Liquidity Levels Show XRP Price Is Headed Up, But Must Cross $2.40 First

by admin June 12, 2025

The XRP price appears to be approaching higher valuations as liquidity levels point to increasing buying pressure. According to a crypto market expert, this trend could set the stage for a potentially powerful rally. However, the altcoin must first break through the key resistance level at $2.40 to confirm a sustained move upwards.

XRP Price Faces $2.4 Barrier Before Next Leg Up

XRP is currently displaying early signs of strong bullish momentum that could propel it to fresh highs. However, a crypto analyst on X (formerly Twitter), known as ‘CryptoInsightsuk,’ warns that a confirmed breakout in the XRP price will require a decisive move above the critical $2.4 resistance.

One of the analyst’s price charts highlights that XRP is now testing a long-term descending trendline, which has consistently rejected previous upward attempts. CryptoInsightsuk notes that the token, which was trading around $2.28 at the time of the analysis, is struggling to hold above the $2.4 resistance level. The goal is to flip this crucial price point into support, as failure to do so could stall bullish momentum.

Moving forward, XRP’s Relative Strength Index (RSI), located in the first price chart, is positioned near the neutral 51 mark, indicating a balanced momentum with possible room for further upside. While normal RSI remains evenhanded, its Stochastic RSI, situated at the bottom of the chart, has entered overbought territory.

Source: CryptoInsightuk on X

The Stochastic RSI is currently above 80, which often signals a short-term cooldown or consolidation before another leg up. Despite the recent bounce, where XRP jumped from around $2.05 in January to approximately $2.8, the altcoin’s volume has remained relatively modest.

Notably, CryptoInsightsuk identifies $2.4 as the first real hurdle. A daily close above this threshold would signal the early stages of a potential trend reversal. However, the more substantial resistance remains at $2.6. Only a break above this level would fully confirm the bullish trend and potentially open the door to more aggressive upside targets. Until then, the pressure remains on bulls to sustain the altcoin’s momentum at this pivotal stage and push its price toward new breakout levels.

Liquidity Levels Signal Caution As Price Tests Resistance

CryptoInsightsuk’s second XRP price chart reinforces his bullish outlook, offering a detailed look at the cryptocurrency’s liquidity levels and volume concentration. The analyst emphasized the importance of liquidity levels currently forming around the altcoin. These levels represent areas of strong market interest and typically serve as both resistance and potential magnets for price action.

Notably, CryptoInsightsuk points out that liquidity can sometimes be left behind as price moves. Still, when it’s as dense and pronounced as it is now, it becomes a key factor in market behavior and future price movements. Despite XRP’s bullish structure, the analyst remains cautious, as strong liquidity nearby suggests that the area could become a trap if the price fails to break above it.

Bitcoin Outflow Exodus: Investors Show Confidence With Massive Withdrawals From Crypto Exchanges

by admin June 11, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

Following Bitcoin’s recent stunning rebound from the $105,000 threshold, the flagship asset appears to have found robust support and stability above $109,000. With bullish sentiment returning to the market, a report has revealed a massive wave of BTC outflows from crypto exchanges over a long period.

A Significant BTC Outflow From Crypto Exchanges

Amidst a strong rally by Bitcoin, Alphractal, an advanced on-chain analytics platform, has shed light on the massive BTC outflows from cryptocurrency exchanges over the past 5 years. When a coin is consistently withdrawn from crypto exchanges, it reflects a growing preference for self-custody.

According to the on-chain platform, the Bitcoin balance on exchanges has shown a startling pattern since February 2020, with a total of 3.77 million BTC leaving these platforms. These significant BTC outflows during this period are valued at a whopping $219 billion, which is higher than the amount of coins these exchanges are managing to accumulate.

Despite how the development may appear, the platform highlighted that this is an indication of selling by investors. “In short, the $219 billion BTC exodus from exchanges doesn’t reflect fear,” Alphractal stated. Rather, it portrays the robust belief of investors who view Bitcoin as the future’s digital gold.

It is worth noting that Alphractal considers this trend as one of the strongest indicators of market confidence and maturity. After delving into the Exchange Flux Balance, a key metric that provides clarity on investors’ behavior on crypto platforms, Alphratcal outlined key takeaways in the massive outflows.

A wave of BTC withdrawals from exchanges | Source: Alphractal on X

The first takeaway is a long-term strategy (HODL) by investors as BTC owners move their coins to private wallets. This behavior sends a clear message that these investors view the flagship asset as a long-term store of value and have no immediate plans to sell.

While the trend persists, this action demonstrates a high level of confidence in BTC’s long-term prospects. Particularly, these investors are exhibiting their long-term commitment by taking self-custody of their coins, which lowers the available supply and can lead to a supply squeeze.

As BTC becomes less available on exchanges or a supply squeeze occurs, it is likely to reduce selling pressure. Historically, this is generally regarded as an exceptionally bullish indication since a tighter supply can raise prices when demand grows.

