Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 – Voice Cast Reveal – YouTube

Watch On

When the original Bloodlines throws John DiMaggio at you right there in the tutorial you know you’re in for some quality voice-acting. The whole cast was stacked with actors familiars from games and TV like Grey DeLisle, Steve Blum, Fred Tatasciore, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, Dee Bradley Baker—the list goes on.

Bloodlines 2 may not have Bender from Futurama in it, but the recent voice cast reveal does highlight a few familiar voices. Like Jane Perry, who you may know as Diana from the Hitman series, Selene from Returnal, or Rogue from Cyberpunk 2077, playing the refined Lou Graham.

Or Bethan Dixon Bate, who I spent dozens of hours with across the Vermintide games where she plays Sienna, and who also played Vlaakith in Baldur’s Gate 3 and Princeps Orla Gemnon in the Warhammer TV animation Kill Lupercal. She’s Mrs. Amelia Thorn in Bloodlines 2, running a cafe called Wake the Dead whose sign warns customers DO NOT ASK FOR PUMPKIN SPICE.

If you played The Chinese Room’s previous horror game Still Wakes the Deep you’ll have heard Alec Newman as its protagonist Cameron “Caz” McLeary, though he was also Adam Smasher in both Cyberpunk 2077 and the anime spin-off Edgerunners, and Paul Atreides in the TV version of Dune. He’s Gideon Hall in Bloodlines 2.

One more I was surprised to see: Richard Brake, who you may know for TV and film credits like the Night King in Game of Thrones and Joe Chill in Batman Begins—he was also Corporal Dean Portman in the Doom movie—playing the Nosferatu Willem Axel. (That’s the guy wearing a bomb vest.)

The other thing this trailer shows off is lip-syncing that looks better than what we’ve seen in previous promotional material for Bloodlines 2. The characters still emote in a much more subdued way than they did in the first game, but that seems like a deliberate decision to keep things low-key, at least in the scenes shown here.

Whether it’s actually any fun to play remains to be seen. We’ll find out when Bloodlines 2 launches on October 21.

More action than RPG, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 struggles to convince after a few hours' play

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 voice cast revealed, includes Returnal’s Jane Perry and Still Wakes the Deep’s Alec Newman

by admin October 1, 2025

Paradox and The Chinese Room have revealed the voice cast performing in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, the action role-playing game which is barely a month away now. The game releases on 21st October.

The actors for all major and notable characters have been named, and feature the likes of Jane Perry, known for her BAFTA-winning performance in Returnal, and Alec Newman, who won a BAFTA this year for his performance in Still Wakes the Deep.

The full list of names given in the trailer are:

  • Female Phyre (the player character): Tommy Sim’aan
  • Male Phyre (the player character): Hara Yannas
  • Fabien: Ronan Summers
  • Lou Graham: Jane Perry
  • Michael “Tolly” Tolliver: David Menkin
  • Safia Ulusoy: Amrita Acharia
  • Ryong Choi: Kae Alexander
  • Katsumi Ishizaka: Elizabeth Chan
  • Ysabella Moore: Joan Iyola
  • Fletcher: Rufus Wright
  • Mrs. Amelia Thorn: Bethan Dixon Bate
  • Simeon “Silky” Ladock: Alan Turkington
  • Niko Angelov: Martin Razpopov
  • Patience Boswell: Billy Peck
  • Onda Cardoso: Jamilya Ocasio
  • Max Webber: Osy Ikhile
  • Willem Axel: Richard Brake
  • Benny Muldoon: Patrick O’Kane
  • Bet of Night: Amanda Huddleston
  • Gideon Hall: Alec Newman

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has had a turbulent development and a rocky road to release, courtesy of questionable paid-DLC plans that were subsequently reversed (the playable clans that were going to be charged for are now included in the base game) and an unconvincing preview showing.

For all it might lack the RPG depth that followers of the Bloodlines series might want, and that players of the tabletop Vampire: The Masquerade game might want, Bloodlines 2 does appear to have good production values and strong cinematic character performances. Let’s hope it turns okay.

