-traded funds—already proliferating in the United States.

Asked by Shin whether Japan’s ascent might accelerate if US mortgage rates remain high and domestic political consensus frays, Park nodded to generational dynamics: younger savers find Bitcoin “directionally the right thing to own as a way to grow wealth,” while Japanese youth, long resigned to stagnation, increasingly view the cryptocurrency as a lifeline. “It’s actually very acutely obvious to young people the role that Bitcoin can serve,” he said earlier in the programme when discussing housing affordability. In Japan’s context, he suggested, that clarity is amplified by a three-decade struggle against deflation and now a sudden, unfamiliar bout of inflation.

If Tokyo elects to move, it could catalyse coordinated reserve diversification, accelerate financialisation of Bitcoin-linked securities and underscore the cryptocurrency’s emerging role as a geopolitically neutral asset. As Park summed up: “Japan will be an incredible player for Bitcoin adoption”—and in the tight weave of global finance, the timetable for that pivot may ultimately set the cadence for everyone else.

At press time, BTC traded at $107,818.

Watch out for US crypto stocks that could outperform Bitcoin and altcoin bags

by admin June 12, 2025

Bitcoin rallied past the $110,500 level on Monday. The largest crypto is down nearly 2% as bullish momentum slowly fades. Interestingly, US crypto-linked stocks rose alongside Bitcoin and are currently consolidating alongside the largest crypto.

Crypto stocks posted double-digit gains in the past month even as Bitcoin (BTC) yielded a modest increase of under 4%. In this deep dive we compare the performance of crypto stocks, Bitcoin and altcoins and examine the profitability of the sector in a traders’ portfolio.

US crypto stocks vs. Bitcoin performance

Crypto-linked stocks in the US kicked off the week with a rally alongside Bitcoin. BTC tested resistance above the $110,500 level and started consolidating, crypto-linked mining stocks and stocks of major crypto firms wiped their recent gains on Tuesday.

More corporates adopted Saylor’s strategy of adding Bitcoin to their treasury, and Circle made a stellar IPO debut on Nasdaq last week. These developments are key catalysts driving Bitcoin’s gains and the rise in US crypto stocks.

Circle Internet Group (CRCL), one of the largest stablecoin issuers, wiped out nearly 8% on the day, down to $106.62. The stock erased its Monday days nearly entirely.

Core Scientific Inc. (CORZ), CleanSpark Inc. (CLSK), and MARA Holdings Inc. (MARA), key crypto mining stocks, observed small changes in their price on Tuesday. CORZ is down 0.12%, CLSK is up 0.10%, and MARA gained 0.25% on the day.

Riot Platforms Inc. (RIOT) gained 0.60% on Tuesday.

Bitcoin slipped closer to its support at $108,000 on the day, as crypto stocks continued their consolidation. Bitcoin’s correlation to the S&P 500 has recently dropped, which supports a thesis of equity investors choosing to gain exposure to crypto through stocks, instead of direct access to tokens that entails the risk of custody and security.

The decline in crypto stocks like CRCL, Coinbase (COIN), KULR Technology Group Inc. (KULR), and Robinhood Markets Inc. (HOOD) presents an opportunity for sidelined buyers to consider adding crypto stocks to their portfolio, and balance against their crypto token holdings this cycle.

If Bitcoin’s correlation with S&P 500 weakens further, it is likely that crypto stocks outperform BTC and altcoin holdings this cycle.

Nasdaq newcomer takes a hit this week

Circle’s stock is facing a sharp sell-off after its rally following its debut in the US. After its peak on Monday, CRCL observed a steep decline throughout the early trading hours on Tuesday. CRCL rallied pre-market and the all-time performance remains above 50% for the stock.

Tuesday’s intraday chart for CRCL shows a steady downward trend on the day, it remains to be seen whether CRCL will make up for its losses.

US crypto stocks are attracting inflows and interest

While Bitcoin investment funds struggle with institutional capital inflows according to the latest Digital Asset Flows Report from CoinShares, the combined market value of publicly listed crypto companies has surpassed $300 billion.

The inflow to firms behind US crypto stocks has observed an increase in inflows amidst Bitcoin’s consolidation in the past few weeks. The demand for exchange stocks, Bitcoin mining stocks, and stablecoin issuer Circle’s CRCL keeps rising.

Bitcoin’s rising hashrate has increased the competition between miners, and regulations like the GENIUS Act support a pro-crypto environment for further growth in crypto stocks.

