World Liberty Financial’s (WLFI) Roadmap: A Debit Card And Tokenized Assets On The Horizon

by admin October 2, 2025

The Trump family’s decentralized finance (DeFi) platform, World Liberty Financial (WLFI), is poised to introduce two new products aimed at investors, capitalizing on the fast-growing sector of tokenization and a new debit card solution.

World Liberty Financial To Launch Debit Card Pilot Program

During a presentation at the Token 2049 conference in Singapore, World Liberty Financial’s CEO, Zach Witkoff, shared these developments alongside co-founder Donald Trump Jr., highlighting the company’s commitment to bridging cryptocurrency with everyday transactions.

Witkoff revealed that the forthcoming debit card, designed to facilitate crypto asset spending in daily life, is set to enter a pilot program in the next quarter, with a launch anticipated either in the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of 2026.

This announcement follows previous hints from Zak Folkman, World Liberty Financial’s co-founder, about a debit card and retail application during Korea Blockchain Week 2025, although the details of the consumer app remain under wraps for now.

In addition to the debit card, Witkoff emphasized the company’s focus on the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). “We’ve not only thought about it, we’re actively working on it,” he stated, noting that assets such as oil, gas, cotton, and timber could benefit from being traded on-chain.

As part of its roadmap, the firm also introduced a stablecoin called USD1. Since its launch, USD1 has rapidly ascended to become the fifth-largest stablecoin globally, boasting a market capitalization of approximately $2.7 billion.

USD1’s Role Amid Political Scrutiny

In response to President Donald Trump being scrutinized by Democratic lawmakers in the US, Donald Trump Jr. emphasized the venture and USD1’s role in supporting US treasuries and maintaining the dollar’s global dominance. He stated:

We’re flying to every single corner of this globe, convincing people to onboard to USD1, which, in effect, convinces those people to go buy US Treasuries, and it’s great for the US dollar.

WLFI also announced plans to expand the USD1 stablecoin onto the Aptos (APT) blockchain. Despite facing challenges, including subdued demand on centralized exchanges (CEXs), the stablecoin has gained traction on decentralized platforms, although concerns remain regarding liquidity concentration among a few major wallets.

In August of this year, World Liberty Financial revealed a partnership with the technology firm ALT5 Sigma. As part of a treasury strategy, ALT5 Sigma will acquire substantial amounts of WLFI tokens, following Strategy’s (formerly MicroStrategy) acquisition of Bitcoin.

On Wednesday, WLFI posted gains of 2%, reaching the $0.200 mark, which has proven to be a major obstacle for the token’s price, as it has been unable to surpass this level for several days.

Battlefield 6’s Roadmap Is Packed With New Maps And More

by admin October 1, 2025

EA has released a content roadmap for Battlefield 6 that outlines all the new goodies and free DLC players can expect during the online shooter’s first season.

Battlefield 6, EA’s next installment in the popular military sim series, is nearly here. The FPS arrives on October 10 on console and PC. But in 2025, games like Battlefield can’t just launch and be done. No, they need roadmaps! Promises of more content coming down the pipeline. And that’s just what’s been revealed, with BF6‘s season one roadmap confirming two new maps are arriving in BF6 before the end of the year, as well as new modes, guns, and more.

As seen in the new roadmap shared on September 29, season one of Battlefield 6 doesn’t start at launch. Instead, it begins on October 28, a few weeks later. The first season is being split into “phases” that will bring in new content every month for the rest of 2025.

© EA

Phase One of BF6‘s first season

The first Phase is Rogue Ops, and it adds a brand new map: Blackwell Fields. This is a big map set in the California badlands, and it will support all modes as well as land and air vehicles. The first phase also adds Strikepoint, a new 4v4 mode all about “intense, small team tactical” combat. Squads fight over an objective across multiple rounds, but only have one life each round. Sounds tense. Not sure it’s something I’ll play, but different strokes, etc.

Also being added in the first phase are an APC vehicle, a compact carbine rifle, a new sidearm, and some extra attachments for weapons.

