No Man’s Sky Goes Full Star Trek In Massive Ship Customization Update

by admin August 27, 2025

No Man’s Sky‘s next big content drop is here and it continues the sci-fi survival sim’s journey to give players more tools than ever to play around with. Called Voyagers, update 6.0 will let fans make custom starships with enough space to walk around in them and crew them with friends. Whether you want to recreate the Normandy from Mass Effect or pretend you’re smuggling Dilithium across Federation borders in Star Trek, it’s another impressive step forward for a game that originally launched on so many broken promises.

No Man’s Sky: Voyagers arrives after a year of major reworks to the game that overhauled how its worlds are procedurally generated and rendered. Now Hello Games has retrofitted the way players will travel between them by introducing starship customization that sounds essentially like base-building for zooming around the galaxy. And unlike the traditional fighter-style craft players have been exploring planets with up to this point, these new ships will be much bigger.

They’re being called Corvettes and will come complete with hulls, wings, landing gear, cockpits, engine parts, thrusters, and all of the necessary living arrangements for the crew. Those include sleeping quarters, med-bays, war rooms, teleporters, and more. Players can choose how to design their new ships and what to include, whether you want to build a warship or something more modest and cozy.

“Adding bigger weapons to your Corvette increases your firepower,” studio director Sean Murray wrote in a press release. “Add sleeping quarters and a mission radar, and you are ready to welcome a crew of friends on board. Add a mission radar and you are ready to adventure. A teleporter and you have an away team. Or just add a window…and suddenly there are these special moments, watching as the universe flies by outside at warp speed.”

Players who are just starting out won’t unlock Corvettes until a bit into No Man’s Sky, but a special Corvette expedition added in the update is meant to help streamline the process so players can get it started as soon as possible. You can even have players flying multiple Corvettes over a planet together. Murray promises you can skydive between them. And of course all of this ongoing work in No Man’s Sky cross-pollinates with Hello Games’ upcoming fantasy survival sim Light No Fire. We still have no date on when that will be ready, but it sounds like it’ll benefit from all of No Man’s Sky‘s improvements rather than starting over from scratch once it arrives.

Black Ops 7 u-turns on Black Ops 6 Carry Forward just days after announcing it because of the massive backlash

by admin August 27, 2025

Activision has made a major announcement regarding a particular feature in this year’s Call of Duty, Black Ops 7. The game, which had its full reveal at gamescom just one week ago, will no longer support Carry Forward.

Carry Forward is a feature that allows players to bring Black Ops 6 weapons, operators, skins and other cosmetics with them to the new game. Unfortunately, that’s made it more difficult for players to be excited about the upcoming game.

While Carry Forward is something that would typically be celebrated for respecting the players’ legacy and time spent, it has gained an especially negative connotation. Over the course of Black Ops 6’s lifespan, Activision continued to deviate from the original art style and look of the game by introducing more cross-over and cartoony skins, which have practically turned it into Fortnite.

Since it was confirmed for Black Ops 7, fan reaction online has been overwhelmingly negative. The decision to drop the feature just a week after it was announced was made in a blog post that specifically points to that fan response. It also acknowledges that the series may have deviated from that cohesive look.

“We know there’s been a lot of conversation recently about the identity of Call of Duty,” the post reads.

“Some of you have said we’ve drifted from what made Call of Duty unique in the first place: immersive, intense, visceral and in many ways grounded. That feedback hits home, and we take it seriously. We hear you.”

I wouldn’t call this the most ‘authentic’ either… | Image credit: Treyarch, Raven, Activision.

What that means in practice is that Black Ops 6 weapons, operators – and crucially, operator skins, will not be available for use in Black Ops 7. This won’t affect Warzone, however, as the battle royale mode will continue to have continuity with previous games. Double XP tokens and GobbleGums are exempt from this, and will be the only items to carry forward to the new game.

The blog post also confirms that Black Ops 7 store bundles will be “crafted to fit the Black Ops identity.”

“We need to deliver a better balance toward the immersive, core Call of Duty experience,” it adds.

Before Black Ops 7’s launch on November 14, we’re getting a new edition of Call of Duty: Next on September 30, where multiplayer will be shown off for the first time. A few days afterwards, the Black Ops 7 beta will kick off.

