Big Chance, Be Ready for XRP Surprises Upcoming, Bitcoin (BTC) Ready to Dive?

by admin June 9, 2025

  • XRP’s unexpected plunge
  • Bitcoin at locals

Perhaps one of the most pivotal points in Shiba Inu’s recent market history is about to happen. The meme token is showing indications that a breakout might be closer than it appears, not on the surface but underneath, despite its lackluster price action over the past few weeks.

SHIB’s price has been trapped below significant resistance levels such as the 100 and 200 day moving averages. SHIB is trading at about $0.0000125 at the time of writing, which is just above the crucial structural and psychological support level of $0.0000120. This level has been tested numerous times in the past, so a significant bounce here might signal a local reversal.

SHIB/USDT Chart by TradingView

SHIB isn’t in overheated territory and still has room to run, according to the RSI, which is close to 40. Here’s the shocking part though: SHIB’s on-chain data indicates a sharp increase in the volume of large transactions. A six-month high of over 24 trillion SHIB was transferred through whale transactions on June 5, according to IntoTheBlock. This indicates a major accumulation or redistribution event, especially when combined with more than 500 large transactions in a single day.

A reversal or rally is frequently hinted at when such a high volume changes hands as the price consolidates close to support. Here’s where the big chance is relevant. Momentum may shift if SHIB can hold support above $0.0000120 and recover the resistance range of $0.0000134-$0.0000138.

Depending on new capital inflows and improved market sentiment, a successful breakout could result in a rise toward $0.0000155 and beyond. Traders and investors should keep a close eye on this setup. The combination of technical support and robust whale activity offers SHIB its best chance in weeks to overcome stagnation and resume an upward trajectory, but it does not ensure a breakout.

XRP’s unexpected plunge

Investors should prepare for surprises as XRP is showing indications of impending volatility. The asset has reached a crucial point on the chart following a period of sideways movement and waning momentum, and it may not remain there for long. A descending trendline that had been holding down the price since early May was recently broken by XRP from a technical perspective.

A potential change in sentiment is suggested by this breakout and a bounce from the 200 EMA. For a short-term rally toward $2.25 and $2.30, the price is currently trading at about $2.14, just above significant moving averages like the 50 and 100 EMA, which may serve as both support and launching pads. The true wild card in this situation though is off the chart. On-chain metrics, which are not displayed in the current image but are pertinent for context, indicate that the volume of large transactions has drastically decreased in recent days.

You Might Also Like

There might be a brief lull before the storm due to this decline in whale activity. Historically, either as a result of aggressive sell-offs or strategic accumulation, these quiet periods from major holders typically precede sharp moves. The bottom RSI indicator is moderately strong, indicating that there is still room for upward price movement and that the asset is not overbought.

In addition to a confirmed descending resistance breakout and increasing support at the long-term moving average, the setup is ready for volatility. XRP seems poised for a move that might surprise a lot of people. The waning whale activity might just be a brief hiatus before major players return and forcefully influence price action. It is possible that the upside breakout scenario will prevail if the asset continues to move above $2.08-$2.10.

Bitcoin at locals

Following a brief recovery, Bitcoin is testing a local resistance zone and flirting with uncertainty once more. The asset is currently trading at about $105,500, and although the short-term trend indicates consolidation, the longer-term outlook points to possible turbulence, especially if Bitcoin is unable to maintain above important levels.

According to the chart, Bitcoin is currently trading close to the upper end of a recently formed ascending trendline, but it is also running into significant resistance just below the $108,000 mark, which served as a rejection point during its previous unsuccessful breakout attempt.

You Might Also Like

A correction could easily push the asset below $100,000, retesting psychological and technical support levels as momentum seems to be waning. Price action has so far respected the 50 EMA (blue), which is currently serving as dynamic support. But any decline below this moving average, particularly on a daily close, would cause sentiment to change and pave the way for a more significant decline toward the $98,000-$96,000 range, where the 100 EMA is waiting.

The next significant target for bears may be the 200 EMA close to $91,700 if that level also breaks. There is still not much volume, which suggests that neither side is very convinced. The RSI has also been unable to generate any significant upward momentum, remaining in the mid-range region with no discernible bullish divergence.

