Borderlands 4 Legendary Weapons and Items list

by admin September 15, 2025

Legendary Weapons and items in Borderlands 4 are the key to successfully surviving your chaotic adventure around Kairos.

In Borderlands 4, you can get Legendary Weapons and items through defeating main story or side mission bosses, in vending machines or through fishing (as well as other areas.) The catch? These are very rare drops, so if you get one you like we recommend holding onto it!

On that note, here’s our in-progress Borderlands 4 Legendary Weapons and items list, including where to get them.

Here are the legendary weapons and items, their locations, type, requirements and more for each area:

Four Legendary John Woo Action Movies Release On 4K Blu-Ray This Fall

by admin September 9, 2025

When it comes to action, the golden age of Hong Kong cinema is hard to beat. During the ’80s and ’90s, some of the best movies in the genre were made here, and at long last, all three movies in the A Better Tomorrow saga are headed to 4K Blu-ray as a box set with tons of new special features. Restored by Shout Factory, A Better Tomorrow Trilogy is available to preorder for $100 ahead of its November 18 release. Shout Factory is also releasing a 4K Blu-ray edition of Hard Boiled on November 4. This Deluxe Edition looks promising as well, but it’s worth noting the price has jumped from $40 to $65 at Amazon and Walmart. It’s unlikely to launch at this price, and you won’t be charged for preorder until it ships.

$100 | Releases November 18

Directed by renowned filmmakers John Woo and Tsui Hark, all three A Better Tomorrow movies have been remastered in 4K from the original camera negatives. Each one is presented in Dolby Vision–and are HDR-10 compatible and viewers can choose between the original Cantonese language track or the English dub, in DTS-HD Master Audio mono and English DTS-HD Master Audio mono. If you choose to go with the original Cantonese audio, each film features newly translated English subtitles. You’ll also get an exclusive poster in this box set, based on the newly commissioned art.

Each film is accompanied by dozens of brand-new extras, which are mostly audio commentary tracks and interviews with established film critics, members of the cast and crew, and even notable directors like Gareth Evans (The Raid). The real jewel of this collection is the sought-after workprint of A Better Tomorrow 2, which was thought to be lost for years. This version of Woo’s sequel was originally re-edited producer Tsui Hark, and it features an extra 30 minutes of footage. While Woo considers it to be the black sheep of the trilogy–the third film was in turn directed by Hark–he has still spoken fondly about its climatic gunfight as some of his best work in cinema.

You’ll also find the Taiwanese cut of A Better Tomorrow 3 here, which adds around 10 extra minutes of content, resulting in several extended scenes. The seven-disc collection includes 4K UHD and 1080p Blu-ray editions of each film.

You can check out the full list of features on each disc below.

Disc 7 A Better Tomorrow 2 and 3 (Blu-ray)

  • Long-lost A Better Tomorrow 2 workprint featuring over 30 minutes of never-before-seen footage
  • A Better Tomorrow 3 – Taiwanese cut

A Better Tomorrow starred Chow Yun-fat as conflicted police officer Mark Lee, trapped between duty and honor when senior Triad gangster Sung Tse-Ho–who Lee has close ties to–asks him to help avenge the murder of a family member. Released in 1986, the film was a big critical hit and it set the stage for director John Woo and Chow Yun-fat’s eventual journey to Hollywood.

In 1987, A Better Tomorrow 2 was released, and it featured a wild plot twist to justify its existence–for reasons we won’t spoil here in case you never saw the first movie. Like its predecessor, the film featured over-the-top action, explosions, and a ludicrous bodycount once characters finally ran out of bullets.

A Better Tomorrow 3: Love and Death in Saigon brought the series to a close in 1989 and it’s a prequel to the first movie. Set during the final days of the Vietnam War, the story isn’t the best, but it does boast incredible action sequences throughout. Interestingly, Woo’s original vision for the film was different and led to him exiting the director’s chair after he and Hark experienced creative differences. Woo’s script would eventually evolve into 1990’s Bullet in the Head.