LG Ultragear GX9 review: massive, immersive, and expensive

by admin August 27, 2025

LG Ultragear GX9: Two-minute review

The LG Ultragear GX9 is an impressive, immersive gaming monitor that’s ideal for a relatively small subset of gamers. Let’s get a couple of things out the way early though: first, it’s not cheap, so any gamer on a budget will probably want to look elsewhere; and as awesome as a 45-inch (well, technically 44.5-inch) ultrawide screen is, some might find it too wide for practicality’s sake.

After all, it can be tough to focus on the action in the center of the screen and also keep tabs on your health bar in the top-left corner when you have to move your gaze over 20 inches to check on it. This also means it’s not ideal for esports gamers, despite the impressive refresh rate and response time.

However, those are issues endemic to this ultrawide form factor and not necessarily a knock on the LG Ultragear GX9. All the best gaming monitors with an ultrawide screen are on the pricier side, and too wide to rely on peripheral vision to catch important information.

For those who have the money and aren’t playing esports (or still want that wrap-around experience), that wide display and 800R curvature, along with the 4K resolution, good color coverage, and speedy refresh rates and response times, make this monitor a delight to use with most games.

Cyberpunk 2077 or Monster Hunter Wilds, for example, look gorgeous and completely envelop my vision during gaming sessions. Of course, it helps that the built-in speakers sound pretty decent as well.

There are a few other pluses as well, such as all the necessary ports (minus a USB hub with KVM support), including a USB-C port with power delivery, and good ergonomics for such a wide monitor. This is a hearty recommendation as the best monitor for the right gamer.

LG Ultragear GX9: Price & availability

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

  • How much does it cost? $1,999.99 / £1,799.98 / AU$3,499.00
  • When is it available? Available now
  • Where can you get it? Available in the US, UK, and Australia

When you look at the best ultrawide monitors, the price of the LG Ultragear GX9 doesn’t seem out of place, though it’s still expensive. You can get a nice gaming laptop with an OLED panel or a powerful gaming desktop for the LG Ultragear GX9’s $1,999.99 / £1,799.98 / AU$3,499.00 asking price.

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G9, which originally went for $2,199.99 / £1,599 / AU$3,399 and is now $400 cheaper, is a good comparison. It is a little bit older, hence the price drop, but it’s got a great OLED screen with sharp resolution, fast refresh rates/response times reaching up to 240Hz, and good color coverage. It’s also bigger than the Ultragear GX9 at 49 inches across.

However, like most ultrawide monitors, it peaks at a 5,120 x 1,440p resolution compared to the LG Ultragear GX9’s 5K2K or 5120 x 2160p resolution.

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

  • The monitor is massive
  • Decent, if limited, ergonomics
  • Plenty of ports, including USB-C

The LG Ultragear GX9 is a massive gaming monitor. Its 44.5-inch monitor (measured corner-to-corner diagonally) results in a length of 39 inches and a height of 18 inches, not including the stand. This can be an overwhelming monitor to use.

Of course, it has a nice 800R curvature, which brings the far ends of the screen in so that, experientially, its outer reaches fill out the peripheral vision.

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

It’s big enough that I have to dart my eyes to the edges to read specific information, like a health bar, which makes the size and curvature great for immersive experiences but not for esports-type gaming (I’ll get into the actual performance aspect below).

Since the monitor is so big, it does have somewhat limited ergonomics. While no specifics are listed, its biggest possible adjustments are a height adjustment of about 5 inches. If I had to guess, it swivels and tilts about 15 degrees in each direction. It’s not a lot, but more than enough for this kind of monitor.

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

Since this is such a big monitor, it has a large, strong, and stable stand with a wide base. There is cable management, though it’s basic, with a passthrough hole in the middle of the stand so all the cables go in one direction out the back and towards whatever they’re connected to.

Speaking of ports, the selection is pretty good. There are two HDMI 2.1 ports, so you could use this with a next-gen console or gaming computer, a single 1.4 DisplayPort, and one USB-C with 90 watts of power delivery for use with Ultrabooks, MacBooks, and the like.

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

There are also two USB-A downstream ports for charging peripherals. Unfortunately, there’s no KVM capability via those USB ports.

Lastly, there’s a single button in the center of the lower back for power and navigating the OSD menu.

