Doja Cat Fortnite Account Takeover Gets Messy After Deleted Sex Toy Post

by admin October 9, 2025

Doja Cat is coming to Fortnite’s 2025 Halloween event and the battle royale tried to get players hyped by letting R&B’s “Queen of Memes” take over the Fortnite X account on Wednesday. It didn’t take long for that piece of online performance art to blow up after the account tweeted what seemed like an obvious allusion to sex toys and Doja Cat denied being behind it. “Shit cringe as fuck now I’m embarrassed,” she wrote back.

The Fortnite X account had Doja Cat’s in-game face as its avatar when it posted “mother of rose toys,” which many fans immediately took to mean sex toys. “Oh damn the sex update is real!!” one joked on the subreddit. But Doja Cat immediately distanced herself from the whole thing and the post was taken down. People didn’t believe her at first. “I told them not to man that’s not even me,” she wrote. “I said this yesterday and then said ‘don’t post that’ :/.”

X

The internet-savvy artist has a history of trolling and back-handed marketing endorsements, as Polygon points out. So many are left wondering whether this was an actual brand activation gone bad or part of some elaborate 4D poster chess to get people talking and arguing about what is, at the end of the day, a microtransaction-filled in-game event aimed at getting players to empty their virtual wallets on overpriced skins. Is the modern media landscape so cynical as to desperately gin up a non-troversy just to pad the quarterly sales figures?

Some folks are genuinely surprised that a game largely aimed at children would go anywhere near sexual entendres, even if the whole thing really is just a social media fake-out on page seven of the Fortnite Halloween 2025 marketing deck. With the culture already primed to lash out at any online gaming-adjacent micro-scandal, it does seem a bit far-fetched that Epic Games would willingly ignite a whole discourse cycle around “Fortnite sex toys.”

After all, it only just got done making sure there weren’t any accidental Nazi allusions in its latest Peacemaker emote following some late season-2 twists. It’s due back tomorrow with a “modified” animation that will apparently remove any possibility of it accidentally conjuring a swastika. Then again, Epic didn’t seem too worried about Darth Vader, voiced by AI James Earl Jones, saying racist stuff and cursing at players, so who can say?

If you missed Master Chief having sex on Paramount+ now you can see Master Chief having sex on Netflix

by admin October 2, 2025

Did you miss the Halo TV show when it first came out because it was on Paramount+ and, like, who even subscribes to Paramount+, right?

Well, now you can catch the Halo TV show on Netflix because it’s on Netflix, and if you’re like me, you probably still subscribe to Netflix even though there’s less and less of a reason to still subscribe to Netflix. Right?

The Halo series began in March of 2022, with a second season following in February 2024 and a third season following never because it was canceled. The show didn’t really do all that well critically, as far as I can recall: I don’t remember anyone saying they liked it much, though I also didn’t hear that it was absolutely terrible. Former Halo art director Marcos Lehto stated that he didn’t hate the show, but said it was “Not the Halo I made.”

The general consensus about the Halo show seemed to be just sort of… eh. But a show being eh is sometimes just the sort of thing I’m in the mood for, and since it’s on Netflix, the one subscription I doggedly forget to cancel, it sounds like the perfect thing to stream on a rainy weekend while only half paying attention because I’m also playing Super Video Golf on my Steam Deck.

Besides, I want to see Master Chief have sex because I missed it the first time around.

That was just one of the show’s controversies. First, Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 took his helmet off, something that never happened in the game, and then he showed his naked butt. Then he just went and straight-up boned someone. None of that went over all that well among the fandom.

There was so much backlash that Pablo Schreiber, who plays Master Chief, threw the production under the bus by saying he argued against the sex scene, calling it a “huge mistake.” Way to have your coworkers’ backs, dude. What you could have said was nothing.

Keep up to date with the most important stories and the best deals, as picked by the PC Gamer team.

The second season was better received than the first, which seemed promising for the future of the show, but Halo was canceled in July of 2024—just at the point that an actual Halo finally appeared on the show called Halo. Will it gain new life on Netflix, maybe even enough that it’ll get picked up for more seasons? I doubt it, but you never know: I’ll certainly be watching, at least when I look up intermittently from my Steam Deck.

6 Best Sex Machines for Solo, Couple, or Long-Distance Playtime (2025)

by admin September 14, 2025

The popular perception of sex machines (thanks mainly to porn) is usually a dildo on the end of a long rod attached to a motor. That visual might be intimidating, but Lovense made it downright cute with the Lovense Mini Sex Machine (8/10, WIRED Recommends). A smaller, compact version of its flagship product, the Mini has a powerful motor in a small package, with easily adjustable legs that allow you to position the device at the best angle.