Phase Two of BF6‘s first season

Phase two of BF6‘s first season kicks off on November 18 and adds a new map, Eastwood, which seems to be a bit smaller than Blackwell Fields. This new battlefield is also set in the United States and is located in a “sleepy, affluent suburb” next to a golf course. All modes supported, but it seems no jets will be available on this one, just helis. A new mode called Sabotage is being added in this phase, too. The new mode is another smaller one focused on 8v8 combat as teams try to destroy as many objectives as possible before time runs out. One team defends, the other attacks. Once again, not sure if this is what I want from Battlefield, but cool for folks who like it.

Also being added in phase two: Battle Pickups. This is a returning feature from some past Battlefield games. Players will be able to find powerful and advanced weapons that can be picked up and used until they run out of ammo or you die and drop them. I’m excited to see how this might change up some maps.  A new double-barreled pump shotgun, revolver, and attachment is also being added during this phase.

Phase three of BF6‘s first season

Finally, on December 9, phase three of the season arrives. EA says this is the last phase of the season. This phase doesn’t add a new map, but instead changes up an existing map. BF6‘s Empire State map, set in NYC, will temporarily be covered in snow during this phase of the season. According to the roadmap, this won’t simply be a fun cosmetic change, but will actually affect gameplay. There will be a new “Freeze” mechanic introduced on the snow-covered map that EA describes as a “gameplay modifier.” No other details yet.

Meanwhile, the third and final phase will add an ice-climbing axe as a new melee weapon option, and a new limited-time “Ice Lock” even that will happen exclusively on the snowy Empire State map.

Phew! That’s a lot of content and all of it is, assuming nothing gets delayed, arriving in the game’s first few months. I’ll be curious to see how much content future seasons include. Can we expect two maps and multiple guns in every season? That seems like a lot. But if the devs can pull it off, Battlefield 6 might end up being one of the best entries in the series. And that might help distract people from the news that EA is being bought up by Saudi Arabia’s prince and Jared Kushner’s investment firm. Battlefield 6 is out on October 10 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds adds Mega Man next year, with post-launch roadmap now revealed

by admin September 27, 2025

Sega has revealed the post-launch roadmap for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, including last night’s announcement that Mega Man will be joining next year as paid DLC.

Capcom’s iconic hero will be joined by Proto Man too, plus there will be a Dr. Wily’s Castle course and a vehicle inspired by canine companion Rush.

The DLC will be available in Q2 next year in the third patch of the game’s Season Pass. That begins later this year with the addition of Minecraft and SpongeBob Squarepants, with Pac-Man to follow early next year.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds | Mega Man Reveal TrailerWatch on YouTube

Then, Q3 of 2026 will see the arrival of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and anime Avatar Legends. Each Season Pass Content Pack includes playable characters, a new vehicle, a new track, emotes and sounds.

In addition, there will be a number of free updates adding new characters and more. Hatsune Miku and Sonic Prime characters are available at launch for Digital Deluxe owners. Then later this year Joker from Persona 5 and Ichiban from Like A Dragon will be added, along with another unknown character.

More free additions will arrive in each quarter next year. You can see the roadmap in the image below.

Mega Man’s inclusion leaked last week, so his reveal at last night’s PlayStation State of Play came as little surprise.

However, the back of the physical box includes artwork for Sega Saturn icon NiGHTS, with fans presuming the jester character will be one of the free characters coming to the game.

Who else do you hope to see join Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds?

XRP And DeFi: The Roadmap That Tells It All

by admin September 24, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

Ripple has unveiled the next phase of its roadmap for the XRP Ledger (XRPL) in relation to institutional DeFi. The roadmap focuses on tokenization, privacy, and native lending, and plans to introduce more stablecoins on the network, which is a positive for XRP’s utility.

Ripple Reveals Latest Roadmap For Institutional DeFi On The Ledger

In a blog post, Ripple noted that tokenization remains the central enabler of the XRP Ledger’s institutional strategy. Therefore, plans are in place to introduce the Multi-Purpose Token (MPT) standard by October on the network. The crypto firm explained that these MPTs are a flexible token standard that can carry essential metadata without relying on complex smart contracts.

