Club World Cup Daily: Sundowns fall short, Dortmund prevail

by admin June 25, 2025

Jun 25, 2025, 06:15 PM ET

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is off and running, and has produced plenty of talking points and storylines already. Let’s catch you up on what’s happening, what you’ve missed and what’s still to come.

We will update this file throughout each matchday with the latest reporting, analysis and fun from the competition.

The lead: Sun sets on Sundowns’ impressive CWC showing

Mamelodi Sundowns stunned spectators at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, managing a 0-0 draw against Brazilian giants Fluminense. Despite their best efforts and several moments of dominance on the field, however, the South African team fell just one point short of qualifying to the knockout round of the Club World Cup.

Though their Club World Cup journey came to a close on Wednesday, Mamelodi Sundowns left their mark. They entered the tournament as a mystery to many and overlooked by almost all as Borussia Dortmund and Fluminense dominated the Group F narrative. But once the tournament kicked off, the team immediately made headlines and stole the spotlight on and off the field.

The South African side beat Ulsan HD 1-0 and shook up Borussia Dortmund with a narrow 4-3 defeat before entering the final group stage match of the competition with hopes of making the round of 16. They kicked off the match stronger than their Brazilian opponent and continued to control the ball as the game progressed. By the 55th minute, Sundowns had three shots on goal to the Brazilian team’s zero, while holding 71% possession. At the final whistle, the Sundowns had recorded seven total shots; 554 passes, compared with Fluminense’s 258; and 68% possession. The attack tested Fluminense goalkeeper Fábio, forcing him into game-changing saves in the first half.

In the stands, the team’s supporters were small in numbers but mighty in energy. Though outnumbered and often outsung by Fluminense fans at Hard Rock Stadium, the group of 50 or so Sundowns fans dressed in yellow and green continued to rejoice. The group chanted with accompanying choreography and drumbeat, creating a contagious atmosphere that inspired nearby neutral spectators to join in the signing and dancing. A couple Mamelodi Sundown fans wore decorative headdresses with sequins and feathers, eager to show their support for their team.

The Club World Cup is intended to give teams from around the globe a stage to shine, and Mamelodi Sundowns capitalized on the opportunity by showing international spectators their talent. Dortmund get the job done

There’s a real sense that the top European teams are pacing themselves in this Club World Cup, and rightly so considering the oft-repeated lines about this being their offseason, how tired they are, the heat being ridiculous, and so on. None of the UEFA contingent might embody this more than Borussia Dortmund, who carefully played their way to a sedate 1-0 win over Ulsan HD at Cincinnati’s TQL Stadium — a result that ensures they finish top of Group E. Their reward: extra rest, with their round-of-16 game the final one of the slate on July 1 in Atlanta (a stadium with a roof and air conditioning), and a likely date with River Plate or Monterrey.

Daniel Svensson notched the game’s only goal about 10 minutes before halftime after Ulsan tried (and failed) to play out from their penalty area. The loose ball spilled into Jobe Bellingham’s path inside the box, and he calmly squared it for the Swedish winger to casually fire beyond a wrong-footed Jo Hyeon-woo. Dortmund barely broke a sweat throughout but did pepper the Ulsan goal to the tune of 28 shots (11 on target), forcing a superb performance from Jo (10 saves, preventing 2.01 xG) under the sweltering midafternoon Midwestern heat.

We also got a glimpse of oft-injured and oft-out of favor U.S. playmaker Giovanni Reyna, who enjoyed his first minutes of the Club World Cup in a 12-minute cameo that saw him complete just four passes. (Remember this for trivia purposes should it prove to be, as everyone suspects, his final appearance for the Bundesliga side before yet another summer restart elsewhere.)

