ARK Invest Forecast Highlights $25 Trillion Crypto Market Cap, Here’s How Much Ethereum And XRP Will Be

by admin September 26, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

Ark Invest, an American investment management firm, has recently shared a long-term forecast that envisions the Ethereum (ETH) price reaching the six-digit territory if the total crypto market capitalization surges to $25 trillion. Ark Invest also notes that Ethereum stands to be one of the biggest winners in this scenario, with XRP also set to capture significant value.

Ethereum’s Share Of The Projected $25 Trillion Market

Lorenzo Valente, Director of Research at Ark Invest, explained in a video post on X social media that Ethereum currently accounts for approximately 13.5% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. He predicts that if the global crypto market cap climbs to $25 trillion within the next five years, Ethereum could command a market valuation of approximately $3.37 trillion. This translates into a price of about $28,000 per token—a level that would mark a historic moment for ETH.

The Ark Invest Director pointed to key drivers underpinning the cryptocurrency’s strength to reach such a valuation. These include the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA) on the Ethereum blockchain, the network’s rapid growth in DeFi, the growing presence of stablecoins, and ongoing innovations across Layer 2 solutions.

Valente further notes that more than $120 billion in total value is already locked within Ethereum and its scaling networks, highlighting its liquidity dominance. For stablecoins, the blockchain accounts for over $100 billion of the sector’s $200 billion capitalisation, a commanding position that underscores its role as the backbone of the DeFi landscape.

Notably, Valente emphasized ETH’s yield-bearing nature, with staking making the cryptocurrency one of the few revenue-generating digital assets. Beyond its ability to generate yield, the Ark Invest Director notes that Ethereum is also the number one collateral used on Layer 2s, a medium of exchange within NFT marketplaces, and the currency for paying network fees.

He also believes that scaling improvements on Layer 1 and Layer 2 over the next five years could attract millions more users, reinforcing ETH’s dominance and positioning it as a unique asset unlike any other in the crypto market.

XRP’s Growth Potential In A $25 Trillion Crypto Market

While Ethereum is positioned at the forefront of Ark Invest’s projection, XRP remains one of the most closely watched altcoins in the market. Currently valued at approximately $2.8 billion after a recent decline, the cryptocurrency has a total market capitalization of $170.6 billion. For reference, the entire crypto market also has a market cap of $3.93 trillion, as of the time of this report.

Based on these figures, XRP’s current market share is about 4.3% of the entire industry. If this ratio is maintained during the broader market’s projected rise to a $25 trillion valuation, XRP could achieve a market cap of roughly $1.05 trillion. With its current circulating supply, this would imply a price of approximately $17 per token, representing a more than sixfold increase from current levels.

Ethereum Trade on Hyperliquid Stands Out as Largest Amid $1B Crypto Liquidations

by admin September 26, 2025

An ETH$3,953.08 trade on Hyperliquid turned out to be the biggest liquidation hit in the past 24 hours as crypto traders took on more than $1.19 billion in leveraged positions amid a market downturn.

Longs made up nearly 90% of the overall wipeout, per CoinGlass, leaving over 260,000 traders losing money and exposing the market’s bullish overcrowding.

Ether bore the brunt with $448 million in liquidations, followed by BTC$109,488.33 at $278 million. Solana’s SOL (SOL), XRP$2.7715, BNB Chain’s BNB (BNB) and DOGE$0.2274 all saw tens of millions flushed out.

But the single largest trade closure came on Hyperliquid — a $29.1 million ETH-USD long hit which is indicative of the growing role of decentralized perpetual exchanges in driving liquidations.

Bybit handled the most overall liquidations at $311 million, but Hyperliquid followed closely with $281 million, ahead of Binance’s $243 million.

For a relatively recent protocol that operates fully on-chain with no KYC or regulatory firewalls, Hyperliquid’s share of liquidations points to traders piling risk into perpetual decentralized exchanges (DEXs) in size. A 97% long bias further showed how aggressively users were positioned before the flush.

The wave came as sentiment remains fragile and bitcoin sees volatile price action around the $111,000 mark. Spikes in liquidations are often read as clearing events that pave the way for reversals, but with positioning stretched across majors and high-beta tokens alike, downside risks linger.

Meanwhile, some say projects with strong revenue flows could emerge attractive to traders amid an otherwise risk-off mood.