Is Dogecoin Ready To Explode? Crypto CEO Explains Why A DOGE Rally Is Possible

by admin June 7, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

The Dogecoin price has not quite been able to replicate its late-2024 form so far in 2025, trading below the $0.2 level for most parts of the year. After a somewhat rough start to the month of June, the meme coin appears to be recovering nicely, jumping above $0.18 on Friday, June 6.

Interestingly, the Dogecoin price seems to only be at the start of what is expected to be an extended upward rally. According to a blockchain firm CEO, the “king of meme coins” is about to witness a price explosion.

Four Reasons Why DOGE Price Is Ready To Take Off

In a June 6 post on the social media platform X, Alphractal CEO and founder Joao Wedson offered on-chain insights into why the Dogecoin price could be perfectly positioned to embark on a parabolic run. The crypto expert provided four reasons why investors should watch out for the DOGE token.

Firstly, the 500-day Aggregated Liquidation Level reveals that a large amount of liquidity ($350 million) was trapped around the $0.5 level the last time the DOGE price experienced a major correction. According to Wedson, the Dogecoin price tends to surge months after shorts pile up.

Wedson also highlighted that the price of Dogecoin against Bitcoin is closing in on a crucial technical level. As shown in the chart below, the DOGE/BTC is almost at a historical support — one which served as a bullish springboard to new highs in the 2021 cycle, with the meme token outperforming Bitcoin.

Source: @joao_wedson on X

Furthermore, Wedson alluded to a broader catalyst for a potential performance of the Dogecoin price over the next few months. The crypto CEO mentioned that the Meme Index, containing 16 of the largest meme coins, is showing early recovery signs after a severe correction.

Finally, Wedson mentioned that the total meme coin market capitalization is far larger than in 2021, while the open interest is still at extremely low levels ($3.2 billion), and the daily volume is just around $12 billion. The low open interest suggests that the meme coin market condition is not overheated yet, with room for further upside growth.

Dogecoin Price At A Glance

As of this writing, the price of DOGE sits just beneath $0.18, reflecting a nearly 5% increase in the past 24 hours. This daily price action has done little to remedy the altcoin’s performance on the weekly timeframe. According to data from CoinGecko, the meme coin is down by more than 10% in the last seven days.

Dogecoin Ready To Blast Off? Historical Bullish Trend Sparks Hopes Of A Parabolic Surge

by admin June 6, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

During the last hours of Thursday, Dogecoin experienced a notable decline as the broader crypto market retraced, causing its price to revisit the $0.16 mark, a level not seen in several months. Despite the worrying shift in trend, DOGE’s medium-term and long-term outlook remains bullish as crypto analysts advocate for an imminent parabolic surge.

A Potential Moonshot For Dogecoin Around The Corner

Dogecoin’s waning price action has intensified following the recent decline observed across the broader market. However, Trader Tardigrade, a seasoned technical expert and investor, has outlined a key development on the DOGE’s chart that hints at a possible shift in the trend toward the upside trajectory.

In his analysis shared on the X (formerly Twitter) platform, Trader Tardigrade highlights that the dog-themed meme coin is showing signs of a major upswing even as prices waver. His analysis is backed by a historical bullish signal that preceded substantial price spikes for DOGE in the last two attempts within a yearly period.

Following a period of relative strength, this bullish signal has resurfaced on the weekly time frame chart, increasing the likelihood of a notable impending parabolic surge. It is important to note that the trend often aligns with key signals from the DOGE/BTC chart.

DOGE pump on the horizon | Source: Trader Tardigrade on X

As seen on the weekly chart, lower lows are being formed by the DOGE/BTC pair prior to each Dogecoin huge pump within the past year. However, these significant bullish moves tend to be more effective once DOGE’s price begins to trend upward on the weekly chart.

Presently, Dogecoin’s weekly price action reveals that the meme coin is at a pivotal juncture, and the DOGE/BTC pair seems to have formed new lower lows. With the signal repeating itself, the expert is confident that a massive pump is imminent, possibly pushing DOGE’s price beyond the $0.70 mark and toward a new all-time high.