Yan Couto, Bellingham and Julien Duranville all caused havoc but couldn’t double Dortmund’s lead, while Ulsan simply couldn’t get the ball in a bid for a face-saving comeback, having less than 30% of the ball in the final quarter-hour amid a raft of late substitutions for both sides. Dortmund will need to be much sharper from here if they’re to make a deep run and collect more of this competition’s prodigious prize purse, especially with a run to the final that could include Manchester City or Real Madrid in the quarterfinals and (perhaps) Paris Saint-Germain in the semis. That said, one will imagine manager Niko Kovac is pleased with the quiet crescendo of his team amid a difficult rebuild. There’s still plenty of work to be done if they’re to truly demonstrate they’re “back” as a force in Europe, but this isn’t a bad start. — James Tyler

Delap’s relief at scoring first Chelsea goal

PHILADELPHIA — Liam Delap needed only three appearances to score his first Chelsea goal but admitted his “relief” at getting off the mark with Benfica up next for the Blues on Saturday in the round of 16.

The £30 million summer signing from Ipswich Town found the net with a smart turn and finish as the Blues beat Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Philadelphia on Tuesday to reach the round of 16. All eyes are on Delap, too, given Nicolas Jackson is suspended against Benfica after picking up a two-game ban for his red card against Flamengo.

Maresca ‘proud’ of Chelsea making it to last 16 of CWC

Enzo Maresca speaks on Chelsea making it to the last 16 of the Club World Cup, as well as how Liam Delap has settled into the Chelsea squad.

Said Delap: “I came in to score goals, and to get the first one over and done with is a great feeling. There’s always a little bit of relief and then you feel more confidence, and coming to a club like this, you have to have confidence and belief.”

Benfica will represent a considerably tougher test, and although it comes early in Delap’s time at Chelsea, it is a task he is relishing.

“That’s why I came to this club, that’s why I started playing football to play on big stages like this, and I’m really excited,” he said. “This tournament has really helped me settle in, because if we were back at the training ground, everyone would be disappearing at 3 o’clock. Here, we’re all together all the time and it’s a great way to settle in. Everyone’s been really helpful.” — James Olley

No break for FC Salzburg

FC Salzburg are within touching distance of a place in the knockout stages and could even qualify from Group H with a defeat against Real Madrid on Friday if the game between Al Hilal and Pachuca fails to produce a winner. However, amid all the noise from the teams in the major European leagues about burnout and lack of rest, Salzburg’s workload would probably send most of the Premier League and LaLiga stars into meltdown.

THE FC 100, 2024-25

With the 2024-25 season officially over, it’s time to rank the top 100 players in the world of men’s soccer right now. Welcome to the FC 100. Read the full list here.

The Austrian team ended its domestic season with a 4-2 win against Rapid Vienna on May 24 and began its Club World Cup campaign against Pachuca a mere 25 days later. But while the English, Spanish, French, Italian and German teams at the Club World Cup are set to give their players a break after the tournament, in preparation for the new season in August, Salzburg start their Champions League qualification campaign against Norway’s SK Brann on July 23. And before Thomas Letsch’s team plays the second leg seven days later, they must face Union Procon Dietach in the Austrian Cup on July 26.

If Salzburg make it to the Club World Cup knockout stages — they’d need at least a draw against Real Madrid on Thursday night to have a chance — their prospects of a break seem nonexistent. — Mark Ogden

Match previews, odds for Thursday

Juventus vs. Manchester City (Group G; Orlando, Fla., 3 p.m. ET)

Odds (via ESPN BET): Juventus (+350), Draw (+270), Man City (-130)

After two games against modest opposition, it’s hard to know where Manchester City are at. There are new players and new coaches. But is this truly a fresh start, or are the issues that dogged them last year last still there? The Group G decider against Juventus should tell us a lot.

Group G

GPWDLGDPTS1 – Juventus (Q)2200+862 – Manchester City (Q)2200+863 – Wydad AC (E)2002-504 – Al Ain (E)1001-110Top two clubs qualify for round of 16

Pep Guardiola played two different XIs against Wydad AC and Al Ain — the team he picks against Juventus should be a clear indication of how keen he is to win this tournament. Will Rúben Dias and Rodri get their first starts in a strong team, or will it be more rotation to manage minutes?

With an impressive performance and a win against Juventus, City would become one of the favorites. Lose or draw — thus setting up a potential last-16 tie against Real Madrid — and they could be facing an early flight home. Thursday’s game at Camping World Stadium should answer a lot of questions. — Rob Dawson

Wydad AC vs. Al Ain (Group G; Washington, D.C., 3 p.m. ET)

Odds: Wydad AC (+140), Draw (+250), Al-Ain (+175)

Wydad’s incredible, energetic traveling support has been one of the highlights of the Club World Cup, which makes it such a shame that neither they nor Thursday’s opponents, Al Ain, have any possible path to advance to the round of 16 given results to date.