Analysts at 10xResearch believe that the rise in Robinhood’s crypto revenue and Coinbase’s stock being undervalued at the time of writing is a sign of a structural shift in the market. Retail investors eyeing a piece of Bitcoin are likely attracted to crypto stocks, in light of higher regulatory clarity on holding and taxation of cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin price analysis

Bitcoin price is less than 2% away from its all-time high of $111,980. A re-test of the previous all-time high and a daily candlestick close above this level could push BTC into price discovery. The BTC/USDT price chart shows $122,172, the 127.2% Fibonacci retracement level of the rally from the April low of $74,500 to the all-time high could be the next target for Bitcoin.

Technical indicators, RSI and MACD support further gains in Bitcoin. RSI reads 62, above average but under the overvalued level at 70. MACD flashes green histogram bars above the neutral level, meaning that the underlying momentum in Bitcoin price trend is positive.

BTC/USDT daily price chart | Source: Crypto.news

Bitcoin is 11% away from the 127.2% Fibonacci retracement level and BTC could find support at $106,488, the lower boundary of the FVG on the daily price chart.

Ruslan Lienkha, Chief of Markets at YouHodler told Crypto.news in a written note that there is a strong possibility that Bitcoin hits a new all-time high.

Lienkha said, “…As the price currently stands just a few percentage points below its previous peak. Broadly speaking, financial markets remain optimistic. The S&P 500, for example, is trading approximately 3% below its all-time high. However, the risk of a reversal remains, particularly if upcoming economic data disappoints.

All eyes are now on tomorrow’s U.S. inflation report. While markets are pricing in a moderate uptick, a higher-than-expected reading could trigger increased volatility across risk assets, including cryptocurrencies.”

3 Key Price Levels to Watch in June

by admin June 11, 2025

The fact that XRP is successfully trading above multiple critical moving averages suggests that it may be about to reverse its trend and make a sustained bullish move. Following its breakout of layered resistance and recovery of its position above the 50-day, 100-day and 200-day EMAs, XRP is currently trading at about $2.26, $2.25 and $2.28 respectively.

Investors should monitor three crucial levels that could impact XRP’s medium-term trajectory as the price structure is currently technically in bulls’ favor. A bullish milestone has been reached, with XRP’s recent breakout above the 200-day EMA. This area, which is currently providing strong support, is essential for maintaining momentum. Further upside is supported by the structure as long as XRP stays above $2.28.

XRP/USDT Chart by TradingView

If this were broken, there is be a chance that bearish pressure would return and push the price back toward the 200 EMA from the previous consolidation, which is $2.09. The $2.60 region corresponds to a temporary psychological barrier and recorded a swing high in early May. Bulls will need high volume to break through it because it was the point of rejection during the previous rally. There would probably be a surge in buyer interest and a push toward multimonth highs if the market were to close above $2.60.

You Might Also Like

The $3.00 level — a round number and significant psychological barrier — remains the ultimate test in the near future. Although there has not been any obvious technical resistance until now, $3.00 is widely accepted as the next significant level on the market. If it is broken above, a new long-term bull phase may begin.

In terms of technology, XRP is in a good position. The stage is now set for further gains as the price action is comfortably above important EMAs. But in order for that to occur, XRP needs to hold onto the $2.28 break, then $2.60, and then challenge $3.00 — three levels that investors simply cannot afford to overlook.

Watch out – your DVR box could be targeted by one of the nastiest botnets around

by admin June 10, 2025

  • Kaspersky warns multiple DVR devices are being targeted with malware
  • The malware assimilates the devices into a botnet, granting DDoS and proxy capabilities
  • The victims are scattered all over the world, and there seems to be no patch

If you are using TBK DVR-4104, DVR-4216, or any digital video recording device that uses these instances as its basis, you might want to keep an eye on your hardware because it’s being actively hunted.

Cybersecurity researchers at Kaspersky claim to have seen a year-old vulnerability in these devices being abused to expand the dreaded Mirai botnet.

In April 2024, security researchers found a command injection flaw in the devices listed above. As per the NVD, the flaw is tracked as CVE-2024-3721, and was given a severity score of 6.3/10 (medium). It can be triggered remotely and grants the attackers full control over the vulnerable endpoint. Soon after discovery, the flaw also got a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploit.

