Little Nightmares Showcase Announced For Next Week

by admin June 20, 2025

It’s summer gaming showcase season, and the minds behind Little Nightmares are getting in on the fun by announcing a dedicated presentation for the franchise. The Little Nightmares Showcase has been revealed for next week and will likely have an update on the upcoming third entry.

All we know about the showcase for now is that it airs on June 24 at 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET. The news was shared by the Little Nightmares III X account, with a post stating,

Something unsettling is coming. It’s closer than you think.

Are you ready to face it, little ones?

One would imagine the presentation will heavily revolve around Little Nightmares III, which was first announced at Gamescom 2023. Supermassive Games is developing the title, replacing the original creators, Tarsier Studios, which is currently working on a new horror platformer, Reanimal. Little Nightmares III was delayed to 2025 last year and has no concrete release date.

It’s also plausible we’ll learn concrete details for the long-rumored Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition. Though technically unannounced, the game’s existence first came to light in late 2023 after it received a rating by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) in South Africa. Much like the Enhanced Edition for Little Nightmares II that released in 2021 (also developed by Supermassive), this would presumably be a new-gen remaster of the 2017 original game.

Whether we get a Little Nightmares III release date or confirmation for the Enhanced Edition of the first title, we don’t have to wait long to find out either way.  Until then, you can brush up on Little Nightmares III by checking out 18 minutes of gameplay here.

What do you hope or expect to see during the Little Nightmares Showcase? Let us know in the comments.

Death Stranding animated movie adaptation announced

by admin June 19, 2025

Writer Aaron Guzikowski (Raised by Wolves, Prisoners) is attached to write the screenplay for the animated take on Death Stranding. Kojima Productions LA announced the project, which is said to be an original story — not a one-to-one adaptation of Sam “Porter” Bridges’ adventure through a desolated America.

“I love the world of Death Stranding, it’s so creatively freeing, so beautifully dark and yet hopeful,” gushed Guzikowski in a statement alongside the news. “I’m so excited and honored that Hideo Kojima, whose work I’ve long admired, has invited me to dwell within his creation, to birth new stories into this fertile, mind-bending universe.”

Line Mileage chief creative officer Daniel Dominguez likewise geeked out on the forthcoming Death Stranding animation, calling the original game “the most cinematic, thought-provoking video game I have ever played.”

“Playing it gave me the same emotional rush, visceral punch, and intellectual pleasure I had the first time I watched Blade Runner, or Ghost in the Shell,” Dominguez said. “Adapting it into a form it so naturally evokes is an honor. And for Aaron Guzikowski to lend his talents, whose authorial mind and creative energy humble me… needless to say, this project is a dream come true.”

The animated Death Stranding feature — just like A24’s live-action movie — does not have an announced release window. But with Death Stranding 2: On the Beach coming soon, Kojima fans will have plenty to tide them over while they wait.

Capcom Spotlight announced for next week, with Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata and more to feature

by admin June 19, 2025

You thought the summer showcases were done? Well, no they are not! Capcom has today announced its own showcase, scheduled for next week.

Capcom Spotlight, as it is known, will shine a light on upcoming games Pragmata and Resident Evil Requiem, as well as existing titles Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6.

The whole thing will last for around 40 minutes, Capcom has said, offering us all the “latest news and extended commentary with developer interviews”. It will kick off on 26th June, at 11pm here in the UK.

(Teaser) Capcom Spotlight. Watch on YouTube

While the specifics of what Capcom will be spotlighting next week remain mostly under wraps for now, this showcase will include some information on the newest update for Monster Hunter Wilds.

As for those other games, we got our first look at Resident Evil Requiem earlier this month, when the developer introduced us all to Grace Ashcroft and a destroyed Racoon City.

Our Alex has been hands-on with Resident Evil Requiem already, admitting that even the relatively small chunk he played made him scream so loudly that those in the booth next door heard him. Bodes well!

Capcom also gave us another look at Pragmata earlier this month. This is the studio’s long in the works astronaut and small girl-starring game. “Pragmata is a fascinating genre mash-up, and Capcom at its experimental best,” reads Eurogamer’s hands-on Pragmata preview.

You can check out a little teaser trailer for next week’s Capcom Spotlight in the video above. Anything you are particularly looking forward to seeing more of?

