This gaming mouse has a tiny fan inside to keep sweaty palms at bay

by admin May 25, 2025

Pulsar’s latest competitive gaming mouse will literally help you keep your cool during intense matches. The gaming gear company joined forces with Noctua, known for its quiet fans in its signature earthy-brown tones, for a remix of its lightweight Feinmann mouse. The two brands wanted a solution for gamers whose hands get especially sweaty, leading them to jam a 4×4 cm Noctua fan inside a Pulsar mouse.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen a computer fan inside a gaming mouse, but it will be the first one to house Noctua’s premium fans that keep noise to a minimum. Looking at the updated Feinmann mouse’s design, it’s a match made in heaven. Pulsar’s mouse already has large gaps in its shell to make for a lightweight build, but also a perfect opening for Noctua to squeeze its fans inside. Buying this mouse won’t magically boost you to Radiant in Valorant, but it won’t be sweaty hands holding you back.

Don’t forget this is a mouse made for competitive gaming, so it will share the specs from the original Feinmann that has a 32,00 DPI sensor and an ultra-fast 8,000 Hz polling rate. Considering the extra element, the Noctua collaboration will be heavier than the original at 65 grams and have a battery life of 10 to 11 hours, according to Pulsar. The mouse is still a prototype that was available to demo at Computex 2025, but it’s expected to hit the market later this year. With the Feinmann retailing for $179.95, don’t be surprised if the Noctua collab is more expensive than that.

Michael Bay Skibidi Toilet adaptation officially in production

by admin May 21, 2025

A Skibidi Toilet adaptation from Michael Bay is officially in production.

The project was first floated last year, when it was reported there had been talks to launch a Skibidi Toilet film and TV franchise, with The Rock and Armageddon director attached. It left me scratching my head a bit, to be honest.

But fast forward to today, and those talks are now firmed up, with the news that yes, we are indeed going to be getting a Skibidi Toilet adaptation from Michael Bay.

Media Company Invisible Narratives – of which Bay serves as a chief creative advisor – will be producing, developing, and financing the project. You can see an image of its Skibidi Toilet project on the company’s website (or you can look at the screenshot I took below).

Bay along with partner Jeffrey Beecroft have reportedly been working on their Skibidi Toilet project since last summer, with a press release stating it is “an early creative take on the franchise”, which will bring “Bay’s signature visual intensity to one of the internet’s most unlikely breakout IPs”.

Skibidi Toilet, for those still mercifully unaware, is an enormously-popular online animation series made using Valve’s Source Filmmaker software and featuring assets from Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike. It features a race of evil toilets with human heads, and has clocked up a whopping 65bn views on YouTube, another 15bn on Tiktok, and is ubiquitous on Roblox, where countless spin-off games lie.

Elsewhere in adaptation news, yesterday Netflix announced it was gearing up to release a Clash of Clans animated series, which will feature a “determined but in-over-his-head Barbarian who must rally a band of misfits to defend their village and navigate the comically absurd politics of war”.

Michael Bay drops cryptic teaser for Skibidi Toilet movie as film begins production

by admin May 21, 2025

Production on Michael Bay’s Skibidi Toilet movie has officially begun, and the director has already shared a weird teaser that’s left fans confused… and excited.

In February 2023, Alexey Gerasimov – via his YouTube channel DaFuq!?Boom! – uploaded an 11-second video of a man’s head emerging from a toilet singing a nonsensical version of Timbaland’s ‘Give It To Me.’ It spawned the world of Skibidi Toilet, one of the internet’s strangest and biggest sensations.

Without getting too deep into the lore, it has a simple story: the Skibidi Toilets try to take over the human race, sparking a war against the Cameramaen, Speakermen, and TV-men. However, down the line, they need to contend with the Astro Toilets, a race of extraterrestrial toilets that pose a grave threat to Earth.

Okay, maybe it’s not that simple, but Bay’s involvement makes sense; it is one of the most explosive and irreverent web series ever made, and he’s made some of the best action movies of all time. Now, the film is shooting, and the director is giving fans a taste of what to expect.

Michael Bay’s Skibidi Toilet teaser leaves fans confused

After Invisible Narratives (Bay’s media company) dropped a press release announcing Skibidi Toilet was in production, the filmmaker posted an Instagram Reel that may indicate what the film is actually about.

The reel shows the Bayhem logo (a term Bay has now trademarked), before you see two people looking up at the sky. “They are coming,” the text on the video reads.

Could it be that the film will mostly revolve around the conflict with the Astro Toilets, with the movie giving more of an overview of the battles between the Skibidi Toilets and humanity’s alliances?

“Wonder if the Skibidi Toilets are going to be aliens invading Earth. If so, that sounds cool,” one user commented. “Skibidi toilet alien invasion type of movie?” another speculated. “The Skibidi Toilets/Astro Toilets are about to invade Earth,” a third wrote.

DaFuq!?Boom!

Others are still baffled, but that doesn’t mean they’re not hyped. “I seriously, SERIOUSLY cannot f**king believe this is real. Wtf is the STORY even going to be?” one user wrote.

“This needs to be the most violent, action-packed movie you’ve ever made,” another commented.

Four days prior, Bay posted another reel of an AI-generated street with battered buildings and raging fires. “Don’t worry, not going to use AI in my films – but there is a clue here,” he wrote, and it’s clear now that it’s linked to Skibidi Toilet.

Beyond this, little has been confirmed about what shape the movie will take; will it be live-action or a hybrid with animation, will it include dialogue, and who will star in it? Hopefully these questions are answered soon.

We know the project has tapped VFX supervisor Rob Legato (who served in the same role on Avatar and Titanic), so you should expect an enormous spectacle.

In an earlier statement, Invisible Narratives CEO Adam Goodman promised that if they ever “decided to go film or television” that it would be “lifted beyond the resources that creators have on the internet.”
