TRENDING RUMORS

– Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee is contemplating a move to Serie A side Como in January, with Juventus also interested, according to The Sun. No agreement has been reached yet with either Italian side, but United are open to either a loan or permanent move when the window opens on Jan. 1. Zirkzee, 24, has been at United for just 14 months after joining for €42.5 million from Bologna under Erik ten Haag’s tenure, but he has found game time hard to come by under new boss Ruben Amorim, as all of his appearances this season have come from the bench. Como boss Cesc Fabregas sees the Netherlands international as the perfect profile for the Serie A side, while Juve could reignite previous interest from the summer.

– Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konaté could now stay at Liverpool, despite reports suggesting a free transfer to Real Madrid is on the cards when his contract expires next summer. L’Equipe says that talks over a new deal at Anfield are edging towards an agreement, with the 26-year-old France international free to talk to non-English clubs from January. However, it appears that Konate wants to continue playing under Arne Slot, and that though a number of points are yet to be agreed, his stay is likely.

– Chelsea scouts have been impressed by Nigeria wonderkid Abduljelil Kamaldeen at the FIFA U20 World Cup in Chile, and the Blues could make a move to sign the talented midfielder from Kwara Football Academy, according to The Sun. But, playing against players five years older than him, he could start against Saudi Arabia in Nigeria’s next game.

– Manchester United and Tottenham are leading Fulham in the race for Middlesbrough midfielder Hayden Hackney, according to TEAMtalk. Hackney, 23, starred for Boro last season and has started the new campaign where he left off, with one goal and two assists as his side top the Championship by four points. The England U21 international attracted interest during the summer but no official bid was received, though that could change in January.

– With speculation mounting over the future of Ruben Amorim at Manchester United, Bournemouth are moving quickly in an attempt to get boss Andoni Iraola to sign a new deal beyond 2026 to fend off any interest from Old Trafford. TalkSPORT claims that the unbeaten Cherries are intensifying talks with the 43-year-old manager after an impressive start to the season, which sees them sit sixth in the table despite losing a host of key players in the summer.

Man pleads guilty to sending death threats to Epic Games

by admin October 2, 2025

A man has pleaded guilty to sending death threats to Epic Games.

Jayden Griffin, 19, from South Datoka, faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine — or both — after admitting to sending threatening messages to Epic between October 24 and November 9, 2024.

After initially pleading not guilty, Griffin changed his plea in court on September 29. As spotted by GameSpot, Griffin told the court: “I sent messages to Epic Games, where I threatened to kill employees of the company. I intended for the messages to be viewed as a threat at the time that I sent the messages.”

“The Court finds that the defendant is competent and capable of entering an informed plea, is aware of the nature of the charges and consequences of the plea, that the plea is knowing and voluntary and is supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of the offense and orders that the defendant shall be adjudged guilty of the offense,” court papers said.

Epic Games has declined to comment publicly on the matter. Griffin’s next court date has not yet been set.

Man claiming to be Colonel Sanders’ relative ‘leaks’ KFC’s secret recipe

by admin September 30, 2025

A man claiming to be the great-great-great-nephew of Colonel Sanders has ‘revealed’ KFC’s secret fried chicken recipe. The 11 herbs and spices were ‘leaked’ after KFC accounts blocked him on social media.

Tracing the history of Kentucky Fried Chicken back to the 1930s, the story begins with Colonel Sanders opening his first establishment in Kentucky. It wasn’t until 1952, however, that the first proper KFC opened its doors with a fried chicken recipe shrouded in mystery.

Article continues after ad

The ever-so-secretive 11 herbs and spices have been alluring millions of customers around the globe ever since. And while some ‘leaks’ over the years have allegedly pointed out each of the ingredients, there’s never been official confirmation.

Now, an alleged relative of the founder, a nephew three generations on, has claimed to have revealed the official list of herbs and spices, as relayed to him through family sources, if it’s to be believed.

Alleged Colonel Sanders relative ‘leaks’ KFC secret recipe

The individual in question simply goes by ‘The Colonel’ across social media. Dressing similarly to their alleged relative, they claim to be the great-great-great-nephew of the franchise founder. Their aim is to “defend the legacy through history and facts.”