Zombie AI Siri May Shuffle Onto iPhones Two Years After It Was First Announced

by admin June 13, 2025

At this week’s WWDC 2025 keynote, Apple’s senior vice president of software, Craig Federighi, strutted up on stage to the sound of Ratt’s “Round and Round” playing in the background. “Love’ll will find a way, just give it time… What goes around, comes around,” Stephen Pearcy belted out as Federighi, in his brilliant white mane, stood tall under the spotlight. He immediately went into all the updates that came to Apple Intelligence in 2024 and 2025. But one thing was missing, and Apple knew we were all thinking about it.

“We’re continuing to do the work to make Siri even more personal,” Federighi said. “This work needed more time to meet our high quality bar, and we’re excited to tell you more about it in the coming year.”

Apple may tell us more about its delayed AI Siri in 2025, but according to the latest rumors, we may not actually see it until spring 2026. Bloomberg’s Apple rumormonger Mark Gurman reported, based on a usual slate of anonymous sources, that the tech giant will offer a personalized, conversational Siri as part of the iOS 26.4 update. If Apple hits the spring 2026 target, that will be close to two full years after Apple first said it was coming at WWDC 2024.

For its part, Apple told Bloomberg that some AI upgrades are coming this year. Gurman suggests Apple could share an AI Siri beta sometime in the fall if it meets the company’s “high quality bar.” In the meantime, it’s hoping to tide consumers over with the iOS 26 “Liquid Glass” redesign and Visual Intelligence—which lets users ask ChatGPT questions about what’s on your screen.

At that point, we’ll have already experienced two whole cycles of Google’s increasingly AI-filled Android OS on smartphones. Gemini has long ago overtaken Google Assistant as the phone’s default chatbot. At last month’s Google I/O, the Alphabet-owned company took its AI integration a step further by suggesting people would want to pay for a $250 AI subscription bundle that includes full access to the most advanced version of Gemini along with other perks like NotebookLM and access to its Veo3 model through the Flow filmmaking tool.

Compared to the competition, Apple’s AI features seem like small fish in a deep and ever-widening pond. Apple is juggling two sides of its business. Sales analysis shows consumers are largely ambivalent about AI features on phones, and neither Google nor Apple has sold that many more phones because of AI alone. At the same time, investors want Apple to compete in AI with the rest of big tech, damn the consequences and the users who would prefer to not use a chatbot for everything.

Apple isn’t its usual stoic self in the wake of the Apple Intelligence delay. Gurman reported that, internally, the engineering side of the company is arguing with the marketing end about who oversold whom. Apple is still working on its own large language models—the underlying AI that powers chatbots like ChatGPT. It’s at this point we would hope Apple would try for something truly unique, rather than following in the footsteps of other tech giants. We may not be nearly as enthusiastic about AI-enhanced Siri as much as we just want an assistant that can tell us the weather and check emails without a host of issues cropping up. The best way to smooth over the wrinkles with annoyed Apple fans could be as simple as releasing that Pixar-inspired, AI-powered lamp. At least that will be something we haven’t seen before.

A Silent Hill remake has been announced as “in development” during Konami Press Start showcase

by admin June 12, 2025

A Silent Hill remake has just been announced during Konami’s Press Start showcase.

The game will be created by Bloober team in collaboration with Konami. As of writing, the only confirmed is that the game is “in development”.

The brief reveal trailer was paired alongside the Silent Hill 1 intro theme, further confirming that this is the original game in the legendary horror series being remade.

This remake of the original 1999 game by Bloober Team, the developer responsible for the excellent Silent Hill 2 remake. That game received ample critical and commercial success, and in Eurogamer’s own review of the Silent Hill 2 remake, Vikki Blake noted: “Against the odds, Bloober Team has delivered a remake that both expands Silent Hill 2 in just the right places, and gives careful attention to what it preserves.”

This will be the first time Silent Hill 1 has gotten the remake treatment, although it was reimagined back in 2009 with Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. That game, released on the Wii and later ported to the PS2, was an interesting spin on the game that started it all.

Bloober Team is also working on Cronos: The New Dawn, which got a release date announcement at Summer Game Fest only a few days ago.