Kojima Productions Reveals Three Cast Members, Poster For Action Espionage Title Physint

by admin September 24, 2025

Koijima Productions’ Beyond the Strand presentation revealed a few new details for Physint, the studio’s in-development action espionage title. Although studio head Hideo Kojima said earlier this year that the project was at least five years away from release, he unveiled a piece of key art along with some of its celebrity voice talents.

Kojima reiterates that Physint, which was first revealed during a January 2024 State of Play, is in the conceptual stages. However, he says the game’s technology will be more advanced than Kojima Productions’ upcoming horror game, OD. While we don’t see any in-game footage, Kojima revealed a Physint poster showing off the game’s protagonist.

While Kojima has not yet cast the main character, he does reveal three film actors playing unknown supporting roles: Charlee Fraser (Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Anyone But You), Ma Dong-seok AKA Don Lee (Train to Busan, Eternals), and Minami Hamabe (Godzilla Minus One). Kojima then shared images of Hamabe rendered in-engine, showing off the technology’s impressive realism.

Physint has no release window, but it will be coming to PlayStation platforms (likely Sony’s next-generation console). For more on Kojima Productions’ Beyond the Strand, check out the new teaser trailer for OD and the reveal of a Death Stranding animated movie.

Everything we know about Death Stranding Mosquito: Anime movie cast, plot, more

by admin September 24, 2025

An animated Death Stranding movie is in the works, yes, alongside a live-action movie as well, and we’ve got the early rundown on all there is to know. From cast details to the plot, here’s the full overview.

Hideo Kojima is a busy a man. Hot on the heels of Death Stranding 2: On The Beach, one of 2025’s best games, he’s now working on a plethora of gaming and non-gaming projects.

From OD and Physint to a live-action Death Stranding movie and now, even an animated film as well. The Death Stranding universe continues to expand beyond the scope of Sam Porter Bridges and his continent-hopping journey, as the anime film titled Mosquito has a different focus.

While it’s early days yet and the film is very much in active development, here’s an early rundown on everything we know thus far.

Is there a release date?

No, there’s currently no release date or even rough release window for Death Stranding Mosquito.

Article continues after ad

All we know is that the anime film is in the works, but there’s no quite telling when it might be finished. Animation can take years to nail down, as we’ve seen with the likes of the Spider-Verse trilogy.

Article continues after ad

Given we’ve only seen a small glimpse with its reveal in 2025, it’d be wise not to expect this one imminently. If we had to hedge our bets, we’d look to a 2027 release for this one.

What’s the anime movie about?

Kojima has confirmed the animated movie will not focus on Norman Reedus as Sam. Instead, it’s set to “chart a bold, original story,” according to a press release upon the film’s reveal.

Our first look came during the Kojima Productions 10th Anniversary Livestream on September 23, 2025. It revealed two new characters, one being the yet-unnamed protagonist.

Article continues after ad

Both look to be Porters for rival delivery companies, and they’re both equipped with Odradeks capable of scanning Beached Things (BTs) in the area. Exactly why they’re fighting so fiercely, however, remains a mystery.

Article continues after ad

Kojima teased the title of Mosquito has to do with the main character and “their ability. The character has the ability to suck something really important.”

It’s open to speculation but our guess is this character can separate the Ha and Ka, as the open shot of the trailer appeared to take place in The Seam. It’s here, in this realm before the dead are transported to The Beach, that our protagonist approaches the body of another and seemingly ‘sucks’ their life force in order to trigger repatriation.

Kojima ProductionsWe think the protagonist has a very important ability indeed.

Of course, we’ll just have to wait and see if that is indeed the case.

Death Stranding Mosquito cast & crew details

Little is known about the actors involved in the project at the time of writing. No Hollywood A-listers or voice acting legends have been announced, but there’s no doubt some big names are sure to be attached in typical Kojima fashion.

What we do know is who’s helping shape the story and the visual style. Aaron Guzikowski has signed on to write the anime film, following on from acclaimed works like Prisoners and Raised by Wolves. “He had a good idea,” Kojima said.

Meanwhile, Hiroshi Miyamoto is directing the anime itself, leading the charge for the mix of hand-drawn and digital artwork.

Our first look at Death Stranding Mosquito debuted during the Kojima Productions 10th Anniversary event alongside a litany of information on other projects in the works. Here, we got our initial glimpse at the unique art style along with key art featuring the protagonist.