BTC’s Price Makes Key Move

With BTC’s on-chain dynamics flashing bullish signals alongside positive, promising chart formations, the asset may gain enough momentum for a sustained upward push. Trader Tardigrade, a crypto analyst, has forecasted an impending substantial rally for Bitcoin in the following months.

The expert anticipates a major rally as BTC makes a perfect Mean Reversion central line along its uptrend, spanning for 2.5 years or since late 2023. As seen in the weekly chart, Bitcoin’s price has currently dropped back below this central level. Should BTC break past the central line, the expert believes it might increase its price to $230,000 before retracing to the line.

At WWDC 2025, Apple Puts AI on the Back Burner to Show Us What It Does Best

by admin June 11, 2025

Last year, Apple’s WWDC keynote was jam-packed with AI promises and unbridled ambitions. This year, the tech giant scaled back its Apple Intelligence messaging and made it crystal clear what we’d be getting – and not getting – in its latest software updates. To some, this may have been a letdown. But to me, it was a refreshing callback to a simpler, pre-AI-dominated era.

The messaging switch-up was most evident when it acknowledged the delayed rollout of its AI-supercharged Siri. Within the first five minutes of the event Monday, Craig Federighi, senior vice president of software engineering at Apple, essentially told anyone hoping for updates they were out of luck. “We’re continuing our work to deliver the features that make Siri even more personal,” he noted. “This work needed more time to reach our high quality bar, and we look forward to sharing more about it in the coming year.”

Watch this: Introducing iOS 26 at WWDC25

04:37

And it wasn’t just Siri. AI announcements in general took a backseat to one key element that’s helped Apple stand apart for decades: design. At multiple points in the presentation, leaders raved (even more than usual) about the appearance and functionality of Apple’s software, and the Liquid Glass redesign arriving with iOS 26 took center stage.

The handful of Apple Intelligence updates that were announced were more modest additions to existing apps and processes, like AI-powered poll suggestions in iMessage group chats and Adaptive Power to boost your iPhone’s battery life.

Alan Dye, vice president of human interface design at Apple, said during the keynote, “We’ve always cared deeply about every detail of our software design, and it’s these moments of beauty, craft and joy that bring our products to life.”

It’s undeniably corporate fluff, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t any truth to it. Arguably no company has done a better job ensuring hardware and software play as nicely together as Apple, and the design of both these elements – barring a few hiccups – has been consistently strong. Apple using this year’s WWDC to focus not on AI, but on that distinguishing design factor doesn’t so much feel like a cop-out as it does a refocus, and a reclamation of why the brand matters in the first place.

Other practical yet subtle improvements like Live Activities on Mac, Call Screening on iPhone (finally) and more versatile windows on iPad admittedly made this WWDC keynote feel slightly underwhelming, especially in the age of flashy AI announcements. But to me, it was a welcome return to functionality being the primary focus, rather than just investor-approved buzzwords largely meaningless to the average consumer. In fact, given how lukewarm general reception has been to mobile AI so far, Apple may be onto something.

According to a new CNET survey, just 11% of US adults choose to upgrade their phones to access AI features, and about 3 in 10 people don’t find mobile AI helpful. And yet these tech keynotes have consistently become dspectacles for launching generative AI features most people never asked for. Competitors like Google and Samsung have loaded their devices with next-generation AI capabilities, but Apple lags behind, and pressure is mounting.

The iPhone maker has released a handful of Apple Intelligence updates over the past year like notification summaries, writing tools and image generation. But its biggest unfulfilled promise is the modernized Siri it debuted last June, which is supposed to be more intuitive and helpful. But with repeated delays, the smarter assistant may not be available until 2027.

“While it might seem others are leading the AI race, it is not a sought-after feature among users and there’s no revenue uplift (for now),” analyst Paolo Pescatore said in a statement. “The subtle addition of Apple Intelligence across key services will help grow awareness and provide users with confidence to drive further engagement. The tight integration between hardware, software and services really stands out with this latest move.”

It seems Apple has learned its lesson on getting ahead of itself and making grand promises. Its approach to this year’s WWDC felt more measured and on-brand than the AI showmanship of last year’s keynote. It was a return to what I believe most people want to hear about: design and software updates that simply make our devices more enjoyable to use, accompanied by more curated Apple Intelligence updates like real-time language translation or a Hold Assist phone feature to save your spot on customer service calls.

“Although they made some uncharacteristically early promises last year, in my opinion they serviced their brand better avoiding that this year, choosing to go at a pace they are comfortable with,” Nabila Popal, the senior research director at IDC, said in a statement. Whether that’s a pace Apple and consumers will stay comfortable with remains to be seen, but so far, it seems to be going just fine.