Every New Feature Announced for iPadOS 26

by admin June 11, 2025

As expected, Apple announced the latest version of iPadOS at its WWDC keynote on Monday, bringing with it a series of exciting new features for the popular tablet. Like iOS for iPhones, iPadOS will get a bump to version No. 26 as Apple brings more consistency to its OS lineup, including WatchOS, TVOS and VisionOS. It’s a cosmetic change like the one we saw from Samsung in 2020 to align its smartphones to the years they were released.

Last year, we saw dramatic changes in iPadOS 18, and it makes this year’s software update slightly less visually interesting in comparison, but there’s enough new here to get excited about. Last year’s iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 felt like one of the biggest visual overhauls Apple had done for either operating system in some time, introducing new ways for users to customize their home experience, along with the first Apple Intelligence features — many of which will finally make their debut in this latest update.

Watch this: WWDC 2025: Everything Revealed in 10 Minutes

09:37

Possibly the biggest announcement in iPadOS 26 is the updated windowing system that will turn your multitasking game up to 11. Apple’s blurring the lines between its operating systems with the latest iPad update. Any fear it may have had about the iPad cutting into Mac sales seems to be gone, as iPadOS makes the two feel more similar than ever.

For more, catch up with everything you missed at WWDC 2025. Below, we’ll cover what’s new in the latest version of iPadOS and when you can get your hands on it.

Let’s get right into it. Apple’s approach to the iPad and iPhone operating systems focuses on refining what was introduced in last year’s update while adding new features that make both feel like they’re playing catch-up.

Liquid Glass

Apple announced a new inteface design called Liquid Glass that will span all of its operating systems. As the name suggests, a glass-like look will be found throughout several pieces of the UI, including a new “all clear” mode that looks slick and can be applied to all of your home screen icons. The new design takes cues from VisionOS on the Vision Pro headset, adding a new, futuristic vibe to your iPad.

A multitasking overhaul

iPadOS 26’s multitasking revamp makes the Magic Keyboard accessory feel necessary.

Apple/Screenshot by CNET

While Apple called iPadOS 26 the biggest update to its tablet operating system ever during its keynote, the new windowing system for multitasking might be the biggest feature on most people’s minds.

iPadOS 26 introduced a new way to resize your apps into floating windows so you can have multiple apps running at the same time and control exactly where you place them. Window tiling will allow users to rearrange windows with minimal effort. In addition, the new windowing system works with Stage Manager and external displays in case you need more space to work with.

Another feature that iPadOS is borrowing from the Mac is Exposé, allowing you to get a quick view of all open windows — demoed using the iPad’s Magic Keyboard accessory. Typically expensive, the keyboard almost seems necessary to fully make use of all of iPadOS’ new features.

The demos during the keynote gave iPadOS a MacOS quality, and if it functions as it should, your productivity on an iPad is about to improve significantly.

The best news is that the new windowing multitasking modes will work on all current iPads, even the basic one. How it works on smaller screens like the Mini, well, we’ll find out.

A new menu bar for apps

The iPad is slowly becoming the touchscreen Mac you’ve always wanted.

Apple/Screenshot by CNET

Apple is pushing iPadOS into MacOS territory with the new way to multitask, and it didn’t stop there. iPadOS will also get a brand-new menu bar that will provide specific app feature settings or tips, and developers will be able to make adjustments to what’s shown in the menu.

To access the menu bar, you can swipe down from the top of the screen, and, if you’re using a mouse, you can bring your cursor to the top.

A new file app that’s also Mac-like

The Mac feelings continue in a redesigned Files app that now adds folders and a layout that even more closely resembles MacOS file browsing. The added list layouts and the flexible way the app can be used to drag files into the dock below give this a truly Mac-like vibe and should hopefully make working with files feel more natural. Folders can spring open to show content inside, too, and you can even choose default apps to open files in.

Better audio selection tools

For anyone who podcasts or streams from an iPad, added audio-selection input controls seem like they’ll also help. The added hook-ins should make accessories connect more easily.

Preview, just like Mac

A Preview app is coming, and it looks just like Preview on the Mac. It supports Pencil annotations, but it should also be a more helpful way to manage files. Currently, looking at images and documents is a more awkward process run through the Files app; splitting out Preview should allow better multitasking.

New features powered by Apple Intelligence

While some of the new Apple Intelligence features announced during WWDC weren’t iPad-specific, there were enough to warrant a mention at what’s coming to supported devices. Here are some highlights.