LG Ultragear GX9: Features

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

  • Game modes in OSD menu
  • Supports variable refresh rates
  • Has picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture, but no KVM

The monitor has a couple of cool features baked into the OSD menu worth knowing about beyond the usual, such as HDR and curvature. For instance, there’s a Game Mode icon in the OSD that brings up four presets with settings such as color temperatures, refresh rate max, and whether VRR, HDR, and DAS Mode (Dynamic Action Sync to minimize lag) are on.

Beyond the different modes, you can change the aspect ratio in the OSD menu to a narrower image for when you need all your gaming info in front of you, offsetting the potential esports-related issue I’ve mentioned with using such a large screen.

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

Not only is there support for HDR, but the LG Ultragear GX9 also comes with support for VRR (variable refresh rate), which synchronizes the frame rates of the monitor with the source to minimize screen tearing, stuttering, and the like.

Picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture are both available as well if you want to use two sources at the same time. Unfortunately, as I’ve previously mentioned, there’s no KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) system where you can use a keyboard and mouse plugged into the monitor to control whichever source you have pulled up.

LG Ultragear GX9: Performance

(Image credit: Future / James Holland)

  • Can handle any game, though some are not ideal for the aspect ratio
  • Very good contrast and colors, along with a 5K2K resolution
  • Good but not great audio

I’ve played a number of games on the LG Ultragear GX9, namely Monster Hunter Wilds, South of Midnight, Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Gotham Knights, and found the monitor to be everything it’s advertised to be.

Really, the only limitation is when loading up a game that doesn’t support the ultrawide resolution, such as South of Midnight – this just means there are black bars on the sides instead of the game stretching edge to edge – or when a game isn’t ideal for that ultrawide resolution.

However, as mentioned before, you can change the aspect ratio. If you don’t change it, and then open up something fast-paced where you need to keep an eye on that health bar, you’re going to be in trouble.

The OLED screen and HDR support provide very good contrast – specifically DisplayHDR TRUE BLACK 400 – enabling me to see in the shadows in certain games. And the colors look more vibrant because of it. It also helps that the LG Ultragear GX9 has a rated 1500000:1 contrast ratio and 98.5% DCI-P3 color coverage.

Between the 165Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time, and VRR support, the action is smooth no matter how fast. And the 5K2K resolution (5120 x 2160p) is sharper than most of the competition, as most ultrawide monitors I’ve come across use a 5120 x 1440p resolution.

Since this monitor is so large, I appreciate the fact that it comes with built-in speakers. And while they’re not as good as the best computer speakers, discounting the budget options, they sound pretty decent. You don’t get any real low-end or rumble, but the sound is full and packs a good punch otherwise.

How I tested the LG Ultragear GX9

  • Used regularly for a couple of weeks
  • Tested with various games and media
  • Tried out all the features

I used the LG Ultragear GX9 Gaming Monitor regularly for a couple of weeks. I tested it with various games and media, especially Monster Hunter Wilds, South of Midnight, Baldur’s Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Gotham Knights, to see how it would fare. I also played around with the OSD menu, features, and ergonomics.

The LG Ultragear GX9 Gaming Monitor is clearly meant for gamers who want an immersive experience, specifically those who like their games to feel more cinematic, and it does that job well. Of course, it comes with a price tag to match.

I’ve tested a lot of tech gear over the years, from laptops to keyboards and speakers, so I can use my expertise towards giving an honest and fair opinion, not to mention a critical eye, to any product I test.

Massive $14.6B BTC and ETH Options Expiry Shows Bias for Bitcoin Protection

by admin August 26, 2025

Bitcoin BTC$109,977.56 and ether (ETH) options worth over $14.6 billion are set to expire Friday on Deribit in what’s shaping up to be one of the most significant derivative events of 2025.

The expiry is heavily skewed toward BTC put options, underscoring a continued demand for downside protection, whereas it’s more balanced for ether.

As of the time of writing, 56,452 BTC call option contracts and 48,961 put option contracts were due for settlement, totalling a notional open interest of $11.62 billion, according to data source Deribit Metrics. Deribit is the world’s largest crypto options exchange, accounting for 80% of the global activity. On Deribit, one option contract represents one BTC or ETH.

BTC’s open interest distribution. (Deribit Metrics)

A closer look at open interest reveals concentrated activity in put options with strike prices between $108,000 and $112,000. Conversely, the most popular call options are clustered at $120,000 and above.

