Later on in your Build An Island! grind, the best crops to grow are Cherry🍒, Starfruit⭐, and Magic Durian🌑. Always have some Coins saved up in case one of these rare seeds is on sale at the Merchant. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on these seeds because they are very rarely in stock. Once you plant a few Starfruit⭐, Cherry🍒, and Magic Durian🌑 seeds, you will have a constant Coin income while working on other things.

How to Get and Plant Seeds in Build an Island!

A selection of Seeds is available at the Merchant, whose stock refreshes every 5 minutes.
Always make sure to carefully plant re-harvestable Seeds so that you can grow as many of them as you can later on.
It takes a different amount of time for each type of crop to fully grow.
Once the crop has fully grown, stand close to it and press E to harvest it.

You can get new seeds in Build An Island! by purchasing them at the Merchant NPC. The Merchant’s stock refreshes every 5 minutes, and only a select few seeds are available at a time. Once you purchase a seed, you can plant it in one of your crop plots. Crops will then grow, even while you are offline, until you can harvest them.

At the moment, you can’t remove seeds once you plant them. So, be careful how you place them and use up all the space you can on every plot. Ideally, plant only the seeds you can’t re-harvest early on so that you can grow and harvest only the best crops when you reach the late game in Build An Island!.

How to Increase the Crop Growth Speed

You can spend Coins to increase the growth speed of your crops.

The best way to increase the growth speed of your crops in Build An Island! is through the Upgrade menu using Coins. You can also use Growth Potions (100 Bamboo Planks and 9 Tomatoes🍅 to craft) to increase the growth speed of your crops temporarily. However, these can be hard to come by early on. Lastly, by using the watering can next to your plots, you can instantly fully grow all of your crops at the same time. However, this option costs you Robux.

Busy Bee potions increase your Honey production.

On-chain data shows the Ethereum investor profitability has seen a sharp turnaround following the latest rally in the asset’s price.

Ethereum Holder Profitability Has Observed A Dramatic Reversal Recently

In a new post on X, the institutional DeFi solutions provide Sentora (formerly IntoTheBlock) has talked about how the profit-loss situation has changed on the Ethereum network.

The on-chain indicator of relevance here is the “Historical In/Out of the Money,” which tells us about what part of the ETH userbase is in profit (“in the money”), loss (“out of the money”) and just breaking even (“at the money”).

The metric works by going through the on-chain history of each address on the network to see what average price it acquired its coins at. If this average cost basis is lower than the spot price for any wallet, then that particular user is considered to be in the money. Similarly, the address is assumed to be out of the money in the opposite case and at the money when the two prices are equal.

Now, here is a chart that shows the trend in the Ethereum Historical In/Out of the Money over the past decade:

As displayed in the above graph, the in the money Ethereum investors had observed a steep drop following the selloff that started in December 2024. Prior to this drawdown, the metric was sitting above 90%, implying the vast majority of the users were holding unrealized gains. By April 2025, however, the situation had completely flipped for the investors as this value had come down to just 32%.

Now, yet another shift seems to have occurred for the cryptocurrency’s addresses, as the ETH price has this time seen a sharp rally. Almost 60% of the holders are now back in the money, which, while still not quite near the same level as late last year, is significantly higher than the low.

In the chart, the analytics firm has highlighted when Ethereum last saw such sharp swings in profitability. “The asset hasn’t witnessed volatility on this scale since the 2017 cycle,” notes Sentora.

In some other news, ETH has reclaimed two important on-chain levels following its recovery run, as the analytics firm Glassnode has discussed in its latest weekly report.

From the chart, it’s apparent that Ethereum reclaimed the Realized Price early on in the run. The Realized Price represents the average cost basis of all investors on the ETH network. Currently, this level is situated at $1,900, meaning that at the current exchange rate, the holders would be in notable profit.

The cryptocurrency has now also managed to surpass the True Market Mean located at $2,400, which is a model is similar to the Realized Price, except for the fact that it aims to find a more accurate average acquisition level for the market by excluding long-lost dormant supply.

Ethereum now has just one more level left to reclaim: the Active Realized Price at $2,900, which is again a model that iterates on the Realized Price.

The Land Shark is getting multiple adjustments.

We’ve all had that one enemy Jeff player in your Marvel Rivals matches, who’d become a self-healing turret to slowly tear down your team while being extremely slippery that you will hardly be able to take him down.

The Marvel Rivals developer has also noticed the rise of DPS Jeff, and they’re finally giving him a rework, which makes him better as a support rather than a duelist.

According to the changes by the developer, they’re making Jeff a “more frontal support and combat ability, but with less survivability,” so that if the hero becomes rogue in your matches, it’ll have fewer ways of staying alive to support their team.