“While crypto markets are down, capital is still rotating from Bitcoin into altcoins, with perpetual decentralized exchanges (Perp DEXs) like Hyperliquid and Aster leading the charge,” said Nick Ruck, director at LVRG Research.

“We expect altcoins to slowly grind upward as investors seek projects that can decouple from macro pressures and continue to grow based on their own utility,” Ruck added.

Crypto Market Prediction: Shiba Inu (SHIB) $0.00001 Bottom, Ethereum (ETH) Loses $4,000, Bitcoin (BTC): Head and Shoulders to $123,000?

by admin September 26, 2025

The market is expiriencing somewhat of a storm as Shiba Inu, Ethereum and Bitcoin are losing multiple key support levels, and there is a good possibility of an aggravation here as no fresh inflows are present and most of the volume on the market is on the selling side.

Shiba Inu loses key support

The price of Shiba Inu has fallen below important support levels, indicating that a retest of the $0.00001 bottom may be closer than many anticipated. This indicates that the stock is once again under strong selling pressure. According to the asset’s current structure, if sentiment and technicals do not rapidly improve, the asset may be headed for new 2025 lows. The symmetrical triangle structure that had previously kept the price of SHIB stable for months has now been broken on the daily chart.

SHIB/USDT Chart by TradingView

The token broke because it was unable to hold above the 50-day and 100-day EMAs, making it susceptible to additional drops. There is still momentum working against bulls because the 200-day EMA is likewise sloping downward. Previously a dependable short-term floor, the $0.0000122 support zone is now resistance as bears gain ground. Red candles have seen an increase in volume, suggesting that sellers are growing more confident.

Although the RSI has entered oversold territory, it has not yet indicated a reversal, suggesting that the downward momentum may continue. SHIB may be headed for a test of $0.0000115 if the current circumstances continue with the possibility of a decline to the psychological $0.00001 level. In addition to representing a retest of SHIB’s annual lows, such a decline might put the asset in danger of breaching its larger 2025 support range. Recovery appears to be difficult for now.

Ethereum stumbles

The fact that Ethereum has dropped below the crucial $4,000 mark suggests that the market as a whole is weak and that more declines are likely. The decline occurred quickly after ETH failed to maintain its consolidation around the $4,400-$4,500 resistance zone, and bearish pressure took over.

Since its recent symmetrical triangle formation, ETH has been declining sharply, according to the daily chart. With sellers taking charge, this breakdown demonstrates that there is no buying support at higher levels. The bearish move has gained more weight as trading volumes have increased during the decline.

ETH/USDT Chart by TradingView

The Relative Strength Index, meanwhile, has dipped nearer to oversold territory, indicating that bearish momentum may yet worsen before a relief bounce takes place. Ethereum is in a precarious position right now, trading just below $4,000.

The next significant area of interest, if selling persists, is around the 100-day EMA, which is close to $3,833. This moving average has historically served as a dependable level of support during periods of correction, so buyers may intervene there to protect against further losses. Ethereum might level off and try to push back toward $4,200 if the 100 EMA holds.

It is impossible to rule out a more aggressive move toward the $3,600-$3,400 range if this support fails. The 200 EMA would then be the crucial last line of defense to prevent a protracted bearish cycle further below it, at $3,392.

For the time being, Ethereum’s failure to hold the $4,000 mark is a serious setback to bullish sentiment. Investors should closely monitor ETH’s response to the $3,833 mark in the upcoming sessions. Hopes for a midterm recovery could be raised by a strong bounce here, but failure would pave the way for a more significant correction.

Bitcoin pattern recognized

A head and shoulders pattern could determine whether the next move is a surge toward $123,000 or a plunge into bearish territory, which may be its most important formation of the year.

On the daily chart, the pattern has been gradually developing, with Bitcoin settling between $112,000 and $114,000 following several unsuccessful attempts to rise. Bitcoin is currently trading just above the 100 EMA, and the pattern’s neckline is a crucial support level.

The bullish head and shoulders scenario could be confirmed by a clear breakout above the $114,000 resistance, which would pave the way for a medium-term move to $123,000. This level is the next logical target for bulls, since it is where breakout traders and upside liquidity are likely to converge.

But prudence is still necessary. The danger of a decline will increase rapidly if the pattern does not finish and Bitcoin drops below the neckline. The next important level of support is the 200 EMA, which is presently trading at about $106,000. A decline to that level would push the market into a bearish narrative and put investor confidence to the test, even though this would still keep Bitcoin above its longer-term bullish structure.