In other words, near-the-money puts around BTC’s current market price of approximately $110,000 are highly sought after, while calls with higher strike prices reflect hopes for further upside.

In ether’s case, a total of 393,534 calls are due for settlement, outstripping the put tally of 291,128 by a significant margin, both totaling $3.03 billion in notional open interest.

Significant OI is concentrated in calls at strikes $3,800, $4,000 and $5,000, and put options at strikes $4,000, $3,700 and $2,200.

“BTC expiry points to persistent demand for downside protection, while ETH looks more neutral. Combined with Powell’s Jackson Hole signal, this expiry may help set the market tone for September,” Deribit said on X.

ETH’s open interest disttribution. (Deribit Metrics)

Options are derivative contracts that give the purchaser the right to buy or sell the underlying asset at a predetermined price on or before a specified future date. A call option gives the right to buy and represents a bullish bet on the market. Meanwhile, a put option provides insurance against price slides.

The options market has grown leaps and bounds since 2020, with monthly and quarterly settlements gaining prominence as major market-moving events.

By 2021, some observers proposed that prices tend to gravitate toward ‘max pain’ levels – the strike prices where options holders suffer the greatest losses – in the days leading up to expiry. However, the validity of this theory remains a matter of debate among traders and analysts.

As of writing, the max pain levels for bitcoin and ether are 116,000 and $3,800, respectively, serving as focal points for believers of the max pain theory.

5 altcoins poised for massive growth potential in 2025

by admin August 25, 2025

Disclosure: This article does not represent investment advice. The content and materials featured on this page are for educational purposes only.

XRP rallies above $3.20, but 5 altcoins with stronger backing and breakout potential could outpace it in 2025.

Summary

  • Ripple reclaims $3.20, but LILPEPE’s $20.5m presale and Layer-2 tech hint at 50x gains.
  • Little Pepe’s audit, Layer-2 memecoin ecosystem is drawing investors.
  • With $20.5m raised and exchange listings ahead, Little Pepe could outpace Ripple in 2025.

Ripple’s rebound above $3.20 with an 8% rally is making headlines. But it’s far from the only major opportunity in today’s crypto market.

While XRP’s surge signals renewed investor appetite, a wave of altcoins is lining up with stronger infrastructure, institutional backing, and breakout potential for 2025.

Here are the top 5 cryptos set to outpace the competition as the next market cycle unfolds.

Little Pepe: The memecoin with real infrastructure

Little Pepe (LILPEPE) is quietly emerging as one of the most explosive plays in the memecoin sector, but with a twist. Unlike meme tokens built solely on hype, LILPEPE is built on its own Layer 2 blockchain.

This gives scalability, ultra-low fees, and lightning-fast speeds. This unique infrastructure is more than just tech bragging rights. The Layer 2 has integrated sniper bot resistance, ensuring fairer launches and a healthier trading ecosystem for everyday investors.

Another standout feature is the upcoming Meme Launchpad, a platform that will allow other meme creators to launch their tokens and projects on the LILPEPE chain. This positions LILPEPE not just as a single memecoin, but as the foundation for an entire meme economy.

That’s a utility angle very few memecoins can claim, and investors are trooping to this unique opportunity.  The numbers speak for themselves. The presale is in Stage 11 at $0.0020 per token, with over $20.5 million raised. The next stage will raise the price to $0.0021. And with momentum building, many expect the allocation to sell out rapidly.

Adding fuel to the fire, LILPEPE plans to debut on two top-tier centralized exchanges at launch.  But before its launch, the project has proven its credibility. Little Pepe has been listed on CoinMarketCap and is also Certik audited, strengthening investors’ confidence in the project.

And let’s not forget the marketing magnet: the $777,000 giveaway. Ten winners will each walk away with $77,000 worth of LILPEPE tokens, a viral promotion that’s already bringing in waves of new buyers. With the perfect blend of meme culture hype, real blockchain infrastructure, and strong exchange listing plans, analysts believe LILPEPE can deliver a 20x – 50x rally before the year ends.

Ethereum: Institutional tailwinds meet technical breakout potential

Ethereum’s recent spot ETF inflows totaled a staggering $729 million in a single day. This marked the second-largest since launch.