Here’s our first look at the cast and concept art for Kojima’s “stealth action” PlayStation title, Physint

by admin September 23, 2025

Tonight, as part of the Kojima Productions 10th Anniversary livestream, called Beyond the Strand, we got a new update on the studio’s Metal Gear-style project, Physint.

The title, which to date has been shrouded in secrecy, is still in the early stages of development, but we did get some confirmations this evening: actors Don Lee, Charlee Fraser, and Minami Hamabe are involved, and Hamabe also featured in an in-engine demonstration in which Kojima specifically noted how pleased he was with the rendering of her skin.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Studio head Herman Hulst appeared briefly before the segment on Physint, doubling down on the statements about Sony working closely with Kojima Productions on the title.

The game, as previously teased, is a “stealth action title” a la Metal Gear Solid, and we finally got a little look at the key art for the game – you can see it in the header of this article.

You can see the latest Physint information dump here as part of the livestream below.

Kojima Productions 10th Anniversary Livestream: Beyond the Strand
Watch on YouTube

All that we knew about Physint before this, really, was that the title was ‘some way off’. The last update we had on the game came from Kojima in Auguast 2025, as the influential developer noted he was still working on the game “all by [him]self”.

Physint was announced to be in the works for PlayStation in January 2024, with Kojima Productions describing it as a “next-generation action espionage game” at the time. Apparently, the game would enter full production after the launch of Death Stranding 2 – and here we are.

Back in May, Kojima revealed Physint was now “in development”, noting it would likely take him “another five or six years” to complete. It’s also a personal project for the storied developer, who has described the game as a “culmination of [his] work”, that he wants to “transcend the barriers between film and video games”. The title was born during a period of sickness and surgery, when thoughts of his own mortality convinced him to ‘change his priorities’ and do something fans had been asking him to do for years. Cheery, then.

Resident Evil: Release Date, Cast, And Everything Else We Know About The Reboot Movie

Resident Evil: Release Date, Cast, And Everything Else We Know About The Reboot Movie

by admin September 7, 2025

For most of the last two decades, the Resident Evil movies were defined by the six films directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, with Milla Jovovich in the leading role as Alice. Those movies made over $1 billion worldwide. However, the 2021 reboot, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, only earned $42 million worldwide.

Barbarian and Weapons director Zach Cregger has been given the reins for a brand-new Resident Evil movie. After co-founding the comedy troupe The Whitest Kids U’ Know and starring in sitcoms, Cregger has emerged as one of the most successful horror directors of this generation. His involvement with this project sparked a bidding war, which was ultimately won by Sony Pictures, the studio that released the previous seven films in the franchise.

Many of the details about Cregger’s Resident Evil movie remain under wraps for now. But GameSpot has put together a guide to everything we know about the Resident Evil reboot so far.

Who is starring in Resident Evil?

Austin Abrams is currently the only (probably) confirmed cast member for the new film. Abrams recently worked with Cregger on Weapons, and he has some experience with zombies from his time on The Walking Dead. He is also known for his role as Ethan Daley in HBO’s Euphoria.

Will established Resident Evil heroes appear in the film?

Cregger has indicated that he isn’t planning to use any of the RE heroes in leading roles.

“I’m telling a story that is a love letter to the games and follows the rules of the games,” explained Cregger. “It is obedient to the lore of the games; it’s just a different story. I’m not going to tell Leon’s story, because Leon’s story is told in the games. [Fans] already have that.”

“[Resident Evil is] an original screenplay,” added Cregger in a separate interview. “It’s a weird story. I wrote it and I love the story. It has nothing to do with any of the other Resident Evil movies. If I do my job, it will feel fresh and edgy and weird.”

Will the tone of Resident Evil follow the example of the previous movies?

According to Cregger, he hasn’t seen any of the Resident Evil movies. Instead of following their example, he intends to recreate the tone of dread from the games.

“I haven’t seen the [earlier Resident Evil] movies, but they don’t seem to promise that feeling [of dread],” said Cregger. “So I wanted to write a story that would just really lean into that. Honor the games–be true to the lore of what’s going on. But I’m not telling any of the stories of the games. It’s a separate story that just happens to exist in that territory.”