Hesitance is also suggested by volume trends: selling spikes imply that whales are offloading at every rally attempt, and buying pressure has not been strong enough to break through resistance levels.

SharpLink to tokenize Nasdaq-listed SBET shares on Ethereum

by admin September 25, 2025

SharpLink is set to become the first public company to issue its Nasdaq-listed SBET shares natively on Ethereum, appointing Superstate as digital transfer agent to oversee compliant onchain issuance.

Summary

  • SharpLink plans to tokenize its Nasdaq-listed SBET shares directly on Ethereum.
  • Superstate’s Opening Bell platform will manage compliant onchain issuance.
  • The partnership extends beyond issuance, exploring AMM-based trading of tokenized equity.

In an announcement on Sept. 25, SharpLink Gaming, Inc. said it will tokenize its SEC-registered common stock directly on the Ethereum blockchain, appointing financial technology firm Superstate as its Digital Transfer Agent.

The partnership will utilize Superstate’s ‘Opening Bell’ platform for the issuance. The Minneapolis-based company, chaired by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, stated the move is intended to demonstrate how blockchain infrastructure can create shareholder value and improve market efficiency.

“Tokenizing SharpLink’s equity directly on Ethereum is far more than a technological achievement – it is a statement about where we believe the future of the global capital markets is headed. At SharpLink, our core mission is two-fold: to build the world’s most trusted digital asset treasury and to pursue initiatives that accelerate the global adoption of the Ethereum network.” Lubin said.

Beyond issuance: exploring AMMs and compliant secondary markets

The partnership’s ambitions extend far beyond a simple onchain issuance. SharpLink and Superstate intend to explore one of the most complex frontiers in digital finance: enabling compliant secondary trading of tokenized equity on automated market makers and other DeFi protocols.

This initiative aligns with the SEC’s Project Crypto, a regulatory framework designed to accommodate blockchain-based markets. The goal is to demonstrate how tokenized securities can unlock deeper liquidity and operate within a modernized capital market structure.

If realized, this effort could reposition SharpLink’s tokenized equity and future issuances via Superstate’s Opening Bell as instruments with broader utility than traditional book-entry stock. Trading on AMMs would represent a structural shift in how liquidity forms around public equities, potentially enabling real-time settlement, global investor access, and transparent price discovery in a way conventional exchanges cannot match.

Notably, the partnership with Superstate is a strategic extension of SharpLink’s deep commitment to Ethereum. With Lubin at the helm, the company has aggressively positioned itself as a corporate leader in the Ethereum ecosystem, having launched a significant ETH treasury strategy earlier this year.

Investors have so far met the news with caution. SharpLink’s SBET stock traded down 7.63% on Thursday, settling at $16.26 after opening the session at $16.33 and closing the previous day at $17.58. The drop mirrors a wider pullback across crypto markets but also underscores how experimental the path ahead remains.

Ethereum Head & Shoulders Pattern Reveals New Target, A Crash Below $4,000 Is Coming

by admin September 25, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

Ethereum has now entered what looks to be another bearish phase after failing to reclaim a critical level. With all of the technicals pointing toward further downside, it now puts the Ethereum price at risk of crashing back below $4,000, a level which was hard-won by the bulls over the last few months. Most of this has to do with one seemingly simple formation, and that is a Head and Shoulders pattern that shows a downtrend after the pattern is complete.

What This Head And Shoulders Pattern Means For Ethereum Price

Crypto analyst Meliketrader shared a chart on the TradingView website showing the Head and Shoulders pattern that had been completed on the Ethereum 4-hour chart. The chart shows the pattern had begun to appear back in August, with the left shoulder toward the middle of the month. The head would appear close to the end of August, and the right shoulder would complete the formation in mid-September.

Interestingly, following the completion of the Head and Shoulders pattern on the 4-hour chart, the Ethereum price had experienced a large bearish candle, which ended up taking out the neckline. Once this was done, it was a confirmation that the altcoin was at risk of more downside.

The neckline, which lies between $4,200 and $4,400, holds the key here, and since the Ethereum price is, once again, retesting this level, what happens here will determine where the price goes next. In the case of a rejection from here, then the Ethereum price will suffer further crashes.

Such a crash from the neckline would send the price crashing back down below $4,000, since there isn’t much demand there. The analyst places targets around $3,850, calling out a range between $3,700-$3,900 during this time, which is all up to where the neckline is measured. “This level also lines up with the last major resistance zone, so it’s a natural magnet,” Melikatrader said.