In relation to institutional DeFi on the XRP Ledger, Ripple noted that the MPT enables assets of bond issuers, money market funds, and structured products to be represented faithfully and traded natively on the network. The crypto firm further revealed that the next phase will enable the integration of MPTs into the DEX for easy trading, AMM liquidity pools, and cross-token payments.

Furthermore, Ripple also plans to introduce a native lending protocol on the Ledger, which it described as the “most significant near-term milestone.” The lending protocol is set to go live in XRPL Version 3.0.0 later this year. The crypto firm said that the protocol introduces pooled lending and underwritten credit directly at the ledger level.

Ripple remarked that the appeal of a native lending protocol on the Ledger is clear for institutions. The firm claimed that no financial institution will turn down low-cost capital if it can be sourced within KYC/AML standards.

The protocol will pool liquidity from a global base of smaller investors into institutional-sized loans while maintaining compliance. For loan managers, this will be an opportunity to meet the rising demand for liquidity from TradFi by tapping into the growing crypto liquidity, specifically on the XRP Ledger.

The Push For Programmable Privacy

Ripple revealed that one of the XRP Ledger’s next major upgrades is programmable privacy. The firm noted that for financial institutions, full transparency doesn’t always work, but that privacy features must still meet compliance and auditability standards. The first privacy-focused application, confidential MPTs, is said to already be in development and is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of next year.

These confidential MPTs will support privacy-preserving collateral management, which Ripple noted is a critical requirement for institutional adoption of tokenized finance. As a whole, the crypto firm indicated that the goal is to introduce more stablecoins, RWAs, lending, compliance tooling, and privacy directly at the protocol level at a global scale. Meanwhile, Ripple stated that over the last year, the Ledger has broken into the top 10 chains for RWAs and has reached its first $1 billion month in stablecoin volume.

At the time of writing, the XRP price is trading at around $2.84, down in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap.

Cardano Foundation Launches New Roadmap for Global Adoption

by admin September 23, 2025

The Cardano Foundation has rolled out the next phase of its roadmap that would guide the future of Cardano adoption. In its official account on X, the foundation announced that this plan will bring new funding, as well as real-world asset use.

“The Cardano Foundation is thrilled to announce the next phase of our roadmap for global Cardano adoption. We will continue to work together with the ecosystem and several community and institutional partners to successfully implement this plan.” the team posted.

Unveiling the next phase of our roadmap for Cardano adoption.

• 8-figures $ada for stablecoin liquidity
• DeFi liquidity initiatives support
• 220M ada delegation to new DReps
• $10M+ RWA launch
• 2M ada to the Venture Hub
• Expanded promotion & adoption

Thread: 🧵 pic.twitter.com/hlOwkNWct0

— Cardano Foundation (@Cardano_CF) September 23, 2025

The roadmap has six main goals. First,  the group said it will put an eight-figure ADA amount into stablecoin projects in order to improve the on and off ramps of Cardano users. In addition to this, it’s going to support Defi adoption on Cardano.

The foundation also revealed that it’s going to expand its Web3 teams. Two new members will be added and they will focus more on helping Cardano connect with more apps, exchanges, and real-world assets.

The third goal will focus on strengthening the “Cardano Venture Hub”. This is a program that helps provide support for startups and businesses that want to build on Cardano. The foundation said it will commit 2 million ADA to the hub by 2026 and will continue partnerships with Draper U, Techstars, and CV VC to support entrepreneurs.

Furthermore, the foundation is stepping further into real-world assets (RWA). Following the recent launch of $10 million in RWA with MembersCap, the Foundation confirmed that it is working with the Masumi Network to bring in the x402 payments framework.

The fifth goal shared is to aggressively promote cardano. The promotion budget for next year has been increased by 12%. This means there will be more events, ads and global programs. This includes event booths at TOKEN2049, Consensus, and the Africa Tech Summit 2026, along with training programs like the Cardano Academy and global summits.

The last goal is about building strong governance. The foundation plans to delegate 20 million ADA to 11 new Delegated Representatives (DReps) while reducing its own voting power to 80 million ADA. The group also confirmed that after five years of supporting Stake Pool Operators, it will phase out its SPO delegation program to focus on wider ecosystem growth.