“If there are people out there who are rabid fans of the movie franchise, they are probably not really prepared for what I am going to be doing. But I think fans of the games are going to be stoked,” he said.

In an interview with Double Toasted, Cregger said his Resident Evil movie will be “true to the experience” of the video games, and probably “lives in the world” of Resident Evil 2 and 3, but that it adheres more to the tone of Resident Evil 4. The game is not a direct adaptation of any Resident Evil game, however.

Cregger said the video games, too, don’t have a set lore and aren’t rigid with timelines or settings. “I don’t think I am taking any more liberties with this [movie] than the game franchise does. I think I am coloring within the lines,” he said.

“I’ve never seen a movie like it,” he added. “I am beyond excited making this.”

The director added that his sense of tone and his general filmmaking sensibilities honed with Barbarian and Weapons will come through in Resident Evil, albeit on a bigger scale and with a bigger budget.

“It takes place in the world of the games, but most importantly, the journey you’ll have as a viewer watching this movie is going to be similar to the journey you have as a player when you play these games. What that means is it follows one protagonist from point A to point B as they descend deeper and deeper and deeper into hell,” he said. “As someone who has played I don’t know how many thousands and thousands of hours of Resident Evil, I just feel like I know how that pacing can go, and it’s inherently cinematic. I feel like there is a great movie that can live inside this world and inside that sort of pacing. I am really, really pumped about the story that we get to tell here.”

Finally, Cregger confirmed the shooting schedule for Resident Evil, saying cameras are due to begin rolling this October in Prague and continue through the end of January 2026. Why Prague? Cregger cited the city’s generous tax rebates and other factors. “It’s the right place,” he said.

When will the new Resident Evil movie be released?

Resident Evil will hit theaters on September 18, 2026, just a few months after the game franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary.

The Last Of Us Season 3: Release Date, Cast, And Everything We Know About The Hit HBO Series

by admin September 7, 2025

Following the conclusion of The Last of Us Season 2, the show was nominated for 16 Emmy Awards, including Best Drama. The first season took home eight Emmy Awards in 2023, including guest-acting wins for Nick Offerman and Storm Reid.

Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal may have gone home empty handed from the show’s first night at the Emmys, but their respective turns as Ellie and Joel have given new life to the franchise that began as a pair of critically acclaimed video games by Sony.

Season 2 began the adaptation of The Last of Us Part 2, which introduced Kaitlyn Dever as Abby and controversially featured Joel’s murder at her hands. That fueled Ellie’s desire for revenge against Abby, which went horribly wrong in the Season 2 finale.

Ahead of the show’s eventual return to HBO, GameSpot has put together this guide to everything you need to know about The Last of Us Season 3.

Will Bella Ramsey return for The Last of Us Season 3?

The cliffhanger ending of The Last of Us Season 2 has some fans worried about the fate of Bella Ramsey’s Ellie, since she was facing the business end of Abby’s gun in the closing moments. Abby had Ellie dead to rights in a scene directly lifted from the game.

The resolution of that scene is in The Last of Us Part 2. Fans who want to spoil the narrative can always jump to the game to see how those events played out. But the short answer is “yes,” Ramsey will reprise her role as Ellie. She just may not be as prominent in Season 3.

Will The Last of Us Season 3 be all about Abby?

As seen in the Season 2 finale, the perspective of the story has shifted and flashed back to Abby’s first day in Seattle. Subsequently, it has been confirmed that Season 3 will be Abby’s story, and viewers will learn more about her just as players did when Abby took over the narrative in The Last of Us Part 2.

Who is joining the cast of The Last of Us Season 3?

For now, there are no new cast members who have been announced.

Is The Last of Us Co-creator Neil Druckmann staying with the show?

No. Neil Druckmann announced his departure from The Last of Us in July, citing a need to resume his duties at developer Naughty Dog to prepare the company’s next game, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Through the first two seasons, Druckmann was the co-showrunner with Craig Mazin. In Druckmann’s absence, Mazin will be the sole showrunner going forward.

How many episodes will The Last of Us Season 3 have?

Mazin hasn’t confirmed any episode counts yet, but he has stated that Season 3 will be longer than Season 2. The first season of the show had nine episodes, while Season 2 had seven.

When will The Last of Us Season 3 be released?