Source: TradingView

Another development is that the RSI has shown divergence close to the head of the formation. The altcoin has also dropped into the oversold territory at this point, which is a pointer that momentum may be slowing down at this point.

Hope For The Bulls

In the event that the Ethereum price is to turn bullish from here, then there would need to be a successful breakout of the neckline at $4,320 and $4,400. If the altcoin is able to close back above this supply zone with conviction, then the analyst believes that this would invalidate the bearish Head and Shoulder thesis.

The Ethereum price would likely see a significant bounce if this happens, especially given that it is now in oversold territory. Nevertheless, the analyst advises investors to be cautious with sizing and manage risk during this time.

TACEO and Aztec to bring Private Shared State to Ethereum

TACEO and Aztec to bring Private Shared State to Ethereum

by admin September 25, 2025

TACEO and Aztec Foundation are teaming up to create a Private Shared State, an encrypted environment that supports updates, multi-computation and auditing under one private decentralized roof.

Summary

  • TACEO and Aztec Foundation are partnering to bring Private Shared State into Ethereum.
  • PSS differs from existing MPC solutions by allowing shared, persistent private states on-chain, with a focus on developer usability through TACEO’s coNoir toolkit.
  • TACEO claims its system is built with post-quantum security in mind, using information-theoretically secure protocols and exploring hash-based proof systems.

TACEO, the company behind Worldcoin’s encrypted iris-scanning network and the largest known multiparty computation database, has partnered with the Aztec Foundation, nonprofit organization that supports the Aztec Network, to create a Private Shared State on Ethereum.

The partnership claims it would allow multiple parties to verify blockchain transactions and contracts, without exposing the underlying information or relying on a centralized entity to verify them. It combines TACEO’s collaborative computation abilities with Aztec’s privacy-first Layer 2 on Ethereum (ETH).

TACEO CEO Lukas Helminger, tells crypto.news that the PSS serves to extend the capabilities of multiparty computation or MPC to new areas that it was previously limited to. The system will enable multiple users to collaborate on encrypted data sets over which computation is done.

“In brief, PSS lets multiple parties jointly maintain and compute over a single, shared piece of private state, and then commit that state on-chain with a proof that’s publicly verifiable,” said Helminger.

Through the collaboration, Aztec developers will be able to use enhanced tooling that supports complex and collaborative computing. Developers will be able to perform general-purpose computation on encrypted data from different sources, yielding functionality and privacy beyond what web2 is capable of.

The PSS is poised to facilitate a range of different use cases, including trustless financial markets, collaborative AI model training, cheat-proof on-chain gaming and data sovereignty frameworks.

TACEO CEO: ‘Our approach is different’

TACEO CEO Lukas Helminger explains how the Private Shared State differs from run-of-the-mill multiparty computation solutions as it allows for arbitrary computation on encrypted data, as well as the possibility to generate a proof of correctness of that computation.

According to Helminger, this approach creates a “persistent state that no single entity can access, but can be updated over time,” enabling multiple parties to jointly maintain and compute over the same private state. This sets PSS apart from ZKMPC, which he said focuses on one-off secure computations without providing an on-chain state model that contracts can reference.

The company also distinguishes its work from NuCypher’s threshold cryptography framework.

Whereas NuCypher focuses more on traditional use cases for MPC or threshold cryptography to allow signing, decryption delegation and threshold access, PSS goes beyond that by providing shared, updatable private state with on-chain proofs.

Another main difference that sets PSS apart from other solutions is its emphasis on usability for developers.

“Our approach is different: we’re shaping MPC, coSNARKs and PSS into tools that any developer can pick up to build apps, with confidentiality,” Helminger said.

Through its coNoir toolkit, the company hopes to make integration seamless for those already using Noir, Aztec’s zero-knowledge programming language.

“Traditional MPC libraries often came out of academia, which meant they were powerful but not practical. With coNoir, we aim to make it trivial for developers already using coNoir to extend their applications into an MPC and PSS environment,” stated Helminger.

In terms of safety and security, Helminger claims that the protocols that the network is built upon have gone through years of peer-reviewed research and that it is currently undergoing a security assessment, with regular external audits planned once the system stabilizes.

“By the very nature of MPC, no single node learns the plaintext, and confidentiality holds as long as the threshold of colluding nodes is not exceeded,” he said.