In the end, Wydad’s energy and commitment to numbers in attack gave both Man City and Juventus a brief fright, but both teams had the quality and composure to pick through. Expect a similar gusto at Audi Field from them and, perhaps, a few goals: Only Auckland City FC (17) have conceded more than Al Ain (11) in this competition to date. — Tyler

Al Hilal vs. Pachuca (Group H; Nashville, Tenn., 9 p.m. ET)

Odds: Al Hilal (-160), Draw (+333), Pachuca (+380)

Group H

Preview to follow…

FC Salzburg vs. Real Madrid (Group H; Philadelphia, Penn., 9 p.m. ET)

Odds: FC Salzburg (+700), Draw (+500), Real Madrid (-380)

Kylian Mbappé returned to Real Madrid training on Wednesday after a week recovering from gastroenteritis, but he hasn’t traveled to make his tournament debut against Salzburg, staying behind in Palm Beach. In his absence, young forward Gonzalo García has done more than enough — with a goal and assist so far — to continue up front if Mbappé isn’t ready to start.

This game is another opportunity for new coach Xabi Alonso to get closer to the kind of Madrid team he wants to see, after defender Raúl Asencio’s early red card against Pachuca meant Alonso’s tactical gameplan had to be torn up after just seven minutes. New arrival Dean Huijsen has impressed so far, while Trent Alexander-Arnold has made steady progress. Antonio Rüdiger could start alongside them in defense, having come off the bench against Pachuca. And there’ll be eyes on Rodrygo — with speculation over his future this summer — after he didn’t play a single minute in that game in Charlotte.

As for low-profile Salzburg, they’ve put themselves in a decent position, with four points from two games so far. The result here, and in Al Hilal vs. Pachuca, will determine if they progress to the last 16. — Alex Kirkland

Ethereum Builds Critical Pattern On Daily Chart, Volatility Ahead

by admin June 25, 2025

Trusted Editorial content, reviewed by leading industry experts and seasoned editors. Ad Disclosure

The Ethereum 1-day chart is shaping an intriguing technical formation that could define its next move. This setup reflects growing uncertainty in the market but also sets the stage for high-impact volatility.

Ethereum Approaches Decision Point: Breakout Or Breakdown?

Ethereum is currently forming a megaphone pattern, a broadening formation characterized by widening price swings and increasing volatility. This structure typically reflects market indecision, as both bulls and bears battle for control, leading to expanding highs and lows.

Sharoon Gill noted on X that the widening price action is a key signal that volatility is building, and a significant move could be on the horizon. Sharoon Gill points to two crucial levels to watch closely: a breakout above $2,400 would confirm bullish momentum and pave the way for further gains, while a drop below $2,240 may indicate a bearish breakdown and trigger a downward move.

Source: Sharoon Gill on X

Evrenos Albarson shared a sharp take on Ethereum’s positioning, pointing out that the 4-hour chart looks decent, and for ETH to maintain any bullish momentum, it must reclaim the $2,550 level, a threshold that would signal strength and consolidation to the upside.

However, if ETH fails to push above $2,550, the market could face a sudden drop to $1,800 as Evrenos Albarson targets a support zone from the consolidation phases.

According to Bit Amberly, Ethereum is showing early signs of a rebound as it bounces off the lower boundary of a broadening wedge. This pattern, often associated with potential reversals, suggests that ETH may be gearing up for a bullish push and provide key support holds.

If ETH holds above the $2,400 area, it will open the door for a climb toward $2,500, with further upside targets at $2,680 and $2,850 levels, which align with previous reaction zones and technical extensions.

Ethereum Clears Channel, But Can It Sustain Above Resistance?

Ethereum has broken out of a descending channel on the 2-hour chart, a move that signals a shift in short-term bullish momentum. This breakout marks the end of the recent downtrend.