It brings August’s total above $3 billion so far, surpassing Bitcoin ETFs. These inflows, led by giants like BlackRock and Fidelity, are tightening available supply.  ETH trades near $4,724, just 3% shy of its 2021 all-time high.

Analysis suggests ETH can break past $5,000 in August and reach $10,000 by year’s end. With institutional demand climbing and ETF adoption exploding, Ethereum is nicely positioned for a breakout.

Chainlink: Oracle leader charging toward new highs

LINK has surged nearly 50% over the past two weeks. This was fueled by rising institutional demand and on-chain activity that reinforced its leadership in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and oracle services.

Chainlink recently formed a partnership with ICE, the parent company of NYSE, to deliver FX and precious metals pricing on-chain. The Chainlink Reserve has also been launched, sparking renewed investor interest.

With over $93 billion secured across blockchains, Chainlink continues to dominate oracle infrastructure, setting the stage for further upside.

Solana: Institutions fueling the comeback

Solana is riding a powerful wave of bullish momentum. Over the past week, SOL surged 22.6%. It has now broken past the $200 mark with a market cap above $108 billion.

This is a signal of renewed investor confidence. Significantly, U.S.-listed ETF interest in Solana is rising fast. A first-of-its-kind Solana + Staking ETF (SSK) launched in July is already drawing meaningful trading volume.

Analysts now estimate a 90% probability of Solana Spot ETF approvals, a major institutional tailwind on the horizon. With momentum building across technical, institutional, and real-world utility fronts, Solana is positioned for a robust comeback.

Bonk: Solana’s memecoin gaining real momentum

BONK has been carving out a resurgence, and bullish signs are emerging across the board. Over the past two weeks, it posted a strong 10% intraday rally, reaching $0.000027 before profit-taking underscored growing volatility and accumulation interest.

A defining development was the Nasdaq-listed firm, Safety Shot’s acquisition of a $25 million BONK stake. It has thus secured a 10% revenue share in Bonk.fun, one of Solana’s leading meme token launchpads.

This directly ties BONK’s ecosystem growth to institutional backing. Analysts forecast potential mid-2025 breakout targets ranging from $0.00003 up to $0.00005. The token can go higher if bullish momentum persists.

Conclusion

As XRP reclaims $3.20, other bullish altcoins are ready to deliver outsized gains. Each of these assets offers a mix of strong fundamentals with bullish technical setups. This makes them prime candidates to outperform in 2025’s anticipated bull run. Among them, Little Pepe stands out as the most disruptive.

Built on its Layer 2 meme chain and building a dedicated meme launchpad, it has already raised over $20.5 million in presale funding. It’s triggering excitement in the market, with analysts pointing to a two-digit rally before the year ends.  The time is right, and LILPEPE is set for the moon. Don’t miss out. Join the Little Pepe presale now before the next price stage hits.

Twitch’s viewership takes a massive hit after cracking down on viewbots

by admin August 24, 2025

Twitch viewership is trending downward across the board in the time since they began cracking down severely on viewbots, with an up to 24% reduction week over week.

Viewership on the livestreaming platform has been declining in general even if there are some high points like Ibai’s La Vida Del Ano event that draw people to the platform in droves, but seeing such a massive and sustained decrease in viewership is not normal.

While one dip in viewership can easily be written off, a general and noticeable drop after Twitch’s policy change likely means one thing: their crackdown on viewbots is working.

Article continues after ad

However, with that exposing how many viewers on the platform weren’t real people, a lot of the biggest Twitch streamers have taken a big hit to their viewership.

Twitch’s viewbot crackdown results in huge viewership reduction

With viewbots, it’s important to note that literally anyone could pay to bot someone’s channel, and that bots aren’t all that expensive. Just because someone lost viewership in the crackdown doesn’t necessarily mean they were buying bots for themselves, and a streamer being mentioned for losing viewership in this article is by no means a pejorative toward streamers mentioned.

Article continues after ad

Starting with general Twitch viewership, it’s clear that there’s a downward trend that began on August 21. Before that, viewership was on par with if not a little higher than the week before.

Twitch TrackerThe faded green line is last week’s viewership, while the bright one is this week’s

There’s a very clear and rapid downward trend across the board, with literal hundreds of thousands of viewers detracted from Twitch’s overall live viewership pool.