Live Translation comes to the Phone, FaceTime and Messages apps for iPad, allowing for automatic translation to your default language. For FaceTime calls, captions will be displayed in your language, and for messages, automatic translation will still work even if the person you’re texting isn’t using an iPhone. And when you’re on a standard phone call, the translated voice will be spoken aloud.

Updates to Genmoji will now allow you to get more specific with your request, allowing you change expressions, accessories or hair length. And in Image Playground, you can now tap into ChatGPT image styles. The example shown on stage depicted someone turning a contact photo into an oil painting. And Image Playground now dives deeper into ChatGPT, allowing it to send a user’s description and image to create something more specific.

Shortcuts is receiving some new intelligent actions that allow summarizing text with Writing Tools and creating images in Image Playground. A helpful example of one of these actions was a student building a shortcut that used Apple Intelligence models to compare an audio transcription of a lecture from class and compare it against the notes they took themselves.

New apps and communication features coming

A lot is being passed down from the iPhone to the iPad this year — even more so than usual. It’s not surprising that the Messages app on the iPad will also get the custom backgrounds that were just announced, but it’s getting a few new apps, too.

With iPadOS 26, iPads will get the Journal app to write down daily thoughts via Apple Pencil or keyboard. And like iOS, iPads will also receive the brand-new Apple Games app that will introduce a Game Overlay, so you can easily see events and updates, tweak settings, or invite friends to play with you. The iPad will also get the Apple’s Phone app, including its new hold and call screening features.

Reed Pen

Perhaps the least interesting, but nevertheless welcome, new feature announced in iPadOS in the addition of a new Reed Pen tool that uses stroke-angle presets do you can practice your calligraphy skills with your Apple Pencil. You’ll be able to use the new pen in Notes, Preview, Free Form, Journal and any third-party app that uses Apple’s PencilKit API.

New accessibility features

Announced last month as part of a bigger accessibility announcement, iPad users with visual impairments can look forward to some new helpful features, like Accessibility Reader and Braille Access.

The Accessibility Reader is a new, systemwide reading mode aimed at making text easier to read for low-vision users and people with dyslexia. You can customize the text to your liking and it can be used in any app, along with real-world text.

Braille Access will allow you to use your iPad to take notes in braille. Using Braille Screen Input or a connected Braille keyboard, you can launch apps, take notes, and even do calculations with Nemeth Braille. You’ll also be able to open Braille Ready Format files to access files created with a braille note taking device.

iPad models compatible with iPadOS 26

If you’re wondering if your iPad will get iPadOS 26, these are the supported models:

  • iPad Pro (M4)
  • iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd genn and later)
  • iPad Pro 11-inch (1st gen and later)
  • iPad Air (M2 and later)
  • iPad Air (3rd gen and later)
  • iPad (A16)
  • iPad (8th gen and later)
  • iPad Mini (A17 Pro)
  • iPad Mini (5th gen and later)

Keep in mind that support for iPadOS 26 does not equal support for Apple Intelligence.

When will you be able to try iPadOS 26?

For most of us, this version of iPadOS won’t arrive until the iPhone 17 hits shelves — something we anticipate happening in September. However, Apple has both a developer beta and, later, a more consumer-friendly beta arriving to those who want to test out the latest features from Apple with more reliability. While the developer beta can already be installed now, you’ll need to wait until July before the Public beta arrives.

Splatoon Raiders announced for Switch 2, plus a chonky Splatoon 3 update incoming

by admin June 10, 2025

Nintendo has announced Splatoon Raiders for Switch 2.

This game will serve as a spin-off of the Splatoon series, with players taking on the role of a mechanic. The game was announced via Nintendo’s bespoke Today app, where it shares daily updates on games and franchises under its umbrella.

In addition to Splatoon Raiders, Nintendo also has Splatoon 3 version 10.0.0 in bound. This will add new weapons, badges and more to the base game. As per the video shared via the Nintendo Today app, Splatoon 3 players will soon find 30 new weapon kits, the arrival of Urchin Underpass, new stat tracking options for weapon power, while the weapon freshness limit is being increased.

The latest findings from the Squid Research Lab… Watch on YouTube

On top of all that, Nintendo has also talked of improved visuals and frame rate for Switch 2 as part of an update coming on 12th June. It has assured that those playing on Switch 2 will still be able to play against those on the original Switch console, as well.