DOGE To Develop A Bullish Divergence

As DOGE hovers near key support levels, key momentum indicators signal positive price movements, suggesting the current bearish movement may be brief. Dogecoin’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) has reached a vital point that is likely to strengthen its upward outlook.

According to Trader Tardigrade, DOGE is heading back to the previous swing low, while the RSI indicator displays a higher low after a sharp decline. The expert contends that this signal may result in a bullish divergence, which would suggest that the selling momentum has weakened.

A bullish divergence that typically occurs when an oscillator falls to hit a new low and prices drop to a new low signals a potential upward trend reversal after a downtrend. As a result, Trader Tardigrade noted that DOGE is showing an early sign of a bullish reversal, triggering the beginning of another major rally.

Get ready to grind: there’s not a lot going on in the Monster Hunter Wilds Event Quests scheduled for the next couple of weeks

by admin June 3, 2025

A new week brings with it a fresh set of Monster Hunter Wilds Event Quests, just like we’ve gotten used to since the introduction of the feature a little while after the game launched. This is somewhat of a quiet batch, however, possibly because Wilds recently received a big update that introduced Akuma as a playable character, as part of the game’s Street Fighter cross-over event.

Akuma comes with his own quests, of course, so perhaps Capcom didn’t want to take too much away from the raging demon’s big moment. Nevertheless, anyone logging in these next couple of weeks will have some quests to tackle.

This new set of Event Quests covers this week and next week. Put another way, you have May 28-June 3, June 4-June 10, and June 11-17. Notably, there are no Challenge Quests in any of those weeks, meaning you’ll just be dealing with Event Quests.

As always, once a quest becomes available, you’ll be able to attempt it as often as you’d like, until it’s gone. If you log in regularly, you’ll notice that quests repeat pretty regularly, so don’t fret if you miss something, it’s bound to come back again at some point.

Read on below for the full schedule:

May 28 to June 3

  • King of a Faraway Sky – 6 Stars (HR 31 or higher) – Hunt the Tempered Guardian Rathalos to obtain Artian materials for use in crafting Artian weapons.

  • Running Wild – 5 Stars (HR 21 or higher) – Hunt the Guardian Fulgur Anjanath to obtain Sealed Dragon Cloth α headgear!

June 4 to June 10

  • Three Tails Better Than None – 4 Stars (HR16 or higher) – Hunt the Quematrice to obtain special materials and earn the paw-some Faux Felyne α headgear.

  • Tongue-Tied – 5 Stars (HR 21 or higher) – Hunt the the Tempered Chatacabra to obtain Hard Armor Spheres and Advanced Armor Spheres.

  • Anguish and Atrocity – 5 Stars (HR 21 or higher) – Hunt the Guardian Doshaguma to gain a lot of Hunter Rank Points.

June 11 to 17

  • Three Tails Better Than None – 4 Stars (HR16 or higher) – Hunt the Quematrice to obtain special materials and earn the paw-some Faux Felyne α headgear.

  • Ballet in the Rain – 5 Stars (HR 21 or higher) – Hunt the Tempered Lala Barina to obtain Glowing Orb – Swords Decorations.

  • Sand-Scarred Soul – 5 Stars (HR 9 or higher) – Hunt the Doshaguma to obtain Glowing Orb – Armors Decorations.

Monster Hunter Wilds is a pretty dense game, so if you’re ever lost, our Monster Hunter Wilds guide is always here; ready to deliver.

James Wan’s Ventriloquist Horror Flick Is Ready to Be Rediscovered

by admin June 3, 2025

In 2007, James Wan was a horror up-and-comer who’d scored a huge hit with 2004’s Saw, which had by then already released its first two sequels with a third on the way. But before Insidious and The Conjuring he made a couple of one-offs: the Kevin Bacon vigilante thriller Death Sentence, and the ventriloquist horror tale Dead Silence.

The latter was just added to Shudder, and though it was a bust 18 years ago, it’s now a fun one to revisit—especially taking into account all that Wan and his frequent collaborator Leigh Whannell, who scripted Dead Silence, have accomplished since then. Though they were still just the Saw guys at the time, you can easily pick out certain narrative choices and imagery that would later become touchstones of their work.