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show walkthrough

by admin June 10, 2025

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show is a charming point-and-click puzzle adventure, made in celebration of studio Rusty Lake‘s 10th anniversary and available for free on Steam.

Below, we’ve detailed a complete walkthrough for The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show, including how to unravel each of the magic tricks that take place in each act and solve the additional challenges that lead up to the office party at the end of the game.

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show walkthrough

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show is a point-and-click game where you’ll need to solve various puzzles by clicking patterns in the right order, dragging and dropping items, and spotting hidden items. It’s split into two key sections, with plenty of achievements to pick up along the way.

Act One

Screenshot by Dot Esports

The game will kick off with a short introduction to Mr. Rabbit, followed by a tutorial on how the game works.

Click on the top hat to remove it from Mr. Rabbit, click on it again to summon the magic wand, then drag it to the magician’s hand. Then, click the hat once more to release a colorful swarm of balloons.

Pop these balloons in size order, starting from the smallest. In order, this is:

  1. Purple
  2. Green
  3. Yellow
  4. Red
  5. Blue

Each time you finish a puzzle, the act you’re on will automatically come to a close and take you straight into the next act.

Act Two

When the curtains reveal Mr. Rabbit in Act Two, click on his hat to remove it, then click on it again to zoom in.

Interacting with the hat here will summon a handful of flowers—drag and organize them based on the number of petals they have, starting with the flower that has the fewest. The correct order from left to right is:

  1. Purple
  2. White
  3. Red
  4. Green
  5. Yellow
  6. Blue

Act Three

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Click on Mr. Rabbit’s hand when he appears on stage to reveal a handful of cards, then click again to get a closer look.

A particular card must be selected for each stage here. The correct order is:

  • Ace
  • Three of butterflies
  • Seven of hearts
  • Five of hearts

Act Four

Repeatedly click the crumpled-up paper until it rolls out of the way, then hit the curtains to start this level.

Select the top hat, then select it again. A hand with a gun will appear. There are five hats above the stage in a line, so click the gun to fire at the top of the level until all of the hats are on the stage.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Then, fire once more to summon a baseball. Drag and drop this into the baseball hat.

Five more objects will follow. Place the hammer into the construction hat, the binoculars into the explorer hat, the grenade inside the military hat, the horseshoe into the cowboy hat, and the rabbit into the top hat.

Act Five

Click on Mr. Rabbit’s hat twice to zoom in and remove it, then click a third time to summon a hand from the hat.

Five stages will follow, requiring you to click the magic wand the same number of times indicated by the hand in the hat. It’s in numerical order, so click the wand once, then twice, thrice, and so on.

Act Six

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Click to get a closer look, wait for the tiger to close its eyes, then drag Mr. Rabbit’s arm towards the tiger’s mouth.

As soon as the tiger opens its eyes, stop—moving when its eyes are open will result in Mr. Rabbit losing an arm. Slowly keep pushing towards the right of the screen to retrieve the rabbit hidden in the tiger’s mouth.

Act Seven

Shoo away the fly that lands on the curtains by clicking on it, then interact with the curtains to start. Tap to get a closer look at the cabinets, then click to open each of them.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Drag and drop the cabinets to put Mr. Rabbit back in the correct order—the edges need to be aligned, so make sure the picture looks complete.

The doors will close once you’ve done this. Then, click each cabinet from top to bottom to reveal the magician, and click on him to end the trick.

Act Eight

This act requires clicking each object in the correct order to prevent everything on the stage from exploding. The right order is:

  • Number one
  • Beige plant pot
  • Carrots
  • Blue and white vase
  • Star
  • Cake
  • Red cup
  • Top hat

The items will move around after each selection. Click on Mr. Rabbit to end the act.

Act Nine

Click the mug to remove it before the curtains open. This act has three stages, where you must drag and release Mr. Rabbit’s top hat to launch a rabbit, making sure it lands in the other hat on the stage.

This can take some trial and error, as the hat will move after each stage. Only pulling the hat back a short amount will mean the rabbit travels a short distance, and vice versa. Watch the shadow of the rabbit on the bottom of the stage to get an indication of its speed and distance for your next attempt.

Act 10

Click on Mr. Rabbit twice to begin. Swords will appear—the correct sword must be dragged and dropped into the corresponding slot on the wooden box. The numbers match up to the length of the sword.

Take the first sword from the top and insert it into the +1 section of the box. Then, take the second sword from the top and put it in the +3 section. Pick the second sword from the bottom for the -2 section and the first sword from the bottom for the -1 section.

Act 11

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Tap the screen to remove the error and start the level, tapping on the magician to begin. The aim here is to light up every bulb on the screen by using the magician’s tools as a controller.

Tapping the magic wand will light up or turn off a bulb. You can change whether the bulb you’re targeting is on the top, middle, or bottom level by tapping on Mr. Rabbit’s top hat. Clicking on the magician’s arm will change which column of bulbs you’re targeting.