After arguing the KFC brand had been exploiting his ancestry for various “sexualized” marketing campaigns in recent years, the figure with over 400,000 followers on TikTok claimed they were blocked by official accounts.

In retaliation, they ‘leaked’ the family’s biggest secret, the original KFC recipe.

“Do you want to know how to make their chicken?” He said in a TikTok video. “Truly, genuinely their chicken? This recipe I put together through facts.”

According to this alleged relative, the following ingredients make up KFC’s famous 11 herbs and spices mix:

  • Cinnamon
  • Red pepper / Cayenne pepper
  • Coriander
  • Ginger
  • Garlic powder

This recipe allegedly came from family sources, but of course, it’s well worth adding a serving of salt to the news. There’s no guarantee it’s legitimate, and the list differs greatly from a recipe found on the back of a family member’s last will and testament in 2016.

Regardless, the video ‘exposing’ the KFC recipe has exploded, drawing over eight million views on TikTok alone and drawing out a litany of follow-ups.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds adds Mega Man next year, with post-launch roadmap now revealed

by admin September 27, 2025

Sega has revealed the post-launch roadmap for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, including last night’s announcement that Mega Man will be joining next year as paid DLC.

Capcom’s iconic hero will be joined by Proto Man too, plus there will be a Dr. Wily’s Castle course and a vehicle inspired by canine companion Rush.

The DLC will be available in Q2 next year in the third patch of the game’s Season Pass. That begins later this year with the addition of Minecraft and SpongeBob Squarepants, with Pac-Man to follow early next year.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds | Mega Man Reveal TrailerWatch on YouTube

Then, Q3 of 2026 will see the arrival of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and anime Avatar Legends. Each Season Pass Content Pack includes playable characters, a new vehicle, a new track, emotes and sounds.

In addition, there will be a number of free updates adding new characters and more. Hatsune Miku and Sonic Prime characters are available at launch for Digital Deluxe owners. Then later this year Joker from Persona 5 and Ichiban from Like A Dragon will be added, along with another unknown character.

More free additions will arrive in each quarter next year. You can see the roadmap in the image below.

Mega Man’s inclusion leaked last week, so his reveal at last night’s PlayStation State of Play came as little surprise.

However, the back of the physical box includes artwork for Sega Saturn icon NiGHTS, with fans presuming the jester character will be one of the free characters coming to the game.

Who else do you hope to see join Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds?

Man in gorilla suit arrested for attacking stranger & stealing his shoes

by admin September 22, 2025

Two men have been arrested after attacking another man and stealing his shoes in downtown Nashville, Tennessee — all while one of them was wearing a gorilla costume as a disguise.

In one of the stranger crimes we’ve seen this year, two men are behind bars following a robbery that took place at 4 AM on Sunday morning, September 21.

18-year-old Xavier Rhodes and his accomplice, 22-year-old Sherrod Robinson, reportedly worked together to mug their victim, identified as Eli Jordan Walker, during a 4:45 AM excursion in Nashville’s entertainment district.

Article continues after ad

Walker said that Rhodes, who was wearing a gorilla suit, ambushed him and placed him in a headlock, while Robinson, who had donned a Hawaiian shirt, repeatedly kicked and punched him while he was incapacitated.

He added that the duo made off with his shoes, leaving him beaten, barefoot, and thoroughly befuddled. Police reports state that the victim suffered several cuts and bruises, along with a bloody nose, as a result of the seemingly random attack.

Thief in gorilla suit caught after mugging man in Nashville

After fleeing the scene, Rhodes and Robinson didn’t change out of their unusual garb. Instead, they made their way to the Shelby Street pedestrian bridge, where citizens spotted them. Police caught up with thieves, who were still wearing the gorilla suit and gaudy shirt.

Law enforcement stated that Robinson denied taking Walker’s shoes upon questioning, but did admit to scuffling with the victim.

Local news outlets state that Rhodes has been charged with felony robbery and released on a $14,000 bond. Robinson was also charged with felony robbery, but remains in jail on a $15,000 bond.

No other information has been released at the time of writing, but this isn’t the only weird crime to raise eyebrows recently.

Earlier this year, a California man stole a truck and took police on a lengthy chase before crashing into a paint store. Miraculously, he casually walked away from the scene unscathed, but was quickly apprehended by police shortly thereafter.