As mentioned, the other big new release in the Hong Kong Cinema Classics collection is Hard Boiled. Released in 1992, Hard Boiled is one of the best action movies of all time–and the best collaboration between John Woo and Chow Yun-fat. Over-the-top and incredibly fun, Hard Boiled as a straightforward plot centered around a cop seeking revenge against a gang of criminals. Mayhem ensues, the action is extreme, and Chow Yun-fat is effortlessly cool in every scene, including that iconic shootout in a hospital.

$65 | Releases November 4

Shout Factory’s Deluxe Edition resurrects the cult-classic with a brand-new 4K scan from the original camera negatives, adding in Dolby Vision and HDR 10 support along with the Cantonese and English dub in DTS-HD Master Audio Mono. Like the A Better Tomorrow trilogy, there are also new English subtitles in this release as well and the box set includes an exclusive 52-page collectible booklet.

The three-disc set also includes a standard Blu-ray copy of the film and it contains plenty of bonus materials, like several newly filmed interviews with Woo and other key members of the crew. Topping it all off is a collection of new audio commentary tracks with film critics and historians–as well as the audio commentary from John Woo and several more people that the Criterion Collection recorded–deleted scenes, trailers, and an image gallery.

We included a list of features on each disc below.

Disc 1 (4K)

  • Optional English subtitles newly translated for this release (new)
  • Audio commentary with director John Woo and film journalist Drew Tayler (new)
  • Audio commentary with film historian Frank Djeng (new)
  • Audio commentary with director John Woo, producer Terence Chang, filmmaker Roger Avary, and critic Dave Kehr (recorded by the Criterion Collection)

Disc 2 (Blu-ray)

  • Audio commentary with director John Woo and film journalist Drew Tayler (new)
  • Audio commentary with film historian Frank Djeng (new)
  • Audio commentary with director John Woo, producer Terence Chang, filmmaker Roger Avary, and critic Dave Kehr (recorded by the Criterion Collection)

Disc 3 (Bonus Blu-ray)

  • Violent Night – an interview with director John Woo (new)
  • Boiling Over – an interview with actor Anthony Wong (new)
  • No Time for Failure – an interview with producer Terence Chang (new)

  • Image gallery

While you’ll have to wait a few months for these Blu-rays, you can grab some classic action movies starring Jet Li. The Jet Li Collection was released in July, and it offers five of his best movies–Fist of Legend, Tai Chi Master, The Legend 1 + 2, and The Bodyguard from Beijing–in 4K and 1080p. Each movie also comes with a selection of bonus features, and the price has dropped to $107 (was $130). In August, Ringo Lam’s acclaimed 1987 action movie City on Fire joined Shout Factory’s collection on 4K Blu-ray, and you can snag a copy for $29 (was $40).

Looking ahead, Shout Factory will be releasing a lot more movies over the next couple of years, as the film distributor recently secured the worldwide rights to the Golden Princess film library, a collection of 156 movies in total. Here’s a list of a few other movies and box sets in the Hong Kong Cinema Classics collection that you can buy or preorder now:

The Legendary Card Game now available

by admin September 7, 2025

If you’ve ever played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you’ll be familiar with the in-universe game of Gwent. Now you can play Gwent with Hachette’s newly released physical version:

After a decade in the making, the iconic card game from The Witcher universe is finally coming to tabletops!

First introduced in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt—a video game that has sold over 50 million copies and ranks among the top 10 games of all time—Gwent is stepping into the physical realm. With the full backing of CD Projekt Red and the official Witcher license, this dueling card game for 1-5 players delivers an authentic experience.

Boasting over 400 cards faithfully reproducing the iconic designs from The Witcher 3. A playmat is included with the base game, however Gwent can easily transform any surface into a battleground.

In Gwent, two players build decks from various factions, such as Northern Realms, Scoia’tael, Monsters, Skellige and Nilfgaard each with its own unique set of cards and abilities. Each faction features a recommended starting deck, but players can start building their own deck once they feel comfortable!

The goal of the game is to win two out of three rounds. The battlefield features multiple rows to which players will deploy their units – Melee, Ranged and the ever destructive catapult! Plus special ability cards can boost your faction or help eliminate your opponent’s numbers.