Currently, Crypto Avi mentioned that ETH is trying to break through the major resistance zone at $2,446 on the chart. If ETH manages to break above the resistance zone, the next upside target will be $2,700, a level that aligns with short-term technical projections.

Whales_Crypto_Trading reported that Ethereum has successfully breached the ascending channel formation on the 8-hour chart, showing an acceleration in bullish momentum, pushing ETH beyond a technical boundary that had contained price action.

If the momentum continues to build, Whales_Crypto_Trading suggests that ETH could surge toward the next target at $3,050, a level that represents an important resistance zone.

From Coffee to Crypto US Lawmakers Push to Use Bitcoin for Daily Life

by admin June 23, 2025

Senator Cynthia Lummis and ex-Congressman Mike Rogers aim to simplify the use of Bitcoin for ordinary transactions, such as purchasing coffee or groceries. At present, even small-scale Bitcoin deals may call for tax reporting, which many find too complex and deters users from making Bitcoin an integral part of their daily lives.

They recently assisted in passing the GENIUS Act, a bill that is aimed at making stablecoins have well-defined rules. The act wants to safeguard consumers without inhibiting innovation. It makes sure that firms that issue the digital coins abide by good rules and have sufficient financial buffers.

While the GENIUS Act is a big achievement, Lummis and Rogers say it’s just the beginning. They believe Congress must also create clear definitions for different types of digital assets. Some digital assets should be treated like commodities (such as gold), while others should be treated like securities (such as stocks). This would help businesses know which rules to follow and give regulators more clarity.

States such as Wyoming and Michigan are already at the forefront of crypto-friendly legislation. Michigan just recently enacted a “Cryptocurrency Bill of Rights” and suggested establishing a state government-run crypto reserve. Wyoming has enacted more than 30 crypto-specific laws, demonstrating how states can be quicker than the federal government.

The lawmakers also want to end “double taxation” on Bitcoin, such as taxes both when it’s mined and when it’s sold. They’re pushing to fix corporate tax rules that currently hurt Bitcoin holders.

Wikipedia Is The Latest Site To Join The Daily Gaming Craze

by admin June 20, 2025

Newspapers have offered puzzles in some capacity for as long as anyone can remember, with crosswords being the most renowned. But when The New York Times bought Wordle at the start of 2022, things shifted up a gear. Only earlier this week, The Atlantic magazine announced it was launching daily challenges, and yesterday when I opened Wikipedia on my phone, it suggested I might want to take part in a game.

Disney+ Pulls The Abyss Over Controversial Rat Scene — Again

And it’s a great game! Called Which Came First, it’s a slick, simple and extremely informative quiz that fully embraces the wonder of Wikipedia. But how did we get here?

Obviously, when a newspaper’s website offers such free puzzles, they exist not as some sort of altruistic form of entertainment for the masses, but as a way of harvesting your data and luring you in to their paid ecosystems. The NYT’s purchase of free web game Wordle was seen as utterly bizarre on its surprise announcement, and was inevitably followed by crappy changes and spiteful legal action, but in hindsight it was an extraordinarily canny decision. Since then, the newspaper has built a suite of daily puzzles (not all of them exactly its own ideas), with players encouraged to register accounts and indeed take out subscriptions.

It’s hard to remember just how big of a deal Wordle had become by the end of 2021, providing a much-needed daily distraction and reason to text your friends to a populace that was locked down again and facing the monstrous Omicron variant of covid. A squillion variants were born, and everyone had their little collection of Wordle clones and riffs on the concept that they’d play through each day. Other companies followed the NYT in buying the more popular versions, and the present-day result is that it’s quite normal to find your preferred news website offering a smattering of distracting puzzles, with more joining all the time.

As I mentioned, for those centrists who can’t get enough mealy-mouthed apologetics for the extremism of the right, The Atlantic announced this week it was adding a new section for what it places its spectacles on the tip of its nose and calls “Challenges. Curiosities.” These are five games, two of which are crosswords that have been running for years, one is a bought-in game called Bracket City, and two are brand new, called Stacks and Fluxis. They’re all word games, presumably launching now to try to keep some momentum after the magazine lucked out in March of this year by having its editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, added to a group chat in which the still-in-his-job Pete Hegseth was sharing top-secret attack plans.