James Gunn Wants ‘Man of Tomorrow’ to Show Lex Luthor’s Layers

by admin September 21, 2025

While the Superman sequel Man of Tomorrow isn’t out until 2027, that hasn’t stopped director/writer James Gunn from vaguely teasing some plans, particulary as they relate to Nicholas Hoult’s Lex Luthor.

In a recent interview with The Ringer-Verse, Gunn was asked about his approach to Lex for Tomorrow and the DC universe overall. Gunn is aiming to “get into the heart of Lex” and explore more of his human side. By his own admission, Lex was a bastard in that first movie (even before he killed Superman support Malik), but still feels there’s something “incredibly heroic” about the bald baddie at his core.

“[Lex] is a guy who [sees Superman] and says, ‘You can hold up a building or shoot down planes with your eyes. Fuck you, I’m gonna kick your ass because I’m better than you.’ I can’t help but admire Lex’s tenacity and his ego,” said Gunn. While nothing Lex’s jealousy and inferiority complex regarding Superman is through the roof, Gunn acknowledged how relatable a feeling that can be, and something he hopes to further explore in Tomorrow.

“That [jealousy] makes Lex full, so much more than most of these villains we’ve seen in these movies,” Gunn continued. “He’s got his reasons for everything, and he’s the underdog. He’s got corporate power to manipulate things, but he can’t fly to space or lift up a building. […] He’s just a guy, and I fucking love that.”

Gunn’s previously teased Man of Tomorrow as a teamup flick with Lex and David Corenswet’s Superman against a threat only the two of them can handle. Whatever that threat is, it’ll see Lex don his warsuit to help Superman out, only to double-cross him. We’ll see how that fractured alliance plays out when the film releases on July 9, 2027.

Manchester United are set to move for Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson in January, while Liverpool could be set to enter the race for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba. Join us for the latest transfer news and rumors from around the globe.

TRENDING RUMORS

– Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson has emerged as a January target for Manchester United, according to TEAMtalk. With winter moves for Brighton and Hove Albion’s Carlos Baleba and Crystal Palace’s Adam Wharton deemed unlikely, Anderson is regarded as a potential solution to United’s current midfield crisis. Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim is set to be given the funds to try and sign Anderson for around £70 million, although Forest might not be willing to let him go following his impressive start to the season. The 22-year-old made his international debut for England earlier this month, starring in a pair of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia.

– Liverpool could be set to enter the race for Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba, TEAMtalk has revealed. The Cameroon international has been heavily linked with Manchester United this summer, but it is reported that their Premier League rivals are now also tracking his progress. A move for Baleba in January isn’t expected to be sanctioned, as Brighton remain “extremely reluctant” to let him go midway through the season. Nevertheless, an offer in excess of £100 million may be enough to secure a deal for the talented 21-year-old next summer.

– AC Milan are plotting a €15 million move for Udinese defender Thomas Kristensen in January, says Gazzetta dello Sport. The 6-foot-6 Denmark international has impressed so far this season, and will face off against Milan this weekend where scouts will be watching. Kristensen, 23, was also wanted by Aston Villa this summer, although the Premier League side didn’t officially lodge a bid, and he is under contract at Udinese until June 2028.

– Manchester United pulled out of a move to sign goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma before he chose Manchester City, says the Daily Telegraph. Donnarumma, 26, moved from Paris Saint-Germain for a fee of around £26m in the summer, but the total financial package including his wages would have been around £130m and that was too much for United.

– Newcastle United remain interested in Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, says Football Insider. While the Red Devils are unlikely to sanction a loan deal in January, it is thought a “lucrative” offer for a permanent transfer could soften their stance. Mainoo is targeting regular first-team football this season, with the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon. Mainoo, 20, was left out of Thomas Tuchel’s most recent England squad.