Act 12

Screenshot by Dot Esports

In this level, Mr. Rabbit will summon various flowers for Ms. Pheasant. If they match the flowers that she has in her hat, drag them towards her. If not, drop them on the floor.

The flowers you need to give her are:

  • Red rose/tulip
  • Blue daisy with green center
  • Yellow buttercup
  • Orange daisy with white center

Act 13

Tap the stage to begin. Six top hats and a carrot will be lined up. There are six characters hidden in each top hat—from left to right, these are:

  1. Cow
  2. Dog
  3. Squirrel
  4. Cat
  5. Mr. Rabbit
  6. Monkey

Drop the food that corresponds to each animal into the correct hat. In order, the pairings are:

  • Carrot in hat five
  • Bone in hat two
  • Fish in hat four
  • Banana in hat six
  • Acorn in hat three
  • Grass in hat one

Act 14

This act will start to break the fourth wall somewhat. Click on the stage and the top hat as usual, then click the hat again to summon a balloon. Tapping the balloon will present a “critical error” text box.

Tap “ok” a few times. This will boot you out of the game and into the office of Rusty Lake, the game studio behind this puzzling adventure.

Fixing the “Bug” in Act 14

You’ll see a laptop, with a piece of paper nearby that features a hint for an upcoming password.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

The note shows a clock, a cube, a bird head, and a TV.

Use the small black arrow on the bottom of the screen to zoom out further. Tap on the person behind the desk and click through the dialogue until they request a cup of tea.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Zoom out and click on the globe. Open it to find a coffee cup—tap it to add it to your inventory.

Zoom back out and click on the rug, moving it to reveal a chocolate wrap that you can add to your inventory.

Use the arrow to the right to enter the next room.

Pick up the crumpled paper and VHS tape by the pink chair.

Then, zoom in on the yellow cabinet. Slide the doors to open each side, revealing a Queen of Clubs card for an achievement on the left and an LP on the right that you can add to your inventory.

Click on the yellow TV in the cabinet above, equip the VHS tape from your inventory by tapping on it, then insert it into the TV with another tap. A strange advert will play on a loop, revealing the number 5 in between the images. This is the fourth number for the password.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Zoom back out and focus in on the cabinet shelves to find the other three numbers.

The clock is the first clue, showing that it’s 7pm currently—meaning the first number in the password is 7.

Tap on the black cube next. Clicking on this will reveal the number 2 in glimmers, meaning the second number is 2.

Zoom back out, then tap on the bird head. Clicking on the eye will cause it to roll in a figure of eight, meaning the third number for the password is 8.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Combining them, the password you’ll need later is 7285. For now, there’s another achievement you can pick up by opening the comic book on the lower shelves. Tap to open, then pick up the Ace of Spades achievement card inside.

Zoom back out and focus on the paintings. Drag and drop the smaller paintings to correspond with the landmarks shown in the larger painting.

Going clockwise, the painting order is:

  • Windmill
  • Church
  • Mansion
  • Black and white building
  • Person
  • Bridge

This will reveal a book of matches behind the large painting, which you can pick up.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Zoom out and head to the next room on the right.

Speaking to the person on the left and right will reveal that you need to make them a cold drink and a coffee, respectively. Looking at the whiteboard will show your current aims—make the drinks, fix the bug, and then update the anniversary game.

Focus on the empty desk and select the pile of papers. Drag them out from the middle to reveal a tea bag and add it to your inventory.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Zoom out and head to the next room on the right. This is the kitchen area. If you focus on the plant and then wobble it with a few clicks, it’ll smash to the floor. In the shards, you can find the Queen of Spades card for another achievement.

Throw the crumpled paper and chocolate wrap in the trash can, clicking to open the lid and close it again.

Then, retrieve a coffee capsule, tea mug, and can of soda by opening the top cupboards and the fridge.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Focus on the kitchen appliances on the counter. Drag the coffee mug to the coffee machine, then do the same with the coffee capsule. Click on the white handle to brew the coffee, then pick up the cup with coffee.

Then, drag the tea mug to the counter and place the tea bag inside. Drag the kettle and pour the water into the mug to make the tea.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Deliver the drinks to the characters in the studio by interacting with them and selecting the correct drink from your inventory—from left to right, it’s tea, soda, then coffee.

Once everyone has their drink, the character in the yellow sweater will ask you to help fix the bug.

Click on the computer screen to start. This is a text-based puzzle where you’ll need to fill in the gaps in the code correctly by selecting words from the bottom of the screen and clicking where you want them to go. Starting from the top, the correct order of words is:

  • Rabbit
  • Hat
  • Rabbit
  • Rabbit
  • Wand
  • Balloon
  • Balloon

Hit submit, then compile the game via the text box prompt. Maarten will give you a USB stick here.

This USB stick will allow you to return to the main game. Before you do this, you can pick up one more achievement. Wiggle the overhead light in the main room with the laptop to pick up the King of Clubs from the floor.