Splatoon 3 was initially released back in 2022, and we here at Eurohamer were rather taken with it. “There are few surprises to be found in Splatoon 3’s multiplayer or campaign, but it is the best Nintendo’s spectacular series has been to date,” reads Eurogamer’s Splatoon 3 review.

As for the Switch 2, well that chap released last week, with many already enjoying the likes of Mario Kart World. Want to know more about the console before committing to one yourself? Our Donlan has given us all a Switch 2 review of sorts, with him saying: “I love this console a little bit. I’m glad it’s here.”

Everything Apple Announced at WWDC 2025

by admin June 9, 2025

Apple also took a few minutes of the WWDC keynote to announce a bunch of new content coming to Apple TV+, including a Formula 1 movie that Apple heavily marketed at the beginning of the presentation, the Murderbot series, a movie starring Matthew McConaughey and America Ferrera about a school bus being caught in the 2018 Paradise Fire, and a new show starring Jason Momoa that will hopefully do better than Apple TV’s last go at that.

macOS

Apple’s new desktop operating system is called macOS Tahoe. It also incorporates the Liquid Glass aesthetic, with a completely free-floating menu bar at the top of the screen.

Live Activities in action.

There are some fun enhancements. Live Activities is a new menu-bar shortcut that can sync with apps running on desktop or your phone, alerting you to upcoming meetings or keeping track of your incoming Uber Eats orders.

More context awareness in Spotlight

Courtesy of Apple

Spotlight, Apple’s search feature on device, incorporates more contextual awareness to better find what you’re looking for on your desktop. It can also interact with features directly in a program or pull up information from a website you’ve looked at recently.

VisionOS

The new widgets in visionOS

Apple still thinks people really do want to wear its bulky, heavy headset around their homes. VisionOS has spatial widgets now—virtual objects like digital photos, calendars, and “Now Playing” Apple Music cards that you can plonk onto your real-world surroundings. The widgets stay in place even if you move around the room.

New avatars in Apple Vision Pro

One of the main problems with VR headsets is that they are fundamentally lonely devices; when you’re strapped into a headset, you’re the only one who can really see what you’re doing. But Apple wants to change that, adding features that let you sync your view with another person to share a movie or some other VR experience. You’ll both need to be wearing an Apple Vision Pro, so if you’re trying to cuddle on the couch be prepared to bonk your unwieldy bespectacled heads.

Maps

Apple is also introducing a number of features that have long been available in competitors like Google Maps. A “Visited Places” feature in maps keeps track of the places you’ve been, complete with photos taken there. This is entirely opt-in, so you have to turn it on, and your location history stays encrypted on your device. It’s basically Google Map’s Timeline feature but just for Apple people.

In iOS 26, users can choose to have iPhone detect when they’re at a place like a restaurant or shop, and view all of their Visited Places in Maps.Courtesy of Apple

iPhone can now use on-device intelligence to better understand a user’s daily route, presenting them with their preferred route when they’re headed home or to the office, along with notifying them of delays and offering alternate routes.Courtesy of Apple

CarPlay

Some additional updates to Apple’s CarPlay software were announced today. The next CarPlay adds customizable widgets and better screening for incoming calls. You can also tap a button to respond to texts with emoji while you’re driving. What could go wrong?

The new CarPlay interface

Widgets are customizable.

There are light and dark themes.

We first saw some CarPlay updates last month when Apple partnered with Aston Martin. These updates come at a time when carmakers are starting to embrace physical buttons again, given that lots of people seem to hate the touchscreens in their cars.

Siri

There was almost no mention of Apple’s voice assistant in the WWDC keynote. Curious.

Every PS4 Game Announced During Summer Game Fest 2025

by admin June 9, 2025

The PlayStation 4 was released nearly 13 years ago. In the world of video games, it is a dinosaur. And yet, in 2025, during Summer Game Fest’s many shows and directs, new PS4 games were being announced alongside PS5 and Switch 2 games. Turns out this old machine still has some life left in it, though that might be a horrible sign for the video game industry.

This Cool New Retro Console Is A Great Gift For Atari Fans

While watching Summer Game Fest 2025, and begging for the rancid event to end, I spotted something odd. A newly revealed LEGO co-op puzzle game was going to get a PS4 port. Then, another LEGO game in the same showcase was confirmed to be getting a PS4 launch as well. By the end of Geoff Keighley’s Not-E3 event, three new PS4 games had been announced. Weird.