Victims around the world

Now, a year later, Kaspersky says it saw this same PoC being used to expand the Mirai botnet. The attackers are using the bug to drop an ARM32 malware which assimilates the device and grants the owners the ability to run distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, proxy malicious traffic, and more.

The majority of victims Kaspersky is seeing are located in China, India, Egypt, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, and Brazil. However as a Russian company, Kaspersky’s products are banned in many Western countries, so its analysis could be somewhat skewed.

The number of potentially vulnerable devices was more than 110,000 in 2024, and has since dropped to around 50,000. While most definitely an improvement, it still means that the attack surface is rather large.

Usually, when a vulnerability like this is discovered, a patch soon follows. However, multiple media sources are claiming that it is “unclear” if makers TBK Vision patched the bug.

Sign up to the TechRadar Pro newsletter to get all the top news, opinion, features and guidance your business needs to succeed!

CyberInsider reports that multiple third-party brands use these devices as a basis for their models, further complicating patch availability, and stating that “it’s very likely that for most, there is no patch.”

Some of the brands are Novo, CeNova, QSee, Pulnix, XVR 5 in 1, Securus, Night OWL, DVR Login, and others.

VPNs are legal in many countries, including the US and Canada, and can be used for legitimate purposes such as improving online privacy and security. However, some streaming services may have policies restricting VPN usage to access region-specific content. If you’re considering a VPN for streaming, check the platform’s terms of service to ensure compliance.

If you choose to use a VPN, follow the provider’s installation instructions, ensuring you’re connected securely and in compliance with applicable laws and service agreements. Some streaming platforms may block access when a VPN is detected, so verifying if your streaming subscription allows VPN usage is crucial.

Bitcoin Price to $130,000? PlanB Hints at Major Trend to Watch

by admin June 9, 2025

In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin (BTC) has gained over $2,000, climbing from a low of $105,400.23 to over $107,500. Amid this rally signal, PlanB, a prominent Bitcoin analyst and founder of S2F, has dropped a bullish prediction.

Bitcoin RSI retest could spark major bullish rally

In a post supported by a chart of the Bitcoin Relative Strength Index (RSI), PlanB suggests that Bitcoin could soar as high as $130,000 before the end of June 2025. He highlighted that the leading digital currency could easily achieve this if its RSI retests 75.

Notably, RSI, a technical indicator of an asset, could provide insight into it. Generally, an RSI above 70 signals that an asset is overbought.

However, Bitcoin has been known to defy traditional thresholds. However, based on historical data, Bitcoin is known to hit an RSI of 75 under strong bullish conditions. Hence, if history repeats itself in June, as projected in his chart, Bitcoin could peak at $130,000 at the end of June.

As of press time, Bitcoin was changing hands at $107,770.56, representing a 1.91% increase in the last 24 hours. Investors remain active as trading volume has registered a significant 23.77% spike to $45.48 billion within the same time frame.

$1 billion in fresh USDT spur Bitcoin market momentum

The broader crypto market is also registering increased activity, as stablecoin giant Tether has minted an additional $1 billion USDT. This followed the over $2,000 gain recorded by Bitcoin in the last 24 hours, suggesting that there is a growing demand for USDT to purchase BTC on the crypto market.

Interestingly, Bitcoin bounced from the $105,000 zone and surged past $106,500 as soon as the freshly minted USDT hit the blockchain.

Meanwhile, as Bitcoin gains value, Max Keiser, a Bitcoin advisor to President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador, has identified a fiat currency crashing against BTC. Keiser pointed out that the Turkish lira has rapidly plummeted to zero against Bitcoin.

Sunday’s UEFA Nations League finale sees veteran GOAT Cristiano Ronaldo leading Portugal against teenage sensation Lamine Yamal and the defending champions Spain.

Below, we’ll outline the best live TV streaming services to use to watch the game as it happens, wherever you are in the world, and how to use a VPN if the match isn’t available where you are.

The generational showdown between two of soccer’s biggest names comes after match-winning performances by both stars in the midweek semifinals.

Forty-year-old Ronaldo scored a 68th-minute winner to give Portugal a 2-1 win over hosts Germany on Wednesday as the former Man United star rolled back the years to help his side reach the final for the first time since the Seleção das Quinas won the inaugural tournament in 2019.

Meanwhile, 17-year-old Yamal scored twice in Spain’s 5-4 win over France on Thursday, in an all-time classic match that saw La Roja hanging on at the end after nearly squandering a four-goal lead.