Most sex machines—including Lovense’s larger flagship sex machine—are large and heavy, and can be cumbersome to set up, but the Mini reduces almost every pain point, including the price. At $399, it’s the least expensive machine you’ll find on the market without sacrificing much power. In my testing, it could reach up to 280 thrusts per minute, though its low weight meant it was a little more likely to slide on smooth surfaces. That trade-off is worth it for the portability, though. The thrusting motor was also surprisingly quiet. Someone might still overhear you from the other side of a closed door, but I doubt anyone would hear you in a neighboring apartment. Unless you’re trying to be heard, anyway.

The whole machine comes in a box about the size of a toolbox, with a convenient handle. I highly recommend holding on to this box for storing or transporting the machine, but even if you choose not to, the machine’s parts are small enough to fit inside an Ikea-sized cube cubby, and at 7 pounds, it’s light enough to carry wherever you want.

The Lovense Remote app also adds many features ideal for long-distance couples. You can control the speed and pattern of thrusts from anywhere in the world, and built-in text and voice/video call features let you do it all from one app. You can even create and share a Zoom-style link to let someone take control of your device and set the link to expire after a set duration or a certain number of uses.

Louisiana sues Roblox for allegedly choosing “profits over child safety”, claiming “it’s basically open season for sex predators on this app”

by admin August 17, 2025

The U.S. state of Louisiana is suing Roblox, alleging it facilitates “the sexual exploitation of Louisiana’s children”.

In a statement, Louisiana Attorney General, Liz Murrill, claimed Roblox “endangers the safety of the children” of the state, writing: “Roblox is overrun with harmful content and child predators because it prioritises user growth, revenue, and profits over child safety.

“Every parent should be aware of the clear and present danger posed to their children by Roblox so they can prevent the unthinkable from ever happening in their own home.”

The legal papers then names several “highly inappropriate” Roblox mini games such as Escape to Epstein Island, Public Bathroom Simulator, and Diddy Party.

“These games and others are often filled with sexually explicit material and simulated sexual activity such as child gang rape. A recent report even revealed a group of 3,334 members openly traded child pornography and solicited sexual acts from minors,” the Louisiana announcement says, citing a 2024 report.

The lawsuit claims that while Roblox requires children to have permission from their parents or guardians to open an account, the company “does nothing to confirm or document that parental permission has been given, no matter how young a child is. Nor does Defendant require a parent to confirm the age given when a child signs up to use Roblox”.

“[Roblox] has access to biometric age verification software that requires the user to take a photo of a government-issued ID along with a real-time selfie photo that is then verified through artificial intelligence,” the AG adds. “However, while Defendant utilises this software for other purposes, Defendant intentionally does not utilise this feature when new accounts are created.”

In a press conference announcing the lawsuit, Murrill said: “So [Roblox] have chosen profits over child safety. It’s basically open season for sex predators on this app. For this reason, and all of the others that we’ve talked about today, Roblox is violating Louisiana law, and that’s why we filed this lawsuit.”

Roblox said it does not comment on pending litigation, but stressed “it would like to address erroneous claims and misconceptions about our platform, our commitment to safety, and our overall safety track record”.

“Every day, tens of millions of people around the world use Roblox to learn STEM skills, play, and imagine, and have a safe experience on our platform. Any assertion that Roblox would intentionally put our users at risk of exploitation is simply untrue. No system is perfect, and bad actors adapt to evade detection, including efforts to take users to other platforms, where safety standards and moderation practices may differ. We continuously work to block those efforts and to enhance our moderation approaches to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.”

It added that it is constantly innovating safety tools and launching new safeguards, has taken an industry-leading stance on age-based communication, and serves players of which 64 percent are aged 13 or over. It also dedicates substantial resources to help detect and prevent inappropriate content and behaviour, and collaborates with law enforcement and government agencies, as well as mental health organisations, child safety organisations, and parental advocacy groups “to keep users safe on the platform”.

“We know safety is critically important to families, and we strive to empower our community of parents and caregivers to help ensure a safe online experience for their children. This includes a suite of easy-to-use parental controls to provide parents with more control and clarity on what their kids and teens are doing on Roblox,” the statement concludes.

“We aim to create one of the safest online environments for users, a goal not only core to our founding values but contrary to certain assertions, one we believe is critical to our long-term vision and success. We understand there is always more work to be done, and we are committed to making Roblox a safe and positive environment for all users.”