And, while some fluctuation is normal, there aren’t any massive outliers or Twitch events week over week that’d result in such a massive swing of viewership one way or the other. Yet, at its absolute lowest on Friday, August 22, viewership dropped to a staggering 24% lower than last week. Viewership was also 23% lower on Sunday, August 24, yet another big crater in viewership.

Article continues after ad

Next, let’s look to one of the biggest streamers on Twitch: Asmongold.

His viewership has dropped off on a very similar curve, losing roughly 10-20% of his average viewership depending on the day. Again, there’s going to be some statistical anomalies depending on the contents of his stream, but the trend is downward.

Article continues after ad

Stats via Twitch Tracker

It’s clear as day that there’s been a pretty steady drop off on the exact same curve as Twitch’s overall downward trend. August 19 is an outlier considering he was restreaming Gamescom’s Opening Night Live. Leaving that off, he’s had a loss of around 20-30% of his peak viewership compared to the past few weeks.

Article continues after ad

It’s not as if the streamers are happy about this, either. Tectone pointed out that his viewership has taken a hit but is also fluctuating rapidly as other people bot his stream, going from 3k viewers to 7k and rubber-banding back and forth as people send bots to his channel.

A few days of data is by no means conclusive, and more data will have to be gathered until it becomes apparent just how many Twitch viewers aren’t real people. For now, though, it’s clear that a sizeable portion of the platform’s viewership is made up of bots, and that there may be large streamers who used them to artificially bump up their numbers.

Deadlock’s latest update revives the game with massive player count increase

by admin August 24, 2025

After the initial player count boom that came with Deadlock Alpha access, the player count has steadily fallen. And, sure, it’s not publicly available yet, but the player count going from close to 200k at “launch” to around 10k before the latest update isn’t exactly ideal.

Deadlock has maintained a small yet loyal following through its lengthy Alpha. If you consider 10-15k players small, anyways. There’s pretty much never been a point where queues aren’t popping, and there are some people really grinding to learn ahead of the eventual release.

Article continues after ad

However, the average player moved on. Updates take months at this point, with the dev team generally shifting away from rapid changes to work on more substantial updates.

And, around 3 months after the last big update, the team really delivered. Between releasing 6 new heroes in the span of less than 2 weeks, new music, a UI overhaul, and, for those who haven’t played since last year, a completely new map. There’s a lot to love here, and players are Deadlocked in.

Deadlock earns players back with massive update

So, why are so many people returning to Deadlock all at once if the previous updates didn’t win them over?

At the time of writing, only three of the six revealed characters have been released. But that’s a key part of why player retention has been so high: Players get to vote for the next character they want, but they have to play matches in order to earn votes.

However, this wouldn’t mean anything if the game wasn’t fun. Fortunately, the new roster of heroes has players more engaged than ever.

Article continues after ad

The proposition of fun and exciting new characters combined with the ability to earn your way toward deciding who’s next seems to be a winning formula for player retention, but that’s not all. The UI, menus, music, and many of the character designs have had some massive quality of life improvements, especially if you’re someone who hasn’t played since last year.

Between the new map, an easier to access item system, 3 lanes instead of 4, and a whole lot of quality of life changes, it’s no surprise that players are hopping in and sticking around.

DeadlockThe Doorman is the newest Deadlock character at the time of writing, and he’s probably the closest thing we’re ever going to get to Portal 3.

Deadlock went from 14k peak players to around 28k in the day after the update, but it’s since catapulted all the way to 47k. This is the biggest peak Deadlock has had in months, and there are no signs of that momentum stopping.

While the game is nowhere close to a full release yet, Valve is putting their full force into making their vision for Deadlock a reality.

180,000,000 ADA in Massive Buying Spree, Price Up 9%

by admin August 23, 2025

After multiple days of mimicking the broader crypto market downtrend, Cardano has suddenly flipped to the gainers’ side on August 22nd.

This positive trend witnessed today appears to have been spurred by the massive Cardano whale activity recorded over the last two days, according to data shared by popular crypto analyst Ali Martinez.

According to Ali, Cardano whales have scooped up 180,000,000 ADA in the last 24 hours, a bullish move signaling resilience among large investors despite the recurring market bloodbath.

$167 million in ADA in 2 Days

While the market had only flipped positive today with Cardano seeing a sudden shift in investors’ sentiments, the data suggests that the whales had doubled down on ADA while it was on the downside.