Portugal takes on Spain at the Allianz Arena on Sunday, June 8. Kickoff is set for 9 p.m. CET local time in Munich, making it an 8 p.m. BST start in the UK, a 3 p.m. ET or 12 p.m. PT kickoff in the US and Canada, and a 5 a.m. AEST start on Monday, June 9, in Australia.

Today’s Nations League final marks the first time Cristiano Rolando and Lamine Yamal have faced each other in a match.

It encrypts your traffic and prevents your internet service provider from throttling your speeds, and can also be helpful when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks while traveling, adding an extra layer of protection for your devices and logins.

DAZN

A DAZN subscription currently costs CA$30 a month or CA$200 a year and will also give you access to the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League, plus EFL Championship soccer, Six Nations rugby and WTA tennis.

Quick tips for streaming international soccer using a VPN

  • With four variables at play — your ISP, browser, video streaming provider and VPN — your experience and success when streaming soccer may vary.
  • If you don’t see your desired location as a default option for ExpressVPN, try using the “search for city or country” option.
  • If you’re having trouble getting the game after you’ve turned on your VPN and set it to the correct viewing area, there are two things you can try for a quick fix. First, log into your streaming service subscription account and make sure the address registered for the account is an address in the correct viewing area. If not, you may need to change the physical address on file with your account. Second, some smart TVs — like Roku — don’t have VPN apps you can install directly on the device itself. Instead, you’ll have to install the VPN on your router or the mobile hotspot you’re using (like your phone) so that any device on its Wi-Fi network now appears in the correct viewing location.
  • All of the VPN providers we recommend have helpful instructions on their main site for quickly installing the VPN on your router. In some cases with smart TV services, after you install a cable network’s sports app, you’ll be asked to verify a numeric code or click a link sent to your email address on file for your smart TV. This is where having a VPN on your router will also help, since both devices will appear to be in the correct location.
  • And remember, browsers can often give away a location despite using a VPN, so be sure you’re using a privacy-first browser to log into your services. We normally recommend Brave.

How to watch Apple’s WWDC 2025 keynote on Monday

by admin June 9, 2025

Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference is from June 9 to 13 this year, and the company has a lot to answer for. Apple Intelligence hasn’t exactly lived up to its original pitch, but, at its WWDC keynote presentation at 1PM ET / 10AM PT on June 9, the company has the chance to make the case for why that might not matter. You can tune in right here once the livestream kicks off to see that and lots of announcements tied to macOS, iOS, iPadOS and all the company’s other platforms.

One way Apple could reportedly smooth over any ill feelings about AI is by completely redesigning its operating systems to make them more cohesive, easier to use and reminiscent of visionOS. The company is said to be planning the debut of its “Liquid Glass” interface redesign, which will come with “see-through visuals,” for WWDC. The iPad could also receive some attention, with reports suggesting Apple will introduce yet another approach to multitasking and window management in an effort to make the tablet Mac-like. Add in new battery management feature and a “virtual health coach,” and the company may have a raft of updates not immediately Apple Intelligence-related to get excited about.

In a recently released poster for WWDC, Apple included a tagline with the two words “Sleek peek.” While previous versions of these have been endlessly speculated over to see if any clues could be found, the ones for the last few years have proven to be vaguely related. The invitation for the iPhone event last year said “It’s Glowtime,” which on hindsight could be in reference to the glowing edges of the new Siri interface, but that was first unveiled at WWDC 2024. Ultimately, “It’s Glowtime” had little to do with the iPhone 16 series, which were most notable for their new Camera Control buttons.

In perhaps less significant news, Apple might also be renaming its operating systems, unifying them under a number designating the upcoming year — so we could see iOS 26, not iOS 19. It’ll be a nice bit of unity given that we currently have everything from visionOS 2 to iPadOS 18 and everything in between.

To find out what Apple has planned for yourself, you can watch the WWDC 2025 keynote on its website, its YouTube channel and right here once the livestream is up. Apple will also host developer sessions online for more in-depth, technical overviews of the new software features it announces.

And for even deeper analysis of everything that gets announced at WWDC 2025, Engadget will be on-the-ground liveblogging Apple’s keynote and learning more about its operating systems updates before they roll out later this year.

Update, June 3 2025, 11:30AM ET: This story has been updated to include details on the event’s tagline, which was revealed yesterday by Apple.

Update, June 8 2025, 8PM ET: This story has been updated to include rumored details on the software redesign Apple is expected to debut at WWDC.