How does the Private Shared State fare against quantum computing?

Many experts view quantum computing as a potential threat to cryptocurrency as it evolves at a rapid pace. In fact, many have predicted that with enough power it could one day break Bitcoin’s encryption and gain access to wallets, an event often referred to as “Q Day.”

Most recently, Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko said that there is currently a 50-50 possibility that in five years time, quantum computers will be strong enough to crack the cryptographic safeguards protecting Bitcoin wallets.

When asked how TACEO and Aztec’s PSS will fare against the threat of quantum computing, TACEO CEO Lukas Helminger said that some parts of the stack, such as secret sharing within MPC environments are “already information-theoretically secure and naturally post-quantum.”

“Where quantum risk does come in, such as, in certain proof systems, we’re actively exploring post-quantum secure approaches, including hash-based ZK,” said Helminger.

He explained that the research team working on the project has had prior experience working on post-quantum standards, therefore they are gearing up the system with a clear migration path in mind as the technology continues to evolve.

“We take a crypto-agile approach: the system is designed so we can migrate components to post-quantum alternatives as they mature. For example, where today’s SNARKs rely on elliptic-curve assumptions, we’re already experimenting with hash-based proof systems,” he said.

Crypto Market Liquidations Top $442M as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana Dip

by admin September 25, 2025

In brief

  • $442 million worth of crypto liquidations have been recorded over the past 24 hours, most which were long positions.
  • It comes as the majority of the crypto market is in the red, with major coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana down on the day.
  • Only four non-stablecoins are in the green over the past seven days, with emerging decentralized exchange Aster leading the way.

Just shy of half a billion dollars worth of liquidations swept the crypto market on Thursday, amid a broadly red week for the industry.

The global cryptocurrency market has slipped 2.2% over the past 24 hours, according to CoinGecko, with IP blockchain Story as the biggest loser, down 27%.

As a result, $442 million worth of crypto liquidations have been recorded over the past 24 hours—$377 million of which were long positions.

Ethereum accounts for the lion’s share of the the liquidations at just over $180 million, according to CoinGlass, thanks to its 4.2% dip on the day and 12.9% drop over the past week. Bitcoin has also contributed $63 million in liquidations, despite just a 1.4% daily drop.

Outside of the two big hitters, liquidations are spread across the market. Solana has prompted $34.8 million in daily liquidations after dropping 5.1% on the day. Emerging decentralized exchange Aster has caused $13 million in liquidations, thanks to its sizable 13.5% daily dive.

Despite that, Aster is one of the few top 100 coins that has had a green week, according to CoinGecko, with just four non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies posting a weekly green candle.

Macro drivers

On a macro level, an analyst from crypto exchange Bitunix said in a note shared with Decrypt, that President Trump’s attendance at the United Nations’ General Assembly on Tuesday should have been bullish for risk assets like crypto.

Politico reported that Trump told Arab and Muslim leaders that he would not allow Israel to annex the Palestinian West Bank—which some Israeli ministers are currently pushing for. The analyst said this, combined with global powers recognizing Palestine’s statehood, could offer a “brief cooling-off window for geopolitics.”

“This development signals a more cautious U.S. stance on Middle East issues, which may boost risk appetite in the short term, but geopolitical uncertainty will persist,” the Bitunix analyst explained. “However, investors should keep focus on the Fed’s rate policy and U.S. labor data, which remain the key drivers for medium- to long-term capital flows.”

It appears that any temporary confidence has yet to filter through to crypto markets, with most top cryptocurrencies in the red.

Coinbase to List 2 New Cryptocurrencies on Ethereum and Solana

by admin September 25, 2025

  • Coinbase to list Centrifuge and TROLL
  • Coinbase eyes stablecoin expansion

Coinbase, a leading U.S.-based cryptocurrency trading platform, has continued expanding its ever-growing pool of tradable assets after announcing plans to list two additional cryptocurrencies, according to its latest X post.

With these new listings focusing on two major blockchains, the move aligns with Coinbase’s commitment to providing users with exclusive trading experiences and a wide range of investment opportunities.

Coinbase to list Centrifuge and TROLL

According to a recent announcement from the company, Coinbase will list two crypto assets, Centrifuge (CFG) and TROLL (TROLL), on September 25, 2025.