– Real Madrid and Chelsea are set to ramp up a move for AZ Alkmaar midfielder Kees Smit, 19, amid interest from Barcelona and Man United. (Defensa Central)

– Vinicius Junior is “upset” after being left out of the Real Madrid team in midweek, and a departure “can’t be ruled out” if the situation gets any worse. Talks over a new contract have been put on hold in recent months, with his current deal expiring in 2027. (AS)

– Arsenal center back William Saliba is an option for Real Madrid in 2026, despite having brought in Dean Huijsen, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alvaro Carreras to strengthen the backline this summer. There are “various names on the agenda” but says one of them is Saliba, with Liverpool’s Ibrahima Konaté being a “cheap alternative” as he’ll be out of contract next year. (AS)

– Real Madrid are scouting Inter Milan striker Francesco Pio Esposito, who has drawn comparisons to Joselu within the club. (Defensa Central)

– Jordan Pickford is “getting closer” to extending his contract at Everton. The England stopper’s current deal expires in June 2027, but after making a strong start to the new Premier League season, an extension now seems likely. (Nicolo Schira)

– Charlotte FC winger Kerwin Vargas is on the radar of the City Football Group. However, with the 23-year-old under contract until 2027, Charlotte are in a “strong position” as things stand. (TEAMtalk)

TRENDING RUMORS

– Manchester City are considering a shock move for Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo, according to TEAMtalk. The report adds that the 20-year-old is also on the radar of Chelsea and Newcastle United. Mainoo wanted to leave Old Trafford on loan in January due to his frustration over a lack of game time under Ruben Amorim, but the Red Devils were unwilling to let that happen. TEAMtalk reports that England international Mainoo, who has another two years to run on his existing contract at Old Trafford, could be worth as much as £70 million on the transfer market.

– Juventus general manager Damien Comolli will look to see if a move for Bernardo Silva is possible when the midfielder’s Manchester City contract expires in the summer, Tuttosport reports. The Bianconeri have taken inspiration from AC Milan and Napoli’s moves for Luka Modric and Kevin De Bruyne respectively. They expect competition for the 31-year-old from clubs in Europe (including his former club Benfica), the United States and the United Arab Emirates and hope the Portugal international will maintain his desire to play at the top level.

– Alexia Putellas has decided to stay at Barcelona for at least one more season after receiving a “tempting and powerful” offer from Paris Saint-Germain, reports Mundo Deportivo. As part of this decision, the midfielder has an agreement with Barça to allow for her amicable departure in the summer if she wants to leave the club, although she could just as easily extend her contract. This comes with the Liga F club telling PSG they would have to pay the 31-year-old’s release clause for her to leave in the final days of this window. Meanwhile, another Mundo Deportivo report claims that PSG remain fixated on Putellas and could pay her €1 million release clause.

– Following La Gazzetta dello Sport’s report on Real Madrid’s plan to re-sign attacking midfielder Nico Paz from Como, the Italian outlet has given an insight into the clauses that could allow the move to happen. The option to bring back the 21-year-old for €9 miullion has already passed, but they could sign him for €10 million in 2026 or €11 million in 2027, while Los Blancos would also earn half of the fee from a transfer to another club and have the opportunity to match any offers received by Como.

Man Creates Most Dangerous Handheld Xbox Ever

by admin September 18, 2025

Have you ever dreamed of playing Halo on an original Xbox, but you didn’t want to use a big TV? And you also wanted to risk damaging your game disc and/or fingers in the process while holding a large technological monstrosity in your hands? Well, that’s a strange dream you have, buddy, but I got just the video for you.

On September 16, as spotted by GamesRadar, YouTuber, retro console enthusiast, and modder James Channel posted a new video to his wonderful channel all about his wild and wacky experience turning an OG Xbox into a portable handheld console in the most janky way possible. It’s a fantastic video that involves Channel getting shocked, ripping apart multiple electronic devices, and covering the entire beast in a bunch of duct tape. Here’s the video, which is admittedly 33 minutes long, but totally worth watching.

Something I really appreciate about this video is how committed the modder is to making sure this handheld Xbox looks and feels hacked together. It’s like a Frankenstein’s monster of a console, with pieces and parts from an old iPod dock crammed on top of an Xbox’s motherboard. And while it takes him a few attempts and a lot of tinkering, he does eventually pull it off and is able to play Halo in one of the wildest ways possible. It also seems very dangerous, as there is a DVD spinning incredibly fast just a few inches away from his fingers and face at all times.

This monster of a thing even sports a relatively impressive 9 minutes and 40 seconds of battery life. That might not sound like a lot, but keep in mind this slapdash device relies on nearly 20-year-old batteries from an iPod dock. The fact that it can even run at all on just those ancient chemical husks is incredible. And if you were then wondering, “Can this thing play Steel Battalion?” well, yes. Yes, it can.