Image: The Atlantic

Now it seems that online encyclopedia (and one of humanity’s most extraordinary achievements) Wikipedia is getting in on the action. Yesterday, when having coffee with a friend, I opened the app to try to remember what it was that the director of the extraordinary sci-fi film Primer had done that meant he wouldn’t be working again. (Accrued repeated accusations of domestic violence, if you’re wondering.) But before I could, I was asked by Wikipedia if I would like to play a game. Um, sure! So my chum and I were entirely sidetracked into playing Which Came First, an incredibly simple concept in which the app gives two short descriptions of historical events, plus sometimes a small picture clue, and asks you which happened first. That’s it. It’s great!

Which came first?

Deputies of the French Third Estate take the Tennis Court Oath.

The U.S. vessel SS Savannah arrives at Liverpool, United Kingdom. It is the first steam-propelled vessel to cross the Atlantic, although most of the journey is made under sail.

That’s the first question of today’s edition. I haven’t the faintest idea! I didn’t have a clue about any of the five questions yesterday, either. My historical knowledge is, without question, atrocious. Thankfully, Paul’s a far more rounded, smarter man than me, and was able to make educated or even informed guesses, and “we” got four out of five! Woo!

OK, so obviously this isn’t the most groundbreaking of puzzle ideas. But actually, it’s a perfect addition to Wikipedia, because it’s entirely about finding out something new. I may be sitting here wondering literally which century we’re in with that above question, but I’m also dying to know more about the “Tennis Court Oath” now! It’s also wild to realize that the United States Congress adopted the Great Seal around the same era King Louis XVI was trying to flee the French Revolution. I mean, you may say “Duh,” and deeply worry about the standard of British education in the ‘80s and ‘90s, and you’d likely be right to. If my dad were alive to hear my ignorance, he’d be immediately dead again. But, and this is a lifelong philosophy of mine, you never mock someone for not knowing something if they’re willing to learn it now.

And, with respect to that, Wikipedia’s little game offers direct routes toward some knowledge. At the end of the five questions you’re given your score and streak as you’d expect, but also a nicely presented list of all the articles relevant to the questions you were asked, and indeed dictionary definitions for specific words and terms. Today’s has an excellent 34 boxes to click on for more information, as general as “The Holocaust” and as specific as “Kazimierz Piechowski.” And indeed, I’m pleased to say, a tile for the Tennis Court Oath.

Image: Wikimedia Foundation / Kotaku

When trying to find out more information about Wikipedia’s game, not least whether I’m embarrassingly late to discovering it or one of the first to be offered it, I find there’s the weirdest lack of information out there. When I Googled the term “wikipedia games ‘which came first’,” the second result was, inexplicably, the Wikipedia page for explosive Pokémon Voltorb. The first is a two-month-old Reddit post asking if a German version of the game from two months ago can be played in English, and no one having a clue.

It’s not included in the current list of semi-official “games” created by Wikipedians, and everyone involved seems to be very shy about it all. In fact, the game’s own “more info” link goes to an empty page! (I have, of course, reached out to Wikipedia to ask all about it.) However, I have discovered that it began on May 20, 2025, because that’s how far back the archive of daily games goes. So a month today! Hopefully you can now find it yourself by opening the updated version of the Wikipedia app on your phone. And hopefully it’ll catch on and become a whole section within the app.

MapleStory Activity Drives Avalanche Past 1 Million Daily Transactions

by admin June 9, 2025

The Avalanche blockchain surpassed 1 million daily transactions twice in the span of a week, which was the first time the network hit this milestone since February 2024.

Avalanche transactions topped the mark on June 1 and again on Saturday. Total transactions for the week beginning June 2 reached 5.8 million, the highest weekly total since early 2024, according to data from blockchain analytics platform Nansen.

The spike in activity was largely driven by MapleStory Universe, Avalanche noted on X. MapleStory Universe is a Web3 gaming ecosystem built on Avalanche. Its first game, MapleStory N, launched on May 15.

Before the side-scrolling online role-playing game landed on Avalanche, the blockchain’s daily transactions rarely topped 500,000 in 2025.

