Tether to tap Rumble for USAT stablecoin distribution

by admin October 1, 2025

Tether is turning to video streaming platform Rumble to roll out USAT, its newly launched U.S.-regulated stablecoin, as part of its return to the American market.

Summary

  • Tether is looking to use Rumble’s 51 million monthly active users to promote adoption of its new USAT stablecoin.
  • CEO Paolo Ardoino says Rumble will launch a crypto wallet later this year featuring USAT and other tokens.
  • The push comes as part of the stablecoin issuer’s re-entry into the U.S. market, supported by new stablecoin regulations under the GENIUS Act.

Tether, the world’s largest stablecoin issuer, has revealed plans to capitalize on the user base of video streaming platform Rumble to drive adoption of its new U.S.-regulated stablecoin, USAT. CEO Paolo Ardoino disclosed the partnership during a panel at Token2049 in Singapore, a move to deepen its push into the U.S. crypto market.

Ardoino stated that the video streaming platform will soon launch a crypto wallet integrated with Tether’s infrastructure. The wallet, expected later this year, will feature USAT, offering Rumble’s 51 million active users easy access to the digital dollar.

The initiative builds on the company’s $775 million investment in Rumble last year, which secured the company a 48% stake in the YouTube rival, as reported by Bloomberg. With competition heating up in the U.S. stablecoin market, currently dominated by rival Circle’s USDC (USDC), the USDT (USDT) issuer is betting that direct integration with a major content platform will give USAT a competitive edge.

According to Ardoino, Rumble’s wallet will be central to future growth, not only for USAT but also for other products such as its tokenized gold offering. This will position Rumble as an important distribution channel in the stablecoin issuer’s broader plan to further strengthen its place in the stablecoin sector.

Tether eyes U.S. market comeback with USAT

Tether’s USAT on Rumble move comes amid a broader push to gain a foothold in the U.S. market. After years of absence following regulatory hurdles, including a $41 million fine in 2021, the company re-entered the U.S. with the launch of USAT in September, appointing Bo Hines, a former White House crypto advisor, to lead the initiative.

USAT is designed to comply with the GENIUS Act, the stablecoin regulation signed into law by President Trump in July. The legislation allows dollar-backed stablecoins to be issued under strict federal guidelines, opening the door for more listings and broader adoption.

With its new stablecoin, Tether hopes to challenge the stablecoins from incumbents like Circle, World Liberty Financial, and Ripple in the high-stakes race to dominate the American digital dollar space.

Are TAP and LINK the next to explode 50x?

by admin September 21, 2025

Dogecoin rallies as first US DOGE ETF set to launch; LINK and DigiTap emerge as the leading buys.

Summary

  • DigiTap launches at $0.012, merging DeFi and TradFi into a global omni-banking app with seamless crypto-fiat swaps.
  • TAP offers cashback rewards and has higher growth potential than DOGE and LINK thanks to its smaller market cap.
  • Experts call DigiTap a 100x crypto gem, with early adopters eyeing massive upside as demand for omni-banking surges.

The first US memecoin DOGE ETF, under the ticker DOJE, is expected to launch next week. As expected, this development has been met with a significant rally in the Dogecoin price.

Also sparking a lot of buzz are the LINK crypto and DigiTap (TAP), which experts consider poised to explode and become one of the top cryptos to buy right now.

DOGE ETF and LINK price forecast

Over the past seven days, the Dogecoin price has increased by 13% to $0.26. Spurred by news of a DOGE ETF, scheduled to go live this month despite the recent delay, a big leap could play out in the coming weeks.

Bulls holding current support could push the Dogecoin price past its 30-day high of $0.30. Meanwhile, DOGE ETF finally gaining approval could be the catalyst for a new all-time high (a jump past $0.73).

Regarding Chainlink (LINK), a modest 5% gain puts LINK crypto price above the $23 mark. Although the altcoin trades below $27, its 30-day high, it is in an uptrend, considering the rally from its month low of $21.

Additionally, according to Token Terminal, trading volume has increased by 50% to $45.3 billion over the past 30 days. This on-chain metric suggests rising adoption and growing demand, positioning the LINK crypto for higher gains.

DigiTap: A leading long-term investment

Besides the short-term gains guaranteed in presale, DigiTap could be one of the best cryptocurrencies to buy now for the long term. It costs just $0.012 in the first ICO round, which will likely be its lowest price ever. While experts have hailed it as the next 100x crypto gem, being the world’s first omni-bank further adds to its attraction.

By combining decentralized finance (DeFi) with traditional finance (TradFi), DigiTap will address the split between legacy fiat banking networks and blockchain-based payment rails. Hence, its one-stop global money app will allow users to deposit, withdraw and exchange seamlessly between cryptocurrency and fiat.

Given the above, this payment platform will unlock full omni-banking capabilities, expected to drive massive demand for its TAP token. Another interesting feature is cashback, offering users crypto rewards on every transaction. With a smaller market size compared to DOGE and LINK, the TAP coin has higher growth prospects.

Closing thoughts

Heavily discounted at less than $0.1, DigiTap has plenty of room to run compared to LINK crypto. In addition, it has been hailed as the next 100x DeFi gem and could surpass the current Dogecoin price amid massive adoption. As the world’s first omni-bank, becoming an early adopter could be this year’s smartest move — one of the best cryptocurrencies to buy now.

Unity developers can now tap into system screen reader tools on macOS and Windows

by admin September 5, 2025

Unity is updating its game engine to support native screen readers in both macOS and Windows. The feature is available now in the Unity 6000.3.0a5 alpha, and should make the process of making games accessible for blind players cheaper for developers, Can I Play That? writes.

Screen readers narrate on-screen menus so blind and low-vision players can navigate a game or a piece of software without additional assistance. Typically, screen reading software is custom-built for each game, which can make them resource-intensive for developers to implement. “Building something like that from scratch has to be decided upon early in development so you have the time/resources allocated to make it properly,” Steve Saylor, an accessibility consultant and creator, shared on Bluesky. “Having it in-engine can mean the heavy lifting is done for you, and the cost of time/resources now is significantly lower.”

Unity previously offered APIs for both Android and iOS’ built-in screen readers in its Unity 6.0 release, but hadn’t yet added support for Windows Narrator or macOS VoiceOver. With this new alpha and its eventual release as Unity 6.3, developers creating games with Unity will have access to a native screen reader in all of the engine’s major platforms. Considering how popular Unity is as a game engine, that could vastly improve the accessibility of future games.