Saw‘s game-obsessed Jigsaw puppet was already entered into the record ahead of Dead Silence, and it’s echoed here in Billy, the main ventriloquist dummy in a movie that gives him a lot of evil toy back-ups. The white face, the ghoulishly hinged jaw, and the fondness for bow ties are all shared characteristics, though Billy has luminous blue eyes that peer around in sinister ways the audience notices far before the characters do.

Wan is notably a huge fan of cursed objects; the Conjuring cinematic universe is built around them. It can’t be a coincidence that Annabelle—a doll even more ghastly than Billy—is the most charismatic escapee from Ed and Lorraine Warren’s stash of occult treasures. (Wan’s Instagram handle? “Creepypuppet“.)

Dead Silence also hints at stylistic elements that would enter Wan’s later work, with eerie sound design that plays up silence as much as shrieks, as well as jump scares that predate the furious old-lady entity in Insidious, as well as the Nun’s fondness for dramatically emerging from the shadows… then contorting her face to bring out her demonic side.

You also can’t ignore the fact that Saw mainstay Donnie Wahlberg is also in Dead Silence, playing a familiar sort of scruffy police detective. This version of the character is more skeptical than the corrupt cop in Saw; he’s fond of issuing warnings like “You don’t want to make me chase you!” as he races after the protagonist into an abandoned theater full of haunted dolls. He also has a weird obsession with his battery-operated razor, a tic that leads nowhere despite being foregrounded as a key personality trait.

Dead Silence’s set-up also hints at Wan supernatural stories to come, with a malevolent figure in the past poking its way across generations to make sure a curse never dies. Unfortunately the main character, Jamie—Ryan Kwanten, just prior to True Blood—isn’t as compelling as the central figures in Insidious or The Conjuring. He’s just sort of an unmemorable dude, though he is a determined one. When his wife dies in an absolutely hideous way—the very night a ventriloquist dummy is delivered to their apartment from an unknown sender—he heads straight to his hometown, where his estranged father (Bob Gunton) lives with his suspiciously young and glamorous new wife (Amber Valletta).

Though Dead Silence takes place in 2007, it’s set in a reality seemingly devoid of cell phones and Google searches. There are land lines galore, and historical exposition comes courtesy of a mortician’s extended flashback as well as a literal scrapbook that Jamie happens to come across. There’s also a nursery rhyme that references the town’s boogeyman figure: a theater performer named Mary Shaw so obsessed with the dolls in her act she insisted they be buried with her… each with their own tiny coffin and grave marker.

There’s even more to the backstory that surfaces as Jamie digs deeper—including a decades-old cold case involving a missing child, and an extended bit about tongues being ripped out that seems like it should tie into the “throwing your voice” part of ventriloquism, but the details don’t quite come together there.

Still, “Be careful! If you go looking for answers, you just might find them” is the advice the mortician passes on to Jamie (naturally, he never even considers abiding by that), and Dead Silence agreeably ties up most of its plot threads by the end.

It also has an absolute scream of a twist ending that makes you think perhaps, just maybe, Wan and Whannell had campier ambitions for this story. As it plays out onscreen, Dead Silence skews a little too much toward taking itself too seriously, especially considering the sheer amount of dolls involved. It’s also filmed with a relentlessly dour blue-tinged filter, which is maybe the greatest sin committed here, as well as what marks it so clearly as a mid-2000s relic.

If you don’t mind turning up the brightness to ease that gloom, though, you can have a jolly good time watching this one. Don’t be surprised if you have the urge to watch a few more Wan flicks once you’re done.

Dead Silence is now streaming on Shudder.

Ethereum (ETH) Just Lost It, XRP: Be Ready for Key Battle, Shiba Inu (SHIB): This Can Change Everything

by admin June 3, 2025

  • XRP will face it
  • Shiba Inu on edge

The recent price performance of Ethereum is not encouraging, and the cryptocurrency is perched on a precipice. ETH is trading at $2,508 ETH, and the 200 EMA is now its last hope. Ethereum has historically found strong support at the 200 EMA, but this time around, things are different. There is little indication that the bulls have what it takes to hold this level for very long, and the price action is displaying weakness.