Avalanche network activity stayed quiet until MapleStory’s May 15 launch. Source: Nansen

MapleStory became a cultural phenomenon among gamers in the 2000s and early 2010s. It served as a proto-metaverse for socializing, making friends and even forming romantic relationships.

Related: AI solidifying role in Web3, challenging DeFi and gaming: DappRadar

Its original Web3 version was one of the early examples of virtual economies, in-game currencies, tradable items and user-driven content — elements that blockchain technology now aims to enhance. The franchise remains deeply nostalgic for millennials across South Korea and Southeast Asia.

Veteran game developer Nexon is in Avalanche

Excitement around MapleStory Universe has also been buoyed by its developer, Nexon, a Tokyo-listed South Korean gaming giant and the world’s 21st-largest publicly listed corporate Bitcoin (BTC) holder, according to data aggregated by BitcoinTreasuries.NET.

As of Monday, it holds 1,717 BTC, acquired in April 2021 and held since.

MapleStory’s launch also introduced the developer’s Nexpace Coin (NXPC), the primary currency of the MapleStory Universe.

Despite early buzz, NXPC has struggled to maintain its momentum. After reaching an all-time high of $3.77 shortly after launch, it has since fallen 64% to $1.34 at the time of writing.

Avalanche gaining momentum as gaming blockchain

Avalanche has been gaining traction in Web3 gaming since late 2024. Its momentum was fueled by the launch of Off The Grid, a shooter built on its GUNZ subnet, which marked a shift toward attracting mainstream gamers, not just crypto natives.

That narrative also applies to its native Avalanche (AVAX) token.

On May 14, the day before MapleStory N launched, AVAX was trading as high as $26. It has since declined to $20, far below its yearly high of $54 reached in December.

Avalanche Hits 1M Daily Transactions Twice Thanks to MapleStory

by admin June 9, 2025

Avalanche is back in the spotlight, and the credit goes to MapleStory’s Web3 comeback. Since MapleStory N launched on May 15, activity on the Avalanche blockchain has shot up.

The game is part of the new MapleStory Universe, a Web3 gaming world built on Avalanche that’s bringing in a wave of new users.

Since the game’s release, Avalanche has seen a huge jump in activity, crossing 1 million daily transactions twice, on June 1 and June 7.

MapleStory Universe transactions have skyrocketed from near-zero to over 850K in under a month—a clear signal of Web3 gaming’s explosive potential.

Ownership, open economies, and on-chain progression are no longer just ideals— @MaplestoryU is onboarding users at scale. pic.twitter.com/8QfHp7Kzsu

— Avalanche🔺 (@avax) June 7, 2025

That’s the most action the network has seen in a single day since February 2024. In total, Avalanche handled 5.8 million transactions in the week starting June 2, making it the busiest week in over a year.

Before MapleStory N entered the picture, Avalanche was averaging under 500,000 transactions a day in 2025.

Why the sudden surge?

MapleStory has always been more than a game. It became a cultural phenomenon in the 2000s, especially across South Korea and Southeast Asia. MapleStory used to be much more than a video game. It was where people built deep friendships, discovered romance, and created entire lives alongside others in a shared world.

This new Web3 edition brings those memories back while adding fresh possibilities. Players are able to trade digital collectibles, earn rewards through the game’s economy, and create or share their own content thanks to blockchain technology.

The excitement around MapleStory Universe is strengthened by Nexon, the company behind the game. Nexon is a major player in the gaming world, listed in Tokyo and based in South Korea. Nexon has also been active in the crypto space for some time.

The company holds 1,717 Bitcoin, which it bought back in April 2021 and it’s been holding onto it ever since. That puts the company among the world’s top public corporate holders of Bitcoin, based on data from BitcoinTreasuries.net.

A win for Avalanche

Avalanche needed a boost, and this could be it. The MapleStory integration is giving the blockchain a fresh wave of interest, and potentially a new user base that blends gamers with Web3 adopters.

RichMiner green mining beats Musk’s carbon standards with potential 1.61% daily income

by admin June 5, 2025

Crypto mining now consumes more energy than the Philippines, but RichMiner’s AI + green power model promises to deliver 1.61% daily returns.