Here are a few changes that the developer has made to Jeff the Land Shark:

Jeff’s primary healing: Joyful Splash now deals damage to enemies at 70 per second, and it can heal allies through other allies and enemies. This makes it a fantastic tool for teamfighting where it heals ally hero while also dealing damage to the enemies. The damage falloff starts at 20m to a maximum of 65 percent at 40m, so players will need to stick closer to their allies. The healing per second is also getting reduced from 150 to 130.

Next, Jeff’s shooting ability won’t be unlimited now, and the Aqua Burst is becoming a charge ability. It has only three maximum charges, and it takes three seconds to charge one, so you cannot spam this ability like before than it can be used to finish off low health targets. It is also getting a new effect where a direct hit now launches enemies up, giving a small CC spell in your kit. The spell field damage is also getting increased slightly from 40 to 45.

Jeff’s iconic Healing Bubble are also getting a major change as they are no longer a one-time heal and it is now heals over time, which makes it harder to save low health duelists and makes it more useful for tanks. The healing amount has gone up from instant 85 to 120 over 4 seconds, so you do end up getting more heals in a slightly larger window. The maximum changes have been reduced from six to three, and the enemy launch-up effect is no longer present here.

His main traversal ability, Hide and Seek, is also not unlimited and comes with an energy cap of a maximum of 120. It drains by 20 per second while submerged under surfaces and restores the energy by 15 per second when not under the surface. This change makes it harder for Jeff to escape burst backline threats. His ultimate ability, It’s Jeff!’s overflow healing on swallowed allies gives 45 Health per second as Bonus Health, up to 150, making it a tool for not just launching enemies off the ledge but also protecting enemies from enemy ultimates.

Lastly, the ultimate energy cost has gone up from 4000 to 4500, and the damage reduction received when taking a critical hit has been increased from 50 to 70 percent. Jeff also has two new team-ups with Venom and Storm, where Venom allows him to distribute his healing during teamfights and Storm gives her use for his ultimate to wreak havoc on the enemy backline.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33: Should You Attack Demineur?

In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you’ll come across quests where you can help out the expedition’s enemies, Nevrons. While most Nevrons are hostile, there are a few that’ll ask for help. One early Nevron quest takes place in the Flying Waters dungeon with a fellow named Demineur.

Unlike with Jar, Demineur’s side quest is completely optional. At this point, you should have Gustave, Lune, and Maelle. You can actually attack Demineur as soon as you meet them, but you should probably hear them out first.

Sparing Demineur will grant you much better rewards down the line. If you’d rather have immediate gratification, you can go ahead and attack them. But you’ll also be permanently missing out on an exclusive weapon for Lune.

Finding Demineur’s Impact Mine

Give Deminieur the Impact Mine

In the Flying Waters dungeon, start at the Expedition 59 save point called Noco’s Hut and then go forward. As you come out of the end of the valley, you’ll see two enemies in front of a giant structure. Circle around the structure by going to the left and then to the right.

Continue until you come across a giant jar tunnel and go inside of it. After coming out from the other end, you’ll find Demineur. When interacting with them, instead of selecting “Attack,” select “Examine” instead.

The group will mention that this specific Nevron typically carries a mine. However, Demineur doesn’t have one and then the group decides to find one for them.

After speaking with Demineur, go to the right and you’ll see a small platforming puzzle in front of you. After finishing the first few jumps, look to your right again and you should see a glowing pink item on the ground. Jump on the platforms to reach it and you’ll pick up the “Impact Mine.”

Now just head back to Demineur and hand the item to them. They will give you the Lune’s Deminerim weapon. This weapon focuses on lightning elemental damage and provides abilities such as reducing the AP cost and increasing the damage of lightning skills.

Should you attack Demineur?

You can attack Demineur either before or after completing their quest. If you do so before, then you will lose out on Luna’s Deminerim weapon. Your reward for defeating them will be the same as defeating Jar: 3x Colour of Lumina and 1x Chroma Catalyst.

The better long-term decision is to leave Demineur alone, as your reward will be much greater later on.

In Act Three of the game, you’ll unlock the ability to fly around with Esquie. Fly to the area next to the Spring Meadows area called The Fountain and you’ll find Blanche. If you’ve spared Demineur, as well as the other Nevrons that provided quests throughout the game, Blanche will reward you with 100x Colour of Lumina.

However, if you’ve killed any of those Nevrons, including Demineur, Blanche will attack you. It’s a challenging fight, so you’ll want to be at least level 80 if you intend to take Blanche on. Defeating Blanche will earn you 10x Colour of Lumina and 2x Grandiose Chroma Catalyst.

100x Colour of Lumina is definitely a much better reward than the 3x Colour of Lumina gained from defeating Demineur, which is why we recommend sparing them.

Alternatively, after receiving the 100x Colour of Lumina from Blanche, you can go back to the Flying Waters to kill Demineur and get those.