Ethereum’s explosive rise in April and May now appears to be a fading memory when viewed on a larger chart. In a narrow channel the asset has been grinding sideways since the breakout momentum completely stopped. With ETH currently testing the channel’s lower bounds, this consolidation has finally broken down. Another concerning indicator is the lack of buying volume, which is a crucial component that has dried up and supported the pessimistic outlook.

SHIB/USDT Chart by TradingView

The 100 EMA, which is located close to the $2,250 zone, is the next reasonable target for the price to find support if ETH loses its hold on the 200 EMA. That would eliminate the bullish surge of the previous month and represent a substantial decline from current levels. Another critical psychological level is the 100 EMA; if it moves, Ethereum may be in for an even more severe correction.

Indicating that neither buyers nor sellers are really pushing, the RSI indicator is also rolling over and is presently trapped in a neutral zone. But the bears are more likely to gain control as volume slows and momentum wanes. Ethereum may be poised for a breakdown that would cause it to plummet below $2,250 and approach the 100 EMA support zone, barring a sharp spike in demand. ETH appears to have lost the battle, but the next few days will be crucial.

XRP will face it

XRP is poised on the verge of a pivotal moment that could determine its course for weeks to come. The 200 EMA, a significant long-term support level that has historically served as a strong base for the asset, is just above the $2.15 mark where XRP is currently trading. But there is a growing indication from the price action that this support is being threatened. A breakout, or breakdown, is inevitable because of the downward pressure exerted by the descending trendline that has limited XRP’s movement over the last few weeks.

You Might Also Like

For XRP the 200 EMA and the downtrend resistance line are forming a traditional battle zone, and the result will decide whether the bulls can regain ground or if the bears will take complete control. The volume profile is even more worrisome. The volume of trading has been continuously dropping, suggesting that neither party is committed. It is common for this drying liquidity to occur before a more significant move. A sharp decisive move, either a bounce or a disastrous drop, occurs when price tests a crucial level like the 200 EMA in low volume situations.

A breakout above the descending trendline at $2.20 might pave the way for a relief rally back toward $2.50 and higher if XRP can maintain this level and buyers intervene with conviction. The psychological $2 mark would be the next reasonable target followed by deeper retracements toward $1.80 if the 200 EMA finally gives way.

A possible rebound is indicated by the RSI’s precarious position just above the oversold zone. However, it is difficult to place a wager on a bullish scenario at this time without a break of the trendline and an increase in volume.

Shiba Inu on edge

The future of this well-known meme coin could be determined by the market’s next action as Shiba Inu is perilously close to the edge. Now trading close to $0.0000128, SHIB has broken through a critical descending support line, which is usually a major warning sign for additional price declines. Additionally, SHIB has firmly broken below the 50 EMA and is currently glaring down at its most recent lows, raising the possibility that it will retest the extremely low levels of early 2025.

Every attempt to recover prior support levels has been swiftly thwarted by enduring selling pressure, indicating definite bearish price action. A concerning indication that the market might not be prepared for a recovery just yet is the chart’s declining volume, which emphasizes the lack of buyers. A warning light is flashing on the RSI, which is presently hovering close to the 38 mark.

You Might Also Like

It is getting close to oversold territory, which occasionally signals a rebound, but it also points to a market that has been losing steam for weeks. The likelihood of SHIB falling even further, perhaps testing the crucial $0.0000114 level or worse, is high if sellers maintain their dominance. If buyers are able to intervene forcefully, there is a chance for a quick reversal, though.

A short-term relief rally may be triggered if volume starts to spike after the classic capitulation move of breaking the descending trendline took place. Let’s face it though: caution is definitely necessary until we witness that volume increase and a clear reclaiming of the 50 EMA. All things considered, SHIB is at a critical juncture. Ironically, this breakdown might be the last shakeout before a bounce, or it could confirm a bearish continuation.

Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord’s big naval expansion is delayed: ‘After taking a hard look at where things stand, it became clear we won’t be ready’

by admin May 29, 2025

War Sails, the Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord expansion announced in March, has been delayed. Instead of launching on June 17 as planned, developer TaleWorlds Entertainment says it’s now on track for release in early fall.

“After taking a hard look at where things stand, it became clear we won’t be ready by the originally planned release date of June 17th,” the studio wrote in an update. “The title is currently on track for an early Fall 2025 release window.