The global energy consumption of crypto mining has exceeded the national electricity consumption of the Philippines, and 60% of the income of traditional mines is swallowed up by energy costs.

When Musk suspended Bitcoin payments due to “carbon emissions” and the EU’s Market in Crypto Assets Regulation (MICA) imposed a 30% carbon tax on non-green electricity mining, a cloud mining platform called RichMiner, relying on its “AI + green electricity” dual engines, set an industry record of 1.61% daily returns, opening up a new blue ocean of passive income for investors.

Three technical pillars for soaring returns

RichMiner’s core competitiveness stems from its hard-core architecture that deeply integrates AI algorithms, renewable energy and compliant financial frameworks:

AI intelligent mining engine – the center for maximizing returns.

  • Zero threshold dynamic switching: The platform’ AI analyzes the prices and computing power requirements of currencies such as BTC, ETH, and DOGE in real time, and automatically switches the user’s computing power to the currency with the highest return, with more than a thousand optimizations per day.
  • Fully automated operation and maintenance: 24/7 monitoring of mining machine status, with a self-repair rate of 95%, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation of equipment.
  • Anti-volatility strategy: When the halving of Bitcoin causes computing power fluctuations, the system automatically transfers 30% of computing power to emerging high-yield currencies (such as Dogecoin) to buffer the decline in revenue.

Green power network – the cornerstone of low-cost mining:

  • RichMiner deploys mining farms in renewable energy-rich areas such as plateaus and global deserts.
  • Direct connection to power plants reduces costs by 40%: By building solar farms and wind farms, the electricity cost is only 60% of that of traditional mines.
  • Zero-carbon certificate traceability: Every kilowatt-hour of electricity is matched with an international renewable energy certificate (REC), and carbon emissions are more than 75% lower than coal-fired power plants.
  • Avoid electricity price fluctuations: Users do not need to bear the risk of fossil energy price increases (such as a 200% surge in electricity prices during the European gas crisis in 2024), and the stability of income is increased by 50%.
  • Green data center diagram: RichMiner’s distributed green mines use solar and wind energy to directly supply electricity, reducing energy costs by 40%.

Investor strategy with a daily return of 1.61%

In 2025, RichMiner launched the “Short-term High Turnover Contract Matrix” to break through the traditional mining payback period limit with scientific calculations:

Key strategies for explosive returns:

Compound interest reinvestment: Daily returns (such as $8,800 contracts earning $141.68 per day) can be invested in higher-level contracts to increase returns;

Newcomer benefits: Register and receive a $15 reward, with daily returns of $0.6.

Hedge arbitrage: When the price of Bitcoin fluctuates by more than 15%, AI automatically starts option hedging, successfully avoiding three black swan crashes in Q4 2024.

RichMiner promises a net profit of $3,825 for a $8,800 contract in 27 days, a product of algorithm optimization and green electricity cost advantages.

Dual moats of compliance and security

Against the backdrop of frequent industry chaos (e.g., the vacancy rate of China’s intelligent computing center exceeds 80%), RichMiner has built an institutional-level risk control system:

  • Asset cold storage: 95% of user assets are stored in offline multi-signature wallets, with zero security incidents for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025;
  • Dual-track compliance: Comply with international anti-money laundering regulations and US SEC carbon disclosure requirements at the same time, and audit reports are made public quarterly;
  • Green electricity financialization: Tokenize carbon emission reductions into RWA assets (e.g., 1 GREEN Token is generated for every MWh of electricity generated), which can be traded twice on the DeFi platform.

Future layout: DePIN+AI reconstructs energy network

RichMiner is evolving from a mining service provider to a green energy infrastructure operator:

  • Photovoltaic storage and charging smart nodes: deploy physical nodes that integrate photovoltaic panels, energy storage batteries and charging piles. Users who invest $300K in nodes can obtain triple benefits of green electricity sales + mining + grid subsidies;
  • EnergyGPT is online: AI models predict peak and valley electricity prices (such as the Texas power grid error rate <2%), guiding mining farms to charge when electricity prices are low and discharge at peak times for arbitrage, and the energy storage utilization rate has been increased by 40% in 2025;
  • Strategic cooperation with Bit Xiaolu: access to Norwegian hydropower and Bhutan wind power networks, with the goal of achieving 100% renewable energy coverage in 2025.