Zoom in on the laptop once more, insert the USB stick, then input your name and the password 7285 to continue.

This will take you back to Act 14. Tap the hat, the wand, and then the balloon, prompting a mammoth to drop down onto Mr. Rabbit.

Act 15

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Tap on the water tank onstage to lower Mr. Rabbit in, then tap again to summon a swarm of keys that’ll unlock his chains.

The key second from the top on the left side has two prongs and opens the chain around Mr. Rabbit’s waist. The key with three prongs on the lower right-hand side of the screen opens the chain around his arms, and the key with one prong on the bottom right-hand side opens the chain around his feet.

Drag the correct key to the corresponding padlock, tap the padlocks to unlock them, tap the chains to remove them, then tap the rope around the magician’s feet to end the trick.

Act 16

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Tap on the stage to begin, then select the mirror twice. You’ll see a mirror world version of Mr. Rabbit, along with a slew of items on the floor.

This act requires matching up the items shown in the mirror with the opposite items on the stage by dragging them into Mr. Rabbit’s hand. In order, the items are:

  • Rabbit
  • Sun
  • Weight
  • Snail
  • Coffee
  • Rock
  • Elephant
  • Rose

Act 17

This trick requires angling the various top hats on the stage to create a smooth path for the dove to fly through, leading it to the white hat on the right-hand side.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Starting from the top left, follow the steps below to create the correct route:

  • Tilt the far left hat so the brim faces the opposite corner of the screen
  • Make the next hat face straight down
  • Tilt the next hat along so it has the same angle as the first hat
  • Point the next hat so it’s facing straight down
  • Move the final hat of this row so it has the opposite angle to the first hat, pointing downwards at the bottom left corner of the screen
  • On the bottom row, tilt the left hat so it faces towards the previous hat, pointing up at the top right-hand corner
  • Tilt the next hat along so it faces the top left-hand corner, pointing at the first hat you moved
  • Copy the previous angle with the final hat, making it face the top left-hand side of the screen

When the hats are in position, click Mr. Rabbit’s top hat in his hand to launch the dove and send it through to the white hat.

Act 18

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Select Mr. Rabbit to begin. The aim here is to turn on all four lights by transforming Mr. Rabbit into different characters one at a time. This is done by clicking each body part and cycling through the various options, matching them up in order.

In order, the characters you need are:

  • Mr. Rabbit
  • Alternate universe Mr. Rabbit in the brown suit
  • The man wearing a brown hat and boots
  • The eldritch being in the rabbit mask

Finding the matching parts for each character in this order will prompt the character to turn on the lights. Once the eldritch being turns on the fourth light, the act will be over.

Act 19

Select Mr. Rabbit, then tap the top hat to summon a dove. Tap the dove again to reveal a block of musical notes.

The aim here is to hit the musical notes in the correct order. The correct order is figured out by looking at where the musical notes are pointing and following that path along to the next note.

For example, the bottom-left-hand note in the grid points straight to the next note on the right. This note then points diagonally to the second note from the left in the next row up.

We’ve drawn out our route in the image below, starting with the bottom right-hand corner note, as we found this was the simplest path to take.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Once the notes have been played correctly, click the dove a few times to turn it into Mrs. Dove, who will then turn Mr. Rabbit into a regular rabbit.

Act 20

Mirroring the first act, click on Mr. Rabbit, then remove his hat and summon the magic wand by clicking on the hat again. Then, tap the hat once more to reveal a black hole.

Click the black hole again to put it on the floor of the stage. It’ll move from left to right. Click on it when it’s under Mr. Rabbit so he falls inside.

A balloon will rise up from the black hole after this. Click it to finish the final act.

The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show office party

Despite getting to the final act of the magic show, once you reach the thank you screen, you’ll quickly see that you’ve still got a while to go with the game. You’ll be back in the Rusty Lake office, looking at the same thank you screen on the laptop.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Zoom out from the desk view and speak to the person who previously asked you for tea. This time, you need to make toasties for the team.

Head to the right, picking up the empty can from the trophy room floor, and keep going into the next room over. Once in the office, speak to the new employee in tartan to receive a fridge door handle.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Check out the whiteboard for an updated task list. You now need to:

  • Make lunch
  • Order the cake
  • Clean the office
  • Put up decorations
  • Have the anniversary party

Continue to the right and enter the kitchen. Throw the crumpled soda can in the trash can, then attach the fridge door handle to the fridge, dragging the item to the two black dots on the door.

Open the fridge and pick up everything inside, then focus on the grill on the counter.

Drag two slices of bread onto the grill, place an ingredient like shrimp or cheese on top of each, then put another slice of bread on top. Close the grill, then reopen it to claim the cooked toasties, repeating these steps to create the remaining two sandwiches.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Deliver a toastie to each character—it doesn’t matter who gets what—then wait for the room to fill up with smoke completely. It’ll take a few seconds to fill up.