So, I watched closely during the Xbox event on Sunday to see if this trend continued. And I spotted two more games that were announced that day and were headed to PS4. Yes, during the big Xbox showcase, two games were revealed that are also coming to PS4. One of them you might have heard of: Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is coming to PS4 and Xbox One, yet it isn’t confirmed to be launching on Switch 2 later this year.

After the dust had settled, I skimmed through all the showcases and events over the last few days and found at least 11 upcoming video games that appeared during Summer Game Fest and are also arriving on PS4.

Here’s that list, with brand-new games marked with an asterisk:

  • Sonic Racing Cross Worlds
  • *LEGO Voyagers
  • *LEGO Party
  • Marvel Cosmic Invasion
  • Mouse PI For Hire
  • *Scott Pilgrim EX
  • *Planet of Lana 2
  • Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4
  • *Call of Duty Black Ops 7
  • Monument Valley 3
  • Dying Light: The Beast (after the launch of the PS5/XSX versions)

It’s very likely that I missed a few PS4 games that appeared in some of the many events that happened over the entirety of Summer Game Fest last week. Still, 11 games landing on a nearly 13-year-old console is strange. That would be like Activision putting out a PS2 version of Call of Duty: Ghosts alongside the launch of the PS4 in 2013. Or EA putting out a video game on PS1 and PS3 in 2006.

The reason PS4 games are still being made in 2025

So, what’s going on? Well, part of the reason we are seeing games still launching on PS4 is that video games aren’t visually evolving as rapidly and hugely as they once did. The difference between a PS4 and PS5 game is nowhere near as notable as previous generational leaps, meaning a lot of games, especially smaller projects and indie titles, can run perfectly fine on the older machines.

And a lot of people are still, five years after the launch of PS5, gaming on the older Sony home console. That’s why EA spent money to backport Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to PS4 and Xbox One after it launched as a “next-gen” exclusive. If people are still buying new games on PS4 (and Xbox One), and porting stuff to these older machines isn’t that much more work, then why not release a new LEGO game on the older devices?

To be clear, I don’t think it’s a bad thing that publishers are supporting older hardware for this long. Video games are expensive. And due to tariffs and other factors, games and consoles are all getting more expensive. The PS5 costs more today than it did at launch in 2020, which is just as weird as devs still making games for a 13-year-old device.

We are in strange, unprecedented, and not great times for the industry. So, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that the next big Call of Duty is arriving on PS4 and Xbox One, despite those consoles being over a decade old. It’s not a bad thing, but it is a sign of the bigger problems facing the industry and the rest of the world.

Everything Apple announced for its wearable at WWDC 2025

by admin June 9, 2025

During Apple’s WWDC keynote event today in Cupertino, company execs announced, among other things, the latest Apple Watch software: watchOS 12, er, watchOS 26. Like iOS, macOS, iPadOS and the rest, the latest generation of watchOS will now be appended with the upcoming year, instead of a sequential number. What would have been watchOS 12, is now watchOS 26.

Aside from the new name, there’s a new look for watchOS, too. Apple gave its entire suite of software a redesign, one that takes aesthetic cues and the “physicality and richness” of visionOS, the software used in the company’s VR headset, the Vision Pro. It’s the biggest redesign since iOS 7. The look is called “liquid glass” and dynamically reacts to movement and responds to the content on screen. Menus now better fit to the rounded corners of the hardware. Notifications and other information now involve translucent backgrounds, giving the interface a glass-like appearance.

The watchOS 26 also brings new features including Workout Buddy, plus Apple Intelligence upgrades that makes the Smart Stack more useful and Messages notifications more intelligent. Workout Buddy can give you spoken coaching and the Workout app itself has a new new layout. Your watch will also suggest music to listen to based on the workout type.

This latest suite of features join those announced during last year’s WWDC, in which Apple previewed watchOS 11. The best of the bunch (for me anyway) was the ability to pause your Rings for a day in the Activity app. Other features included a Training Load metric that rates your efforts during exercise, comparing it with your output over time, and the Vitals app, which tracks overnight health metrics for those who wear their watch to bed.

This story is developing, refresh for the latest updates…