With just one day left until their official debut, CFG and TROLL will become available for users to buy, sell, convert, send, receive, or store on the Coinbase platform and through the Coinbase iOS and Android apps.

Since the listings will occur on two separate blockchains, users are advised to exercise caution when transferring the assets. Notably, Centrifuge will launch on Ethereum, while TROLL will debut on the Solana network.

While it is common for Coinbase to broaden its offerings with new and verified tokens, the exchange has built a reputation for providing diverse trading opportunities while expanding its global presence.

Importantly, the move represents a notable milestone for each project set to debut on Coinbase this Thursday. Market watchers are closely observing the tokens’ price action with optimism that the Coinbase listing hype could give them a strong start.

Coinbase eyes stablecoin expansion

Beyond its expansion of tradable tokens, Coinbase had previously disclosed plans to broaden its stablecoin offerings with AUDD and XSGD.

AUDD is an Australian Digital Dollar issued by AUDC Pty Ltd, while XSGD is a fiat-backed stablecoin issued by StraitsX. Both will go live on the Coinbase exchange on September 29, 2025.

The move supports Coinbase’s mission to onboard new users into the crypto ecosystem while driving growth for local crypto businesses, particularly in regions where the stablecoins are pegged to native currencies.

Crypto Market Prediction: Ethereum (ETH) Loses $4,000, Shiba Inu (SHIB): Hope for $0.00002 Not Lost, Dogecoin (DOGE) Hiding Bullish Card for $0.32

by admin September 24, 2025

Ethereum, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin are all facing pressure after recent pullbacks, but their technical setups suggest different paths forward. Ethereum looks the weakest, struggling near $4,000 with a risk of deeper losses if key supports fail. Shiba Inu is consolidating, showing limited selling pressure and room for recovery if buyers step in. Dogecoin, while also correcting, is holding stronger support levels and could stage a rebound if it regains short-term momentum.

Ethereum slips

Ethereum (ETH) has experienced a significant decline and is endangering the $4,000 mark. Weakness is indicated by the recent break from the symmetrical triangle pattern, as ETH moved sharply lower after failing to maintain its consolidation. Ethereum is currently trading close to $4,185, down more than 5% from the previous session.

Since ETH had been firmly consolidating for weeks and traders were anticipating an increase in volatility, the breakdown is noteworthy. Bulls were disappointed when the breakout turned bearish, confirming resistance at $4,600 and increasing selling pressure.

ETH/USDT Chart by TradingView

A mixed picture is being painted by the moving averages. After breaking through the 50-day moving average, ETH is now depending on the 100-day average, which is at $3,880, as the next important support. If that does not work, the 200-day average at $3,378 will turn into the main target for the downside, which could wipe out a large portion of the summer rally.

The recent red candles also saw a spike in volume, indicating that sellers are currently in charge. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has entered bearish territory after falling below 40. This supports the notion that ETH is overshooting lower, but it might also point to the potential for a short-term relief bounce.

Ethereum runs the risk of plummeting if $4,000 is lost, testing the $3,800 support nearly instantly. Since $4,000 has been regarded as a psychological and technical anchor, failure at this level would result in a significant change in market sentiment.

Ethereum holders are currently facing a crucial time. Restoring confidence would require a bounce above $4,400, but the current momentum points further downward. It has never seemed more likely that ETH will lose $4,000 in recent weeks.

Shiba Inu’s pressure

After briefly breaking below the symmetrical triangle that has been forming since the middle of the year, Shiba Inu is currently trading under pressure near $0.0000122. At first, the move appeared to be the start of a longer downtrend, but current circumstances indicate that there is still hope for a recovery.

Here, the absence of consistent selling pressure is the most crucial element. On-chain data shows no discernible increase in exchange inflows despite the recent decline, indicating that holders are not in a rush to sell their holdings. SHIB has the space to stabilize and possibly push higher in the near future due to the supply side’s relative calm.

SHIB/USDT Chart by TradingView

With the 200-day EMA continuing to serve as a broad support zone around $0.0000100, the daily chart displays SHIB consolidating between major moving averages. A sign that capitulation has not occurred is the recent red candles’ volume, which has not increased significantly. With SHIB regaining the $0.0000130-$0.0000135 range, the bulls may regain momentum.

At about 41, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicates that the market is somewhat oversold. As technical traders seek out reentry opportunities, this might serve as fuel for a brief recovery rally. Restoring general confidence would begin with a recovery into the $0.0000140 zone.