Keep heading to the left until you see a character with antlers. Click on them to receive an ominous warning that “the past is never dead,” then keep heading to the left again, clicking on the two small, floating lights that appear.

Continue going until you see a character with a bird head. Click on them a few times to exit this strange, smoke-filled world and re-enter the office.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Head to the right, into the office, and speak to the character at the right-hand desk.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

You will now need to call the cake shop. Head to the desk on the left and look at the white mobile phone for a clue, pressing the circle button to turn it on. The second note in the yellow notes app will inform you that “4 photos = mail login code.”

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Exit this app with the circle button and open the pink photos app.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

There will be four photos here, each showing a real-life counterpart of items on the shelves in the neighbouring trophy room. The items in order are:

  • Pigeon plush
  • Automaton
  • Comic
  • Bright yellow TV

Zoom out of the desk view, heading to the left to go back to the trophy room and find out the code.

The pigeon plush, called Harvey, is the third plush in the lineup, meaning the first number for the code is 3.

Interacting with the automaton, comic, and bright yellow TV—not the light yellow one from the previous office level—will reveal the corresponding numbers of 9, 6, and 1, respectively. The code you need to log in to the mail app is 1639.

Head back to the phone, open the blue mail app, and input the code. Opening the first email titled “DISCOUNT” will reveal that the cake company’s phone number is 02074.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Exit the desk view and head to the left twice, going back to the room with the laptop. Interact with the black rotary phone on the wall and dial 02074. The cake company will let you know that the cake will be there in a matter of seconds.

Then, let the cake in through the door.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Tap it to wheel it into the next room, then head right twice to get back into the office. Wheel the cake away from the whiteboard by clicking the trolley a few times, then tap it once more to put it on the floor. Yum. Floor cake.

Use the matches from your inventory to light the candles, then tap the top left corner of the cake to rip a bit off.

Speak to the character at the desk to the right and hand over this chunk of cake to receive a brush.

Head to the right to get back into the kitchen, then use the brush on the shards of the plant pot near the trash can. Placing the shards in the trash can will push out a key onto the floor—this is why we were putting bits of trash in there earlier, which you can pick up.

This key unlocks the nearby storage closet.

Screenshot by Dot Esports

Inside, pick up the pink LP, then open the cardboard box to pick up two bundles of colorful flags.

Tip:Look out for the red rabbit balloon

Emptying the cardboard box of balloons means you’ll see a few balloons on the floor when you zoom back out. When you spot the red rabbit balloon, click on it a few times to claim the Jack of Clubs and receive another achievement.

Zoom back out, then hang one bundle of colorful flags on the white hook on the top of the room. Then, head to the right and hang the next string of flags on the white hook in the room with the laptop.

After you’ve done this, the rest of the Rusty Lake team will show up for the party. Once everyone has entered, head to the right and open the teal package on the floor to find the new red LP. Playing this on the gramophone will reward you with the King of Spades achievement card.

Head to the right once more to get back to the office. Here, you’ll find the entire Rusty Lake team gathered around the cake. They’ll thank you and ask you to do the honors of blowing out the candles, which you can do by clicking on each one.

The group will begin singing, but will be quickly interrupted by the alternate universe version of Mr. Rabbit with a Tommy gun popping out of the cake. Don’t worry, though—turns out it was just one more trick and it’s Mr. Rabbit in disguise with a confetti gun.

With that, the credits will roll, letting you know that you’ve technically finished The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show—but that there’s still a fair few post-credits achievement playing cards to pick up if you’re hoping to 100 percent the game.

One of them can be found on the “Rusty Laker of the Month” poster in the post-credits office. Simply clicking on the poster and picking up the card will net you the achievement.

To investigate the other remaining achievements, head back to the mobile phone. New apps, photos, and codes will be available here, each leading to the remaining cards. Spend some time digging around in the office with these clues to tick off all of the whimsical achievements in this indie gem.

Every videogame showcase is a PC gaming show now

by admin June 9, 2025

This week: Between obsessing over the trailers for Mandrake and Innkeep, I’ve been trying to finish Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. And failing.

I was watching the Frosty Games Fest, a showcase of upcoming games from Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand—where it’s currently cold as balls, hence the “Frosty” part of the name—and realized that, out of more than 50 games I saw there, only two weren’t coming to PC. And that’s because one of them already was on PC, and was just there to announce its mobile port.

The Frosty Games Fest may not be a PC-centric show, yet it has a dedicated Steam page to help you track down the game where you’re a thief with really long arms, or the visual novel where you romance Dracula.