The Cardano Foundation said it will continue to operate with transparency and adjust its strategy as the industry develops.

$180 Billion XRP Faces Its Biggest Upgrade Yet With New Ripple DeFi Roadmap

by admin September 22, 2025

Ripple’s new roadmap makes it clear that XRP, already valued at $180 billion, is being promoted as an institutional DeFi asset at a time when the sector is demonstrating its true size: $161.8 billion is locked in protocols, $292.8 billion in stablecoins, $15.6 billion is traded daily on DEXes and there is $23 billion in perpetuals volume, according to DefiLlama.

The message is clear: XRPL is evolving beyond payments to encompass the compliance, credit and tokenized markets, where billions are already changing hands daily.

1/ Institutional DeFi is here and the XRP Ledger has solidified its position as the trusted open source settlement layer for global institutions.

The next phase of the roadmap starts now. Explore it below and read the full blog for details 🧵⬇️ https://t.co/YLQ9Po8xMQ

— RippleX (@RippleXDev) September 22, 2025

Upgrades are now live, with on-chain proof of regulatory status, freeze controls for issuers and simulation tools for reducing errors. These features address regulators’ concerns, contributing to the growth of XRPL’s stablecoin, which recently surpassed $1 billion in a single month, and its position in the top 10 real-world asset chains, valued at $15.6 billion in DeFi. XRP’s role as a settlement asset within this system continues to expand.

Source: DefiLlama

The bigger shift will come with version 3.0. A protocol-level lending system will pool liquidity and issue loans natively under KYC/AML standards, creating cheaper institutional credit and direct yield opportunities. The Multi-Purpose Token standard, due in October, will allow bonds and structured products to be issued and traded directly on XRPL.

Bottom line

These are not side experiments but are ways of pulling regulated money into markets where XRP is both the collateral and the liquidity rail.

Privacy is next. Zero-knowledge proofs are being developed to enable institutions to transact and collateralize positions without revealing details while still passing audits.

In a market where ETFs are pulling in inflows of $270 million in a single day and stablecoins are approaching $300 billion, Ripple’s plan signals that XRP is not just surviving but is being positioned to sit at the heart of the largest flows in digital finance.

Ethereum Foundation Releases Roadmap To End-To-End Privacy

by admin September 14, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

The Ethereum Foundation’s Privacy & Scaling Explorations (PSE) team has unveiled a new roadmap that approaches privacy as the core component of Ethereum’s future. Rebranded as the “Privacy Stewards of Ethereum”, the group stressed that enforcing an extensive privacy feature is a fundamental requirement for the blockchain network, citing an increase in global recognition.

Ethereum’s PSE Team Unveils Privacy Roadmap For Developers And Users

In the blog post released on September 13, the PSE team explains that the new privacy roadmap positions their division as a “problem-first” team, focused on clarifying operational gaps and facilitating collaborations with developers across the ecosystem, which places privacy at the center of Ethereum’s application.

Central to this approach are three domains of exploration, namely private writes, private reads, and private proving. For context, private writes aim to make on-chain actions like transfers and governance votes affordable and seamless, while private reads will shield users’ identities and intent when accessing apps or querying the chain, an area where sensitive metadata often leaks.

In terms of private proving, the PSE aims to ensure that generating and verifying proofs becomes both efficient and privacy-preserving. The initiative is designed to let users confirm information across different platforms that can verify on-chain and off-chain states, web data, documents, and identity attestations without exposing unnecessary information.

The Key Initiatives At The Moment

Looking at the next 3-6 months, the Privacy Stewards of Ethrereum have outlined several concrete priorities critical to effecting the three main tracks previously stated. On private writes, the PSE plans to advance privacy-enabled transfers through projects like PlasmaFold and Kohaku, while also pushing forward work on stealth addresses and private voting protocols.

These efforts also extend into confidential DeFi, where the team aims to work with partners to establish privacy frameworks that could unlock institutional adoption. Relating to private reads, the Privacy Stewards of Ethereum will assess advancing network-level protections by experimenting with ORAM and PIR to shield user activity from surveillance.