Although HBO hasn’t formally set a premiere date for The Last of Us Season 3, HBO content chairman Casey Bloys has suggested that the show is “definitely planned for 2027.”

Will The Last of Us end with Season 3?

Since there isn’t a third video game to draw upon and it’s unknown if The Last of Us Part 3 will be made, the story of Ellie and Abby will conclude when the show catches up to the end of The Last of Us Part 2. Previously, showrunner Craig Mazin said that Season 4 was essential to bring the show to a conclusion. However, Bloys has indicated that the show may wrap up its run with Season 3.

“Craig is still working it out whether it will be two more seasons or one more long season. It hasn’t been decided yet, and I’m following Craig’s lead on that,” said Bloys.

Here’s The Street Fighter Release Date, Cast List, And First Plot Details

by admin September 4, 2025

In 1994, Capcom’s Street Fighter franchise hit the big screen with Jean-Claude Van Damme in the lead as Guile. While the team behind that film made the curious choice to emulate G.I. Joe instead of the arcade games it was based upon, the new Street Fighter movie is going back to the source material and taking fans back to the ’90s.

Legendary Entertainment has shared the first details about the Street Fighter reboot, which will be set in 1993. Unlike the previous live-action Street Fighter movies–including Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li–the focus will fall on Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo), two fighters who have become estranged from each other. However, Chun-Li (Callina Liang) reunites the pair when she recruits them for the World Warrior Tournament. The synopsis also teases the “deadly conspiracy” behind the battle royale, which will almost certainly lead back to the franchise’s primary villain, M. Bison.

As part of the announcement, Legendary revealed that Street Fighter will hit theaters on October 16, 2026. It’s the first film in a three-year distribution deal with Paramount Pictures. But it doesn’t affect Legendary’s Minecraft and Godzilla x Kong sequels, both of which remain with Warner Bros. under the terms of previously signed deals.

Legendary also shared the complete cast for Street Fighter, including two current WWE wrestlers: Cody Rhodes and Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoa’i, who will portray Guile and Akuma, respectively. The rest of the performers are listed below.

  • David Dastmalchian as M. Bison
  • Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki
  • Eric André as Don Sauvage
  • Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim
  • Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog
  • Jason Momoa as Blanka
  • Orville Peck as Vega
  • Olivier Richters as Zangief
  • Hirooki Goto as E. Honda
  • Rayna Vallandingham as Juli
  • Alexander Volkanovski as Joe
  • Kyle Mooney as Marvin
  • Mel Jarnson as Cammy

Kitao Sakurai is directing the film, which is already in production. A gallery of the cast in the style of Street Fighter 2’s selection screen can be found below.

Avengers: Doomsday star says cast has “smaller roles” to make space for new characters

by admin August 27, 2025

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever star Tenoch Huerta has been speaking about his participation in Avengers: Doomsday, saying the dynamic is different as the film endeavours to make room for “twentysomething characters.”

Tenoch Huerta made his MCU debut as Namor in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The character came into conflict with Shuri, before finding common ground at the end of the movie, and making a truce.

But with no more Black Panther in the pipeline at present, it looked like that might be the last we saw of the Talokan king.

Then in March 2025, Marvel did a five-hour livestream in which cast members of Avengers: Doomsday were revealed via director’s chairs, and Huerta was one of the 26. Though he only found that out hours beforehand…

Namor actor told about Avengers: Doomsday role on same day

Speaking on late-night show La Resolana Con El Capi, and as reported by Deadline, Huerta said: “We were waiting on the green light and my agents in the U.S. were not sure about the news.

“They practically told us around 12 at night, and at 5:30 in the morning, the livestream started, and they told us, ‘Hey, the news is about to drop.’ It was surprising and it was cool.”

He added that the shoot has contrasted with his work on the Black Panther sequel, as “the dynamic has been different.”

Huerta explains: “There are twentysomething characters involved in the story, which means we are each going to have smaller roles because there needs to be space for all the characters and all the universes.

“This makes it a much more simpler role, in terms of time and energy of making a film like this.”

Avengers: Doomsday will be released on December 18, 2026, and you can head here for a twist theory concerning the movie, or here for a potentially major spoiler concerning Captain America. Alternatively, check out our ranking of the MCU movies.