Obviously the PC Gaming Show is 100% PC games, and it’s no big surprise the Xbox Games Showcase is also full of games coming to PC. (Not today, at least, though it wasn’t that long ago that Xbox still did console exclusives.) And it was interesting that the Xbox handheld turned out to just be a ROG Ally that is “bringing together the power of Xbox and the freedom of Windows” according to Sarah Bond, Microsoft’s president of Xbox. And also that Pokémon studio Game Freak’s next game is coming to PC.

What is surprising is how much the central tentpole of this overwhelming annual game-a-palooza, the Summer Game Fest, has become a PC show by default. We had to wait years for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game to come to PC, but Scott Pilgrim EX touts a PC launch from its very first reveal, as does Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver. (I’m still waiting for 1999’s Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style to get a PC port, though.)

Everything from Diablo-but-you’re-SpongeBob to the Lego-themed multiplayer party game is coming to our platform of choice, and when a rare game doesn’t tell you it’ll be launching on Steam it’s only because, in the case of End of Abyss and Out of Words, they’re coming to Epic. At least, for now.

When a game like Stranger than Heaven shows up at the SGF with a trailer that doesn’t tell you what platform it’ll be on, or indeed much of anything except that it’s a noir take on Yakuza, once upon a time we might have sat on it while we hassled PR people for confirmation that it would release on PC, too. But now, when Yakuza 0 puts in regular appearances in the PC Gamer Top 100 every year, it’s hard to imagine it won’t.

Back when E3 was still a thing, it often felt like a celebration of big-budget games and console hardware, with everything else a secondary consideration relegated to the fringes. Which is why we set up the PC Gaming Show in the first place. Now, when E3 has a stake through its heart and a mouth stuffed full of garlic so it can’t rise again, PC gaming and the variety of games it supports gets to be at the forefront of our show, and every show—where it belongs.

1 Bitcoin Up For Grabs On Netflix Reality Show ‘House Of Streams’

by admin June 8, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

Netflix is gearing up to launch a new reality series called “House of Streams” on June 18 in the UK and Ireland. Eight well-known online streamers will face off for a prize that’s anything but ordinary. Instead of cash, the winner will claim 1 Bitcoin—worth more than $104,000 at current rates.

Show Details And Prize

According to Netflix’s announcement, the series drops on June 18 and features eight contestants. They’ve built a combined audience of about 4 million followers.

Viewers can expect challenges that test creativity, teamwork, and quick thinking. The top performer walks away with the full Bitcoin reward, which could rise or fall in value once the show ends.

Contestant Lineup Highlights

According to reports, the list of participants includes Twitch stars The Black Hokage, CyborgAngel, and OutplayedByJade. All these streamers have individual styles and faithful followers. Some are famous for long hours of gaming. Others base their audiences around artwork or comments. All will face off under one roof.

Backing And Broader Crypto Content

Netflix isn’t new to cryptocurrency themes. Earlier releases like “Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King” explored the QuadrigaCX collapse. And the upcoming “The Altruists” series covers US President Donald Trump’s former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried alongside Caroline Ellison’s story. This new reality project seems designed to tap into that existing interest in blockchain and digital assets.

Safety Alerts And Scams Warning

On May 22, producers issued a warning: “We support Bitcoin and no other memecoin.” They’re trying to head off fake tokens and pump-and-dump schemes.

In the past, big promotions have drawn copycat coins that vanish as soon as they peak. Contestants and fans alike are being urged to stay vigilant and only trust official channels.

Real-World Risks For Crypto Holders

Security experts say high asset values can make crypto figures targets. In May 2024, French police rescued the father of an entrepreneur held in suburbia after attackers severed one finger. In another case, masked men tried to abduct the family of Pierre Noizat, CEO of French exchange Paymium.

And late last month, three teenagers from Florida allegedly kidnapped a man at gunpoint in Las Vegas and drove him over 70 miles to a desert near White Hills, Arizona. Victims found themselves blindfolded and warned not to look back.

As Netflix readies House of Streams, it faces two challenges. First, it must satisfy viewers looking for both fun and authenticity. Second, it must navigate the very real dangers that follow high-value crypto prizes.

The Long-Awaited ‘Mass Effect’ Show Has a Showrunner Now

by admin June 8, 2025

Prime Video’s upcoming Mass Effect show is progressing slowly, but surely. On Friday, Deadline revealed the live-action series gained Doug Jung as its showrunner.

Jung, who most may remember as the co-writer for 2016’s Star Trek Beyond, recently ended a showrunner/executive producer stint for Apple TV+’s Chief of War. He’ll be working alongside writer Dan Casey, and both will EP for the series alongside franchise producer Mike Gamble. As Deadline notes, this is a “major step forward” in the show’s development, which was first teased all the way back in 2021, then had its existence reaffirmed back in 2024.