Per ADA’s price as of press time, the total ADA tokens scooped by Cardano whales over the last 2 days is worth over $167 million, signaling renewed confidence among investors.

While whales play the role of large investors who own a significant amount of the concerned cryptocurrency, the sustained interest by the large holders despite negative trends hints at a decisive attempt to buy the dip on Cardano.

Following the massive price surge witnessed today, ADA touched a notable low of $0.82 on August 22nd and surged massively by over 9% a few hours after then. As such, the tenth-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization has hit an intraday high of $0.93 on the same day.

While Cardano’s ADA has traded below $0.8 during the period of the accumulation, its massive price surge suggests massive gains for the holders of the major 180,000,000 ADA tokens.

With the positive performance displayed by the asset, optimism surrounding Cardano has surged significantly as speculations predicted more rally ahead. Recent developments in the crypto ecosystem suggest institutional demand and adoption of Cardano have continued to rise.

The massive whale activity involving ADA suggests renewed confidence in Cardano’s structural values for big businesses, as the trend suggests the asset is becoming the center of attraction among high-profile investors and institutional investors.

Although ADA had just kickstarted its price surge today, investors are positive that there are more price rallies ahead which could see the asset break out to achieve a new ATH.

LG’s massive 77-inch C5 OLED TV is more than $1,000 off

by admin August 21, 2025

If you want to spend the rest of the year catching up on the movies, TV shows, and video games you missed over the summer, you should enjoy them on a really nice screen. Thankfully, you can get a 77-inch LG C5 OLED TV for around $2,496.99 ($1,203 off), its lowest price ever at Amazon, B&H Photo, and Best Buy.

The C5 has a 120Hz panel, four HDMI 2.1 ports and support for both AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync, so gamers can play PC and current-generation console titles in 4K at up to 120 frames per second. LG says its custom-designed processor can upscale lower quality video to look cleaner on a large, 4K set. The processor also enables AI Picture Pro, a feature that analyzes what you’re watching and adjusts the TV’s settings — including brightness, resolution, and clarity — in real time to present the best picture.

LG says the C5’s Perfect Black and Perfect Color features allow the TV’s picture to look great in bright rooms, which OLED TVs have struggled with in the past. It also supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision, so games and videos encoded in those formats will have better color and contrast. A benefit of picking up an OLED TV is that each pixel is illuminated individually, so you completely avoid blooming, which is what happens when a TV has to increase the brightness of a larger section of the set to accommodate a bright object. Blooming can be distracting once you notice it, but that’s a non-issue with the C5.

3 Meme Coins DeepSeek Predicts Could Deliver Massive Moonshots

by admin August 20, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

While mainstream cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Cardano have all enjoyed strong rallies over the past month, capital is now flowing aggressively into meme coins.

The result? A wave of double- and even triple-digit gainers in recent days, hinting that meme coin season may only just be getting started.

To help you make the most of this potentially explosive rally, we turned to DeepSeek, aka the internet’s ultimate hype tracker.

After all, in a market driven by memes, social buzz, and online frenzy, who better than an AI plugged into the nonstop chatter of Reddit, X, and beyond?

Keep reading to discover DeepSeek’s top three picks for the best meme coins to buy now, along with what they bring to the table and the massive returns they could deliver.

1. Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) – First True Layer 2 Supercharging Bitcoin’s Speed and Utility

Don’t let Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER)’s Pepe-inspired mascot fool you. While many tokens borrow from the Pepe meme playbook, Bitcoin Hyper is no ordinary copycat.

Its golden-suited, always-on-the-run Pepe might symbolize its Bitcoin association, but what truly sets Hyper apart is its mission to build the first-ever high-speed, low-cost Layer 2 solution for Bitcoin.

Bitcoin, for all its status as the OG blockchain, still processes just 7 transactions per second, falling far behind modern chains like Solana and Ethereum that can handle thousands.

This lack of speed, scalability, and Web3 compatibility has long been Bitcoin’s Achilles’ heel. $HYPER aims to change that.

Think of it as a fast side lane built onto a jammed expressway. Hyper’s Layer 2 reduces fees, accelerates speeds, and finally gives developers the ability to build smart contracts and decentralized applications on Bitcoin.