Gwent is known for its deep strategic elements, including bluffing, careful resource management, and reading the opponent’s moves. Players must choose when to push aggressively to win a round or when to hold back and play for the long game.

With unprecedented levels of demand, this stunning reproduction is a must-have for Witcher fans and card game enthusiasts alike!

Shiba Inu is in the news again, but not for the reasons its owners would like. Even though SHIB has made an effort to level off around the $0.0000123 mark, the most recent delisting announcement makes it clear: the chances of a liquidity surge are slim.

Shiba Inu in battle mode

Between $0.0000120 and $0.0000130, SHIB has been battling for weeks inside a contracting triangle pattern on the price chart. There has been a decline in trading volume, indicating that neither bulls nor bears are very confident. The 200-day EMA near $0.0000139 looms overhead as resolute resistance, while the 50-day and 100-day moving averages are putting pressure on the price. The weak momentum, indicated by the RSI at 46, makes SHIB susceptible to more abrupt movements when volatility eventually returns.

However, technicalities are only one aspect of the larger picture. The delisting of 48 perpetual contracts is scheduled for Sept. 11 at 12:00 p.m. UTC by BitMEX, one of the most well-known names in derivatives trading, because of insufficient trading interest. These contracts include the Shiba Inu’s perpetual pair, SHIBUSD. BitMEX explained that all trading will stop, and open orders will be canceled at the deadline, as is customary for early settlement.

Derivatives side

The implications of this delisting are significant, even though it only pertains to derivatives and not spot trading. Derivatives offer traders hedging options and leverage, frequently increasing the amount of activity and liquidity surrounding an asset. The loss of exposure on BitMEX and other platforms indicates that institutional and speculative demand for SHIB on the derivatives market is declining.

Other pairs being eliminated, in addition to SHIBUSD, are ARBUSD, ORDIUSD, XAUTUSD, ONDOUSDT, WOOUSDT, ZROUSDT, BLURUSDT, SAGAUSDT and USDTUSDC.

This news comes at a crucial time for SHIB. If there are no powerful catalysts or new momentum, the asset could retest $0.0000115 and fall below its important support levels. Traders might take the delisting as evidence that SHIB’s hype cycle has petered out, if it further undermines confidence.

The conclusion is that although the delisting is just for derivatives, it represents larger problems as well, such as dwindling interest, diminishing liquidity and a community that needs new energy to stay relevant in a crowded cryptocurrency market.

Are Saylor and Bitcoin Strategy ‘Cooked’? Legendary Trader Brandt Reveals Not-So-Bullish Outlook

by admin September 4, 2025

As expected this late in the cycle, Michael Saylor’s strategy of tying his companies’ fortunes to Bitcoin is drawing close inspection, and this time it’s the stock chart that is under review.

The task to do this was taken by legendary trader Peter Brandt, who recently posted a weekly view of MSTR and captioned it with a no-compromise question — whether the stock is showing its final top or just pausing before another move higher.

You Might Also Like

The numbers explain Brandt’s dilemma. Since January, the Strategy stock has stayed boxed between $330 and $480. At the lower end of that range, it is now trading at $330.26, down from peaks above $480 earlier in the year.

Moving averages have flattened, and volatility has compressed to levels not seen since before the company’s Bitcoin accumulation campaign accelerated in 2024.

State of Bitcoin Strategy of Michael Saylor right now

Behind this drift is Strategy’s balance sheet, which is more exposed to Bitcoin than any other known firm in the world. The company holds 636,505 BTC, acquired at an average price of $73,765. At today’s value, that portfolio equals $70,470,000,000. The position leaves the firm showing a stunning gain of about 50%.

The correlation between Bitcoin and MSTR remains key. The two are moving almost in sync, but the chart shows hesitation about how much more investors are willing to assign to Michael Saylor’s Strategy.

Brandt’s question really captures the moment. If the MSTR price falls below $330, it suggests limits to the equity case. But if it rises above $480, then Strategy is confirmed as the purest Bitcoin proxy available on traditional exchanges.