To date, Prime Video’s kept mum on what exactly Casey’s pitch was for the Mass Effect show. Among fans, the general thinking is that it’ll just adapt the initial trilogy of Commander Shepard gathering allies to fight the Reapers. (This also seemed to be the plan when a movie seemed likely back in 2007 after the first game came out.) But shows like Castlevania and Prime Video’s own Fallout have taken a different approach that tells an original story inside the worlds of those series. (Fallout in particular carries itself like a Fallout 5 we’re getting to watch but not play.) Others, like Tomb Raider and Dragon Age, continued (or hoped to) the stories of the games they’re based on.

There’s certainly different routes for the Mass Effect series to take, and we’ll be interested to learn Jung and Casey’s approach in due time.

Almost Zero? Shiba Inu Whale Inflows Show Surprising Trend

by admin June 7, 2025

In a surprising development, Shiba Inu (SHIB) saw essentially no change in the last seven days in large holder inflows, an indicator that tracks the funds going into addresses belonging to either whales or large holders.

According to data from IntoTheBlock, SHIB’s large holder inflows recorded a mere -0.10% change over the past week, with the actual explanation for the drop unknown.

The most notable drop was on June 5, when large holder inflows plunged from 3.07 trillion SHIB on June 4 to just 287.97 billion SHIB — a sharp over 90% decline in just 24 hours.

You Might Also Like

The decline coincides with a drop in Shiba Inu prices earlier this week, with SHIB falling from a high of $0.00001345 on June 3 to a low of $0.0000119 on June 5.

However, the fact that SHIB only saw a -0.10% change, despite the June 5 dip, suggests that some stability may be returning. This could imply the decline was possibly a reaction to short-term volatility in the broader crypto market.

Shiba Inu whales in observation mode

Shiba Inu large holder outflows, which denote funds moving out of whale addresses, showed a negative change of -55% in the last seven days, signaling whales might be in observation mode but with little accumulation, while large holder netflows increased by 67% during the same period.

You Might Also Like

This could simply be a pause before the next move, especially as the market digests macroeconomic signals and broader sell-offs.

Shiba Inu returned to a support level of $0.0000119 on Friday after a three-day fall due to market uncertainty. Positive momentum was sustained during the early Saturday session. As of this writing, SHIB was up 3.10% in the last 24 hours to $0.00001282 and 3.70% weekly.

On the upside, Shiba Inu would face an immediate barrier at $0.00001389, which coincides with the daily SMA 50, ahead of the daily SMA 200 at $0.00001745.

I can see why Devolver dedicated its whole show to Ball X Pit: It’s like Atari’s Breakout meets Vampire Survivors and the demo is curing my roguelike fatigue

by admin June 7, 2025

If you’re anything like me, a Gen Z caffeine addict with the attention span of a fruit fly, ancient classics like Pong and Breakout don’t do much for you. ‘How am I supposed to play this without roguelite elements and heaps of stacking upgrades?’ I cry, and if the lesson is that sometimes less is more, an hour with Ball X Pit has made sure I may never learn it. Sometimes more is more, and it rules.

Devolver dedicated its Summer Game Fest show to Ball X Pit, a brick-breaker turbocharged with new twists, and I was able to try a demo of it before the reveal.

Skeleton soldiers in the form of blocks and rectangles march down a vertical column trying to shoot you and reach the bottom, while you run around automatically firing balls which bounce around and deal damage. If you catch the balls mid-flight, they immediately shoot out wherever you’re aiming. There’s already some depth there: you can aim wide to take down a whole group with ricochets, or get up in an enemy’s face and rapidly bat the ball back at them to focus one down.

Related articles

The fun really starts, though, when you start leveling up and racking up special balls. Between a broodmother ball that “births” more balls as it flies around, a burn ball that lights enemies ablaze, and a midnight oil ball that turns burning enemies into living bombs, and all sorts of colorful alternatives, Ball X Pit goes from stark simple to nigh-unreadable chaos in a matter of minutes.

Each special ball gets added to your arsenal and comes with its own suite of upgrades and potential fusions with other special balls; before long, you’re making split-second decisions in a sea of automatic laser fire and screen-coating explosions. Boss enemies will DPS check your build as the skeleton hordes get tougher and more numerous, and I was constantly itching to level up just one more time, get a little bit stronger, so I could live a few dozen seconds longer.

In-between runs, you hurry back to New Ballbylon (yes, really) and spend whatever cash you earned on the meta progression stuff. New buildings, new playable characters, new potential builds for future runs, and so on. The structure is nothing unusual, but I still walked away from the demo pretty taken with what I played—which speaks to the sheer, twitchy fun this game finds in its ball-bouncing brick breaking.

Frankly, I thought I was getting tired of the roguelike formula, and Ball X Pit packs in a lot of concepts you have seen before. But the action in its demo is so breakneck, such a potent distillation of that power-scaling madness I love in games like Risk of Rain, I came crawling back to the play button after seeing what the demo had to offer.

Keep up to date with the most important stories and the best deals, as picked by the PC Gamer team.

If you’re keen to check out Ball X Pit, you can wishlist it or play the demo on Steam.