$HYPER’s secret weapon? Integration with the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), bringing Solana-grade performance and Web3 functionality directly to the Bitcoin ecosystem.

But how do you actually get your ‘car’ onto that side lane? That’s where Hyper’s non-custodial canonical bridge comes in.

This decentralized bridge allows users to seamlessly convert their native Bitcoin into Layer 2-compatible tokens.

Once across, those tokens can interact with Hyper’s SVM-powered environment, including high-speed DeFi trading apps, NFT platforms, DAOs, gaming, lending, staking, and more.

Even better? According to our Bitcoin Hyper price prediction, the token could rocket over 400% by year-end, potentially hitting $0.32.

The project is currently in presale, where it has already amassed a whopping $10.8M. And you can buy $HYPER for just $0.012765 if you get in now.

For more information, visit Bitcoin Hyper’s official website.

2. Maxi Doge ($MAXI) – Fierce Meme Coin Built on Pure Degen Energy

Maxi Doge ($MAXI) stands out as a top choice if you’re looking to supercharge your crypto portfolio with the best chance at life-changing returns this cycle.

What drives Maxi isn’t a flashy roadmap or some forced ‘utility’ narrative. Instead, it thrives on raw, degen-powered hype, which is the very force that has delivered the biggest gains in the meme coin industry.

Maxi’s backstory is one of madness and rebellion. While Dogecoin, Maxi’s distant cousin, enjoyed all the love and attention as the legendary, adorable meme mascot, Maxi was left in the shadows.

Fueled by rage and determination, Maxi hit the gym and transformed into everything Doge is not: a shredded, caffeine-fueled Shiba Inu who never sleeps, trades nonstop, and wields a candlestick lightsaber to fight off mediocre returns.

The community quickly rallied around his philosophy of ‘never skip leg day, never skip a pump,’ helping the project raise over $1.28M in early investor funding just weeks into its presale.

But Maxi isn’t all bark. The developers have laid out an aggressive marketing plan, allocating 40% of the token supply to PR, campaigns, and ads, all aimed at making $MAXI a top trending crypto and a true challenger to Dogecoin’s dominance.

On top of that, holders will enjoy weekly trading competitions, leaderboard rewards, and exclusive community perks to keep engagement high.

Maxi Doge won’t stop at basic CEX and DEX listings. The team is also pushing for futures listings, giving hardcore $MAXI holders the chance to go full throttle with high leverage and chase mind-boggling returns.

Currently, each token is available for just $0.000253, and here’s a step-by-step guide on how to buy Maxi Doge.

Visit $MAXI’s official website for more information.

3. TROLL ($TROLL) – The Meme Coin That Turned Internet’s Chaotic Culture Into 700%+ Gains

TROLL ($TROLL) has been one of the most dominant meme coins in recent weeks, surging more than 700% in the past 30 days.

And while those gains are already mind-boggling, a quick look at its chart suggests its monstrous rally may be far from over.

The token is currently consolidating inside a clean triangle pattern, supported by an upward-sloping trendline at the bottom and capped by a descending resistance line at the top, a breakout above which looks highly likely.

Such a move could easily push $TROLL to new all-time highs, delivering at least a 40-50% rally from current levels, if not more, especially with the meme coin frenzy only just beginning to take full throttle.

So what exactly is TROLL? As the name suggests, it’s a pure meme coin built on the internet phenomenon of trolling – making fun of anyone and everyone, from government officials and celebrities to everyday people.

It’s worth noting that trolling isn’t inherently good or bad; it’s simply part of the internet’s chaotic culture. And for crypto degens, a little controversy goes a long way.

That’s why $TROLL has resonated so strongly with the community, driving massive inflows of capital.

Currently priced around $0.1822, $TROLL has already sparked calls for it to reach $1 ahead of a potential Binance listing.

If that plays out, today’s ‘discounted’ entry could set you up for truly massive returns.

Conclusion

In our quest to find the next 1000x crypto, we turned to DeepSeek, and it delivered a strong mix of utility-driven meme coins and pure hype plays.

From $TROLL’s proven gains to $HYPER and $MAXI’s explosive presale momentum, each has already captured the market’s fancy and could be poised for even bigger moves ahead.

That said, keep in mind that the crypto market is highly volatile and unpredictable. None of the above is financial advice, so please do your own research before investing.