‘Very Negative’: Legendary Trader Issues Major XRP Price Warning

by admin August 29, 2025

  • Weakening momentum
  • XRP’s 6% plunge

Peter Brandt, one of the most prominent commodity traders, has opined that the current XRP price action looks “very negative.”

I post what I see. I assume strong opinions — always weakly held. I am wrong as often as I am right. If you are offended by my charts, then that is your problem

— Peter Brandt (@PeterLBrandt) August 29, 2025

Brandt’s chart shows that the Ripple-linked token is in the process of forming a descending triangle pattern.

Weakening momentum

The current support level is located around $2.78, with a downward-sloping trendline connecting several lower highs above it. This essentially means that the price of the token is weakening, meaning that it is falling to reach the previous peak.

Currently, the triangle is gradually getting narrower. The bearish pattern will be completed if the price of the Ripple-linked token eventually plunges below the aforementioned support at $2.78.

In such a case, previous support levels, such as $2.4 and $1.9, could emerge as potential bearish targets.

XRP’s 6% plunge

The price of the XRP token has now collapsed by almost 6% this Friday. Earlier today, it reached an intraday low of $2.8 on the Bitstamp exchange.

The token is now on the cusp of plunging to its lowest level since Aug. 3. XRP is now down 24% from its all-time peak of $3.67 that was achieved on July 18.

Pokemon TCG Pocket’s New Expansion Features A Legendary Trio, Launches August 28

by admin August 25, 2025

Pokemon TCG Pocket is getting another new expansion on August 28. The update is called Secluded Springs, and it will highlight Pokemon from the Johto region, including a powerful legendary trio.

In Secluded Springs, players will encounter fan-favorite Pokemon as they were originally discovered in the Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver video games, including the powerful Legendary trio: Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. In addition to Johto, the expansion also features Pokemon from the Hoenn region. Some of the new cards can be seen in the trailer below.

According to the official Pokemon website, Suicune will appear on a new binder cover and display-board backdrop, and both will debut on Sunday, August 31. Players can also expect a variety of in-game events to pop up throughout September.

The first event for Secluded Springs will be the Zoroark Drop Event, which lets players compete in special solo battles to obtain Promo Pack A Series Vol. 12. The Zoroark Drop Event runs from September 3-13, and a Bonus Week event arrives on September 8 with missions that reward pack hourglasses and other items.

Later in the month, players can expect the Water-type Pokemon Mass Outbreak event. This event kicks off on September 26, with cards relating to water-type Pokemon appearing in rare picks and bonus picks.

Mega Evolutions will be coming to the game later this fall. While there’s no release date announced yet, three of the upcoming Mega Pokemon cards can be seen here.

Brewers pay tribute to legendary broadcaster Bob Uecker

by admin August 24, 2025

Aug 24, 2025, 04:04 PM ET

MILWAUKEE — Bob Uecker’s Hall of Fame broadcasting career began only after the Milwaukee Brewers initially hired him as a scout.

Former Brewers owner and MLB commissioner Bud Selig said it didn’t take long to realize Uecker might be better suited for a different role.

“The first scouting report Bob sent back here had mashed potatoes and gravy all over it,” Selig recalled Sunday during a pregame ceremony honoring the man who broadcast Brewers games for 54 seasons, became a national celebrity for his trademark sense of humor and died Jan. 16 at the age of 90.

The star-studded celebration was hosted by former NBC broadcast partner Bob Costas and featured Hall of Famers George Brett, Ted Simmons and Robin Yount as well as Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich.

“To say he loved this team, this city, and this state would be an understatement,” the Uecker family said in a statement. “Milwaukee was his home, and the Brewers were an extension of his family. Seeing that love reflected back means more than we could ever put into words. There is something truly special about this community, and Bob felt it every single day.

“Thank you for welcoming him into your lives, for making him part of your families, and for holding him in your hearts.”

All the Brewers players wore special tribute uniforms with “UECK” instead of their own names on the back of their jerseys for Sunday’s game to honor the man who probably is more synonymous with the franchise than any particular player.