“We came to this decision after a lot of thought (and a few long meetings), because we need more time to reach the level of quality you rightfully expect. The extra development period will give us more time to apply additional polish, and continue making progress on the improvements to the base game that are already in motion. We believe this short delay will ultimately lead to a better and more enjoyable experience for all players.”

You may like

Nobody likes delays but War Sails looks very ambitious, and given all it brings to the game I can’t say I’m terribly surprised that TaleWorlds wants more time with it, rather than rushing to meet an arbitrary deadline. Here’s the rundown on what was revealed when the expansion was announced in March:

  • The new Nords faction, and their home, the Northern Kingdom
  • Naval warfare, complete with wind and water physics, boarding, ramming and all sorts of ship-themed mayhem
  • 18 ships with distinct handling, which can be upgraded with new sails, rams, siege engines and cosmetic flourishes
  • Traversable rivers
  • New companions, banners, tattoos, hairstyles, weapons and skills
  • A larger map with the northern sea, islands and rivers

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord – War Sails – Announcement Trailer – YouTube

Watch On

That’s all coming alongside a planned free update adding new features including stealth and disguises, new random events, weapon types, a parley mechanic, and more. It’s a lot.

TaleWorlds said it’s now working on a “revised timeline” for the expansion, and hopes to have a new release date ready to announce “in the upcoming weeks.”

These Doom: The Dark Ages Guitars Will Have You Ready To Conquer Hell

by admin May 29, 2025

Doom: The Dark Ages launched earlier this month, and if you’ve already finished the Doom Slayer’s prequel journey through Hell and a bizarre cosmic dimension, you don’t have to stop ripping and/or tearing just yet. Bethesda and Kramer Guitars have partnered to create three guitars based on the game, and they’re every bit as flashy and intense as the Slayer–but you’ll have to be lucky to get one.

The three guitars, which appear to be functionally identical and sport different Doom-related visual designs, are classic Kramer, featuring a Floyd Rose bridge and a single humbucker. The brand was well known in the ’80s for its shred-friendly axes, and the aesthetic certainly pairs well with a game as violent and over the top as Doom.

Glowing eyes not included

“The unique designs were carefully applied with multiple layers of paint across several weeks, and each focus on one of the powerful weapons in your arsenal: the Atlan, Serrat the Dragon, and the Doom Slayer himself,” reads the official announcement. They were created by illustrator Luke Preece, whose other work includes Gears of War: E-Day and art for bands like blink-182 and Metallica.

Now comes the bittersweet part: You can’t buy these guitars. Instead, Xbox will be giving them away via its Instagram accounts, with residents from the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands eligible to win. Alongside the three guitars, you can win a copy of Doom: The Dark Ages, the game’s collector’s edition, or special-edition Xbox controllers.

Doom: The Dark Ages is a great addition to the legendary series, focusing on brutal counter-attacks and close-quarters chaos. In our Doom: The Dark Ages review, Alessandro Barbosa called it “a finally tuned adventure that delivers the power fantasy of ripping and tearing through thousands of demons without losing an underlying complexity that makes each encounter engaging to blast through.” For more on Kramer Guitars, check out this hot dog monstrosity, which Sweetwater has mercifully stopped offering.

Apple is ready to replace Game Center with a more Xbox-like gaming app

by admin May 28, 2025

Apple plans to announce an app focused on video games for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV at its Worldwide Developer Conference next week, according to Bloomberg. The app will let you launch games you’ve installed on your devices and serve as a hub for things like achievements and leaderboards.

Apple is expected to launch its gaming app alongside the next version of iOS this September, Bloomberg reports. It will apparently replace Apple’s Game Center, feature editorial content, and let you access games also available on the App Store. A 9to5Mac report from last year described the app as working similarly to the Xbox app for iPhone.

A Mac version of the new app will let users “tap into games downloaded outside of the App Store,” Bloomberg says.

Bloomberg’s report follows news that Apple bought its first gaming studio. The company confirmed to Digital Trends that it acquired RAC7, the two-person studio behind Sneaky Sasquatch, one of the first games released on its Apple Arcade games subscription service. RAC7 won’t be folding into any other teams at the company, but will instead continue to operate as a game studio all its own, according to Digital Trends.