Even though it might seem far off, $0.000020 is still accessible if the market levels off in Q4. When demand increases, SHIB has historically demonstrated the capacity to move swiftly, and the lack of significant exchange selling lends credence to that theory.

In other words, Shiba Inus are still relevant today. There is still room for recovery, as there are no strong selling signals or technical indicators pointing to oversold levels. If buyers pick up steam again, $0.000020 remains a viable target.

Dogecoin’s hidden strength

Dogecoin is currently trading at about $0.23, having experienced a significant decline after testing resistance at around $0.30. A major bullish card on the chart may position DOGE for a subsequent run toward $0.32, despite the decline initially appearing depressing.

DOGE recently dropped straight onto the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA), which is serving as a critical support level at the moment. The current configuration raises the possibility that DOGE will use the 50 EMA as a launchpad for recoveries, as it has in the past. The larger bullish structure is unaffected as long as this level is maintained.

Trends in volume indicate that the selling pressure has not been particularly strong. Although there are more red candles, the intensity does not indicate a panic, allowing buyers to reenter the market. Furthermore, the market’s willingness to defend important price zones is indicated by DOGE’s higher lows, which show that it has not completely given up its summer gains.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI), which is currently at 45, is getting closer to neutral. This promotes the notion of a recovery bounce and lessens the chance of an overheated market. The path toward resistance at $0.28-$0.30 may open rapidly if DOGE can regain $0.25 in the near future. The price may eventually test $0.32 if there is a breakout from there.

It is important to note Dogecoin’s resilience in comparison to other assets. Its ability to maintain its trend above long-term averages, such as the 200 EMA, in spite of volatility indicates that its value base has not been lost.

Grayscale Ethereum ETFs move into SEC’s generic listing

by admin September 24, 2025

Grayscale’s flagship Ethereum investment vehicles now operate under a more streamlined regulatory regime. The move to generic standards reduces future filing requirements, signaling a new phase of maturity for crypto ETFs in U.S. markets.

Summary

  • SEC approved NYSE Arca’s request to shift Grayscale’s Ethereum ETFs from non-generic to generic listing standards.
  • The rule change streamlines oversight, reducing future filings and allowing the funds to continue trading without case-by-case approval.
  • Analysts see the move as a step toward broader adoption of spot crypto ETFs, with the SEC still soliciting public comments.

According to a notice issued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept.23, the agency has approved NYSE Arca’s request to shift the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and its Mini Trust counterpart from a “non-generic” to a “generic” listing standard.

The rule change, filed by the exchange on Sept. 19 and made effective immediately, transitions the products from their initial, bespoke regulatory framework to a broader classification used for established commodity-based trusts. This administrative shift means the funds can now continue trading without needing case-by-case SEC approval for their continued listing.

Why the rule change matters

Last week, NYSE Arca argued the rule change is consistent with the Exchange Act, citing Section 6(b)(5), which mandates that exchange rules are designed to prevent fraud and manipulation, promote fair trading, and protect investors.

The exchange said the generic standard “will remove impediments to and perfect the mechanism of a free and open market.” Essentially, NYSE Arca contends that by eliminating redundant, case-by-case oversight for already-approved products, the market operates more efficiently, which ultimately benefits investors through enhanced competition and smoother operations.

The SEC agreed with this assessment, waiving the standard 30-day operative delay to the rule change to take effect immediately. Specifically, the regulator noted that the step was consistent with investor protection and the public interest, as it did not introduce any novel issues.

Still, the agency retained a safety valve. The SEC notice specifies that for the next 60 days, the agency retains the authority to “temporarily suspend such rule change” if it finds such action necessary to protect investors, safeguard markets, or further the purposes of the Act.

ETF specialists see the development as part of a broader shift. Bloomberg Intelligence analyst James Seyffart noted last week that the new standards could pave the way for a wave of spot crypto exchange-traded products, particularly altcoin ETFs that have been waiting on regulatory clarity.

WOW. The SEC has approved Generic Listing Standards for “Commodity Based Trust Shares” aka includes crypto ETPs. This is the crypto ETP framework we’ve been waiting for. Get ready for a wave of spot crypto ETP launches in coming weeks and months. pic.twitter.com/xDKCuj41mc

The SEC has also invited public comment on the rule change, underscoring that the process is not finished. Interested parties have an opportunity to submit data, views, and arguments concerning whether the change is consistent with the Exchange Act.