OnlyFans Is Reportedly in Talks to Sell Off Its Porn Empire

OnlyFans, the internet’s kingdom of smut, may be changing hands soon. Reuters reports that the porn platform’s parent company, Fenix International, Ltd., is in talks to sell the business for some $8 billion to a U.S. investor group.

The New York Post previously reported that Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of the site, was looking to “cash out,” but had not yet found a buyer. Reuters now identifies at least one potential buyer as the Forest Road Company, an investment firm based in Los Angeles that is reportedly leading an investor group that wants to buy the porn platform. On its website, Forest Road describes itself as “not your average investment firm” and says it embraces “complexity and creativity to extract value where others see limitations.” The site also expresses an interest in “media & entertainment” and “digital assets.”

Not much else is known about the talks. Citing sources familiar with the potential deal, Reuters writes that Fenix is also talking to other interested parties. Gizmodo reached out to OnlyFans for more information.

OnlyFans was founded in 2016 and rose to prominence during the pandemic by helping horny web users satisfy their libidos whilst otherwise avoiding human contact. Since then, the business has only continued to grow. Other than a weird brief moment in 2021 (when the company bizarrely claimed it would ban “sexually explicit content”), it has served as a premier destination for dirty content, and has helped re-shaped the porn industry through its gig-worker model. Last year, the company reported that payments made through the platform had surged by 19 percent since 2023, topping some $6.6 billion.

Radvinsky purchased the company in 2019 and it has made an absolute killing since then. Bloomberg reported last year that the mogul had made $1 billion in three years through corporate dividends from the business.

The company has also been the subject of considerable criticism, as well as numerous legal complaints. Critics accuse the platform of being frequented by sex traffickers, and claim that the site has also become a portal for child sexual abuse material. The company was also recently sued by two customers who were outraged to discover that they may have not been messaging with real models (creators often outsource their customer communications to third-party firms).

Gradius the Interstellar Assault is another Konami number, but this one is set in space with horizontal scrolling gameplay.

Kirby’s Star Stacker is a Kirby-spin off game, which is more puzzle focused, with a block falling mechanic akin to Tetris.

Last up, we have The Sword of Hope, which has a fantasy-bent. Players take on the role of Prince Theo whose father, King Hennessy, has been corrupted by an evil dragon.

Melania Trump Uses AI to Narrate Her New Memoir

The release comes days after Melania joined President Trump to sign the Take It Down Act, a new federal law targeting non-consensual intimate imagery and AI-generated deepfakes.

U.S. First Lady Melania Trump has released the audiobook version of her memoir, “Melania,” using an AI-generated replica of her voice—marking the first time a U.S. First Lady has deployed artificial intelligence to narrate a commercial publication.

The voice model was created “under her direction and supervision” in collaboration with AI audio startup ElevenLabs, according to her official website.

The audiobook, launched Thursday, is available for $25 exclusively through the ElevenReader app, a dedicated AI-powered audio platform built by ElevenLabs.

Initially released in English, additional versions in Spanish, Portuguese, and Hindi are expected in the coming weeks.

“I am honored to bring you Melania – The AI Audiobook – narrated entirely using artificial intelligence in my own voice,” Trump tweeted on Thursday. “Let the future of publishing begin.”

The book “reflects on her Slovenian childhood, the pivotal moments that led her to the world of high fashion in Europe and New York, and the serendipitous meeting with Donald Trump, a chance encounter that forever changed the course of her life,” according to its official Amazon description.

AI voice cloning’s “legal gray zone”

The use of AI to mimic Melania Trump’s voice highlights the technical and legal considerations of AI voice cloning, Dhrupad Das, Web3 lawyer and founding partner at Panda Law, told Decrypt.

Das said that while text-to-speech (TTS) technology is widely used and legally uncontroversial when it comes to generic narration, cloning the voice of a public figure introduces risk.

While Trump has licensed the rights for the use of her voice to ElevenLabs, Das noted that, “There’s a legal gray zone when AI mimics celebrities or political leaders, especially if their personality rights haven’t been explicitly licensed.”

“The moment you use a recognizable voice, you’re entering legal territory, even if the data came from public sources,” Das noted.

The lawyer added that the AI tech behind celebrity narrations could also be used to help scale education, accessibility, or government services.

Melania Trump and the “Take it Down Act”

Melania Trump’s audiobook runs just over seven hours and joins ElevenReader’s growing catalog of AI-narrated works, which includes publications by figures including Maya Angelou, Deepak Chopra, and Arianna Huffington.

Trump’s public reemergence comes just days after her appearance at the White House for the signing of the “Take It Down Act,” a new law that criminalizes the online publication of non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated deepfakes, and mandates takedown by platforms within 48 hours.

“This legislation is a powerful step forward in our efforts to ensure that every American, especially young people, can feel better protected from their image or identity being abused,” Melania Trump said at the signing.