Conclusion

When traditional miners lose 30% of their profits due to carbon tax, RichMiner has opened up a channel for investors to achieve both profit and environmental protection with the triple barriers of AI dynamic optimization + green power cost reduction + compliance framework. With the full implementation of the EU MICA regulations (2025), non-green power mines will be eliminated faster, and those who plan ahead have taken the lead.

Green computing power is the future asset; every low-carbon token is rewriting the valuation logic of the crypto world.

Visit the official website RichMiner to receive a $15 bonus and choose a 27-day lightning contract to lock in 1.61% daily income.

Daily active users were 225% higher for Fallout 3 and 4 in weeks following TV premiere

by admin May 31, 2025

Following the success of Amazon Prime’s Fallout series, daily active users were 225% higher for Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 in the weeks following the show’s premiere last April.

That’s according to a report conducted by Sensor Tower, which looked into the effect film and television adaptations are having on the games they’re based on.

Sensor Tower found that sales of Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 rose 125% and 410% respectively, as both games dropped in price during the week of the show’s premiere.

The series boosted DAUs for mobile spin-off Fallout Shelter, too, which increased by 77% while in-app purchases revenue jumped 150%.

App downloads of Amazon Prime Video grew by 20% during the week Fallout debuted. Amazon has since announced a premiere window for its second season – December 2025 – and greenlit a third series.

Sensor Tower also collated data on HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us, and Warner Bros. box office smash with A Minecraft Movie.

It found that DAUs for The Last of Us Part 1 and Part 2 rose 40% following the premiere of the show’s second season on April 13, 2025. HBO Max also saw a 6% increase of app downloads.

In contrast to Fallout, Sensor Tower noted that the “results for The Last of Us hinged on bringing new awareness to the franchise” rather than the “free-to-play” nature of Fallout Shelter and “the uniqueness of the show’s story from the game.”

The Last of Us has since been renewed for a third season, with HBO’s programming EVP Francesca Orsi telling Deadline that there will likely be four seasons of the show.

As for A Minecraft Movie – which surpassed $550 million in ten days – mobile in-app purchases rose 44% while console games saw an increase of 36% during the month of its release.

Sensor Tower noted a 9% spike in mobile players for Minecraft in contrast to a 41% increase on console following the film’s premiere.

As reported by Deadline, Warner Bros. has since confirmed there is a sequel for A Minecraft Movie in the works.

Cardano on Verge of Death Cross on Daily Chart

by admin May 25, 2025

Cardano (ADA), the ninth-ranked cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is on the verge of a death cross on its daily chart. This technical indicator suggests that Cardano is losing momentum in the market as prices continue to dive.

Death cross signals caution as Cardano $1 rally stalls

The Cardano daily chart shows that the nine-day simple moving average is about to cross below the 21-day long-term moving average. This suggests a potential bearish signal for ADA, whose attempt at a rally over the last seven days is waning.

Cardano broke several resistance levels as it climbed from a low of $0.71, aiming for the $1 level. The journey to this psychological level has met with huge resistance.

Despite eyeing a breakout rally, ADA has been unable to stay on track to attain its target.

As of this writing, ADA was changing hands at $0.7616, representing a 6.26% decline in the last 24 hours. Given the asset’s price volatility, investors are showing little enthusiasm. Trading volume is only slightly up by 4.82% at $1.16 billion.

With the near formation of a death cross, traders might need to brace for further volatility that could hit the ecosystem.

ADA futures momentum fails to support price

As reported by U.Today, Cardano traders anticipated a rally to the $1 level as they committed 1.2 billion ADA worth over $958 million to its futures market. However, the market has not maintained the bullish momentum that was projected.

ADA investors must watch for the next catalyst to support an upward price movement.

You Might Also Like

Unfortunately, Cardano’s Bollinger Bands recently moved to extreme levels, which might be responsible for the ongoing volatility. Notably, this technical indicator suggests a short-term retracement for ADA.

However, with Cardano’s trading volume in the green, a spike in this metric could trigger a price shift.