Efforts to achieve private proving will include advancing protocols that make data portability and provenance more reliable through zkTLS. By optimizing TLSNotary and developing an SDK for cross-platform integration, the PSE aims to simplify adoption and accelerate zkTLS ecosystem growth. In parallel, work on private identity would seek to set new standards for privacy-preserving wallets and unlinkable credentials aligned with global frameworks.

At press time, Ethereum trades at $4,667 following a 0.69% price decline in the last 24 hours.

Jump Space Price And Update Roadmap Revealed, Including Melee Weapons And First-Person

by admin September 12, 2025

Jump Space is almost ready to exit space port and enter early access. Ahead of the game’s debut later this month, Keepsake Games has set the price for Jump Space and laid out the update calendar well into 2026.

On Bluesky, Keepsake announced that Jump Space’s early access release will be available for $20 on Xbox Series X|S and PC on September 19. Chapter 1: The Resistance Coalition will begin at the start of early access, with Chapter 2: Atira Strikes Back launching by early 2026. In a series of short updates in that time frame, Keepsake plans to introduce text chat, hangar vendors, a ship shield revamp, melee weapons, an expanded story, new missions, photo mode, and other additions.

The roadmap for Jump Space’s updates.

In Q1 2026, Chapter 3: Secrets of the Telmari will bring support for a first-person mode, more sectors, a scanner revamp, voice chat, new enemies, and a ground boss into the game. There are plans for Chapter 4: Heart of Corruption before the game exits early access. However, there are no dates or concrete details about when that might occur.

Until fairly recently, this game was known as Jump Ship before the name was changed over trademark issues. Jump Space is a co-op game that brings together up to four players as the crew of a ship that can control and repair their shared vessel. The gameplay resembles Left 4 Dead and Sea of Thieves, with some additional sci-touches touches like planetary exploration and space walks. It’s a dangerous galaxy out there, and players will run into trouble when enemies appear during on-foot encounters or during space combat when the crew is still on their ship. However, the game is strictly PvE, rather than PvP.

Keepsake Games has previously mentioned that Jump Space will feature several “handcrafted missions with random elements” to keep the game fresh. More than 1 million players have wishlisted Jump Space on Steam. For now, the game will only be available on Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Jump Space devs outline a bevy of early access roadmap updates and an easy-on-your-wallet price point

by admin September 9, 2025

Jump Space! It’s a game with a name that’ll have you thinking, “wait, that’s not what it was called, was it?” And you’d be right about that, as due to some trademark problems, the game was rebranded from Jump Ship to its new name Jump Space back in August. Later that same month, developer Keepsake Games announced the game would be launching into early access September 19th. And now, as in today September 9th now, Keepsake Games have shared an early access roadmap for the game, as well as how much it’ll cost you.

Right, let’s get the pricing out of the way. It’ll be a pretty reasonable $19.99 / £16.75 / €19.50, making it the latest anticipated September release to be priced in a way that’ll have you wondering why they’re not charging more. On to the roadmap!

At launch, the sci-fi shooter will include nine mission types. These include one where you’ll try not to kick the bucket while fending off a bunch of robots, where you have to hunt for loot, and another where you’ll be raiding some baddies’ bases. There’ll be more than 50 sectors to play in four galaxy regions, and you’ll have two ships to choose from with 26 ship components to make them a bit more custom.

That’s all a part of Chapter 1, The Resistance Coalition. Chapter 2: Atira Strikes back will bring a lot more to the game like multiple endless modes, sector modifiers, melee weapons, more story and sectors, new enemies, mission types, a photo mode, offline support and a lot more. These will be coming through multiple updates through to Q1, 2026, but a couple of features from this chapter, text chat and lobby browser, will be available at launch.

Then after that, Chapter 3: Secrets of the Telmari will add in a first-person pilot view, a scanner revamp, even more new enemies and mission types, a new ship, ground boss, and again, even more. These will start to be added from Q1 2026 onwards until Chapter 4: Heart of Corruption, which doesn’t have a release window or any revealed features just yet. That’s a lot of bloody stuff!

As of now, Keepsake doesn’t know when early access will end and the 1.0 release will release, so you’ll just have to join them for the ride in the meantime.

Jump Space launches into early access September 19th on Steam.