The entire team joined Uecker’s relatives behind the mound before Bob Uecker Jr. threw out the first pitch to Yount. The game featured commemorative baseballs and bases honoring Uecker.

The celebration of life comes with the Brewers owning the best record in baseball as they chase their first World Series title.

“Nobody would have enjoyed this more,” principal owner Mark Attanasio said. “I believe he’s still with us, but I really miss him.”

American Family Field’s broadcast wing above the press box was renamed the Bob Uecker Broadcast Center. Uecker’s name already appeared on a medallion alongside all the Brewers’ retired numbers, but it was updated Sunday to include his name and a single microphone.

Memorabilia including photos and various examples of his plaid sports coats were displayed all over the concourses.

John Colson, a partial season-ticket holder from Milwaukee, was already waiting outside the ballpark entrance well over 3½ hours before first pitch.

“Bob Uecker was my entire childhood,” Colson said. “Just memories of listening to the games on the radio, coming to the games. Bob Uecker’s Mr. Baseball. He was Mr. Brewers. It’s not the same without him.”

Colson wore a T-shirt with the message, “Juuuust a bit outside,” honoring Uecker’s famous line as broadcaster Harry Doyle in the movie “Major League.” Other fans in the sellout crowd wore plaid sport coats or Brewers jerseys with Uecker’s name.

Uecker also was beloved by players who treasured his regular appearances in the locker room to swap stories or offer encouragement.

“Whether it was your first day in the big leagues or you’d been there for 10 years, he treated you as though you were his friend his entire life,” Yelich said. “I think that was one of his real gifts, making people feel like they were best friends and he’d known them forever.”

That meant treating even a player coming up from the minors no differently than an American president.

At a news conference before the pregame ceremony, Costas told the story of how former President Richard Nixon was watching a Brewers-Yankees game and asked Yankees owner George Steinbrenner if it would be possible to meet Uecker. After Uecker spoke to Nixon, broadcast partner Pat Hughes asked what it was like to meet the president.

“Ueck says, ‘You know, Richie’s not a bad guy,'” Costas recalled.

Uecker was best known nationally for the dry wit he showed on talk-show appearances with Johnny Carson and in the “Major League” movies, Miller Lite commercials and the television show “Mr. Belvedere.” Some of his “Mr. Belvedere” and “Major League” colleagues were on hand for this ceremony.

But the people honoring him Sunday also paid tribute to his baseball knowledge.

Although Uecker made his career .200 batting average a frequent target of his self-deprecating humor, Simmons said the broadcaster’s status as a former backup catcher gave him remarkable perspective. After the Brewers acquired him before the 1981 season, Simmons said Uecker offered pointers on handling Milwaukee’s pitching staff.

“I said, ‘You’ve got to tell me how these guys think, where they’re at because they need help and I need help,'” Simmons said. “That’s how we started out. From there, it was great.”

Costas and Selig said Uecker’s broadcasting skills were underrated. Selig said it was a treat to listen to the ninth inning of Uecker’s broadcasts in games the Brewers were winning.

“Most of the country outside of Wisconsin knows him from Johnny Carson and the ‘Major League’ films, but if he never said one thing that was funny and you just judged him as a baseball announcer — especially on the radio — Hall of Fame-caliber baseball announcer,” Costas said.

Costas specifically mentioned Uecker’s final sign-off after the Brewers allowed four runs in the ninth inning of a 4-2 loss in the decisive game of their NL Wild Card Series loss to the New York Mets. Uecker, who had battled small cell lung cancer throughout last season, closed the broadcast by saying, “that one had some sting on it.”

“When you hear Ueck signing off — he didn’t always wear his heart on his sleeve — but it was so poignant,” Costas said. “He was disappointed for the team because it was such a heartbreaking loss. But he also knew these were the last words he’d ever speak as the voice of the Brewers, and his voice was not as strong, and he wasn’t quite as sharp, but it was still Bob Uecker. When you listen to that, even though he doesn’t frame it that way, that’s about as poignant a valedictory as any broadcaster has ever given.”
